For a glass and mirror shop, Id go somewhere else, especially when the white Ford f-150 they use to carry the stuff refuses to follow traffic rule including speeding (65+ in a 35 heading west on lake Mead between Decatur and Jones,) then riding in between 2 lanes, no signals, then almost causes a crash cutting off everyone to get on the 95 freeway @ lake Mead and rainbow. Yea, extremely unprofessional, not to mention the gestures the older gentlemen driving made. When I was taking down the phone number and license plate just in case. No business in their right mind would allow such things from their employees, at least, none successful.

It took them eight months and three tries to get my small shower door built. It started falling apart about 2 months after install. I had to keep asking for updates. Poor craftsmanship and customer service.

They don’t answer we order a glass over a weekand they don’t respond bad customer service

Great experience with these guys. Friendly staff, they set appointment times and were there when they said. We had a large mirror hung in our salon. They hung it, gave us directions on what to do to take care of it and cleaned up after themselves. Easy peasy, highly recommended.

I cant imagine why the above reviews are not positive. We are a General Contractor in Las Vegas ( All Pro Construction- we would be happy