Waited for 90 minutes, alongside a half-dozen other customers, and they never showed up to open. Spoke to the security guard, who says they do this all the time. Thats one way to lose my business forever...Follow up: They claim that there was a sign saying they open at 11 am. This is not true. And was confirmed by multiple parties. It also says 9am on Google.
