I have to say that DR Pierre Nguyen is by far the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen, and the youngest.I was very impressed by how competent, thoughtful, detailed and thorough he was.There was no rush on his part, he asked lots of pertinent questions, answered a lot of mine.it’s the first time I didn’t i was just going in to read letters on screen. He really focused on the health of my eyes, gave me great advices. This is my new place from now on.It was a great experience since I entered the door.Thank you for an outstanding service!

Amazing Experience. This is the place to get your eyes checked. I was immediately impressed by the front office staff and the assistant who checked my eyes prior to see the doctor. Dr. Christopher Coker is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable eye doctors I have ever seen. He checked every aspect of my eye health, took his time to explain the results of my tests and and answer my questions. Sallie went out of her way to explain my eye health insurance coverage which ended up giving me an opportunity to purchase the lenses and frames I really wanted. She was great. The doctor was more than happy to clearly explain my exam thoroughly and happily answered any and all questions I had. Needed to replace my nose pieces on my glasses. One was pretty stuck in there and they were able to get it out and help me in about a half hour. They were very accommodating and friendly and didnt charge me! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with one of the lenses in my prescription, staff reviewed it and found an error caused by the lab. Took glasses back and had them correct issue and returned a little over a week.

Excellent service, staff was very helpful in helping me choose my frames. I have purchased glasses here in the past and had very good experiences both times! Glasses took a little longer to get but I believe due to the frames I ordered. I was not in a hurry so it worked out fine for me!

After not having been to an eye doctor in five years (I know - shame on me), I was delighted to meet Dr. Chris Coker and his friendly staff. Dr. Coker has state of the art equipment at his practice that enabled a thorough eye exam and imaging of the back of the eye which Id never had done before. I was impressed, to say the least. The optician who fitted my glasses was kind and helpful and double checked my insurance to make sure I wasnt paying more than necessary out of pocket. I appreciated that immensely! The selection of glasses was outstanding and I cant wait to start wearing my new glasses (and sunglasses because I couldnt stop at just one pair!).

Dr. Chiapa and his team are awesome! He put me on a treatment plan for my right eye that had inflammation and was causing blurry vision. My vision has greatly improved and my eye is not red anymore and no longer in pain. I am grateful for the excellent care they provided and highly recommend EyeCare About Vegas!!

This was my first visit. I am new to the city and found them on my list of providers. They had excellent reviews and are very close to my home so I tried them. They were very knowledgeable about what my insurance provides and helpful finding the best purchase that would cost me the least out of pocket. Their online scheduling and paperwork cut down on the wait once I got there. Everyone wore masks and cleaned equipment multiple times. I am very happy I found a good place for my eyecare!

Customer Service:They are an amazing team! Theyre super kind especially with my 3 year old wondering around everywhere and non-stop talking to them. No one gave me the dirty look, ya know what I mean? They were even playful towards her and interacted with her.I assumed my hubby to be done before I got called up, but nope. I had to have her sit in the room with me while I had my eyes examined.They let her play along lol and even pretend test her, too.Overall, every staff member there was immaculate, thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable.Interior:Clean and simple! I’m so so grateful for all of the staff here! Dr. Chiapa and Sallie are extremely thorough and everything is very clean. We’ve tried several eye doctors in the Las Vegas valley but this place supersedes them all.

Been with EyeCare About Vegas since at least 2018 and they’ve been great. Reception area is clean and checking in is a breeze. Receptionists are friendly. They have a great selection of frames. My husband and I love this place, weve been patients for at least 3 years now I believe. My husband got a little piece of metal in his eye from work one day, and they were able to squeeze him in at the end of their day to extract it and the bill was less than $100. We are very grateful for you guys for doing that! The office got a beautiful renovation. We dont live super close to this office like when we first started going here, but we will still make the drive to come for our annual exam. Thank you for everything you do!

I found EyeCare through my insurance and I am really glad I selected them. The staff and doctors are well organized, respectful of appointment times, and even did little extra kind deeds that made me appreciate them even more (such as adding new nose pads to my glasses, providing me contact samples to see what worked best for me, providing me coupons for eye drops, and patiently answering all of my many questions). I genuinely felt like they cared for me as a patient and would highly recommend them!

I have overall had a really great experience here so far!Efficiency: New hire paperwork was able to be done online and I had zero problems with it! I like that they also call and text to remind you about your appointment and they have a nice flow at the office. One of the staff does testing for you before you see the actual optometrist so I feel like that cuts down wait times for sure!Cleanliness: The place was very clean and they set aside all frames that patients/customers try on so they can be cleaned before they’re put back on the shelf.Staff: The staff probably makes the entire experience! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The receptionist at the desk was patient, friendly, and completely willing to work with me to figure out the multiple insurances I was using. The staff all also took their time to give their opinion on which frame looked the best on me between my two choices! I really look forward to getting them because I feel confident from the staff that they’ll look great but have the elements I was looking for because of Sallie!Knowledge: My vision is not that great so it’s always very important to me that the people helping me with my eyes know what they’re doing, and can also help me figure out proper materials and costs that are best for me and I felt really comfortable here! One of the other staff, Sallie, that worked to help me with finding glasses was very knowledgeable with helping me to decide on which lenses and coatings I would need, and what frames would look best for the size of my lenses. This is not something I felt about my previous optometric center. The optometrist (Dr. Chiapa) himself was very nice and helpful, straightforward, professional, and had answers to all my concerns and questions. I had a lot of discomfort and redness with my RGP lenses from my previous optometrist and just from examining my eye with those lenses in, Dr. Chiapa could tell the shape/thickness of the edge of the lens was contributing to my issue. My new lenses from him are much more comfortable, though the redness isn’t completely gone. It’s possibly just my eyes I guess, but hopefully they can help me figure it out here!I would definitely highly recommend coming to EyeCare About Vegas!

As this was his first visit in the doc office alone, this helicopter mom was concerned the correct conversation would not be had. After he reappeared I quizzes him and doc did a great job on explaining everything that 1stborn could relay to me.There was a good selection of male frames in stock in varying prices. A good rebate in ordering contacts and he walked out in a fresh pair which he enjoyed.

Service was excellent. Needed some repair on my glasses and they were able to work me in same day and timely. Arrived and all safety guidelines were followed. They came out to my car, picked up my glasses and then returned them to me when they were finished. Never have any issues with them.

I havent had my eyes checked in many years due to lasik surgery and only made an appointment because I started to have trouble reading small print. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and helpful suggestions on ways to keep my eyes healthy. They didnt try to sell me on glasses/contacts instead gave me advice on how to minimize straining my eyes etc. Excellent service!

I did not wait at all. I got there a little early. I filled out my new patient paperwork, and was brought into an exam room immediately. We did the few standard tests and the nurse (not sure if thats what you call them?) told me about this new imaging test they can do instead of dialating your eyes, I declinded at the time. What I appreciated about this is she informed me but didnt push me to do so. Then I was moved to the 2nd exam room, where I was alone for probably less than 3 minutes. The doctor came in he was very nice, we had a good conversation about my history, he was informative and friendly. When we were done he walked me out to the front and handed my perscription over to the ladies in front. Sally, I believe was her name was handling 3 or 4 customers at the same time which gave me time to pick some glasses out, she made suggestions of similar cheaper glasses, and was generally very helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Check out was quick and easy and I was able to split the payment in half so I will pay the balance when I pick up my glasses. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I read the reviews before coming here and im happy to say I was very satisfied. All the staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door this is were I will be coming for now on.

Dr. Coker and his team are top notch. Scheduling was very easy and all forms were done online which was convenient. The exam was extremely thorough and Dr. Coker was able to see things with laser imaging that had never shown up before. If you want the best for your eyecare, look no further.
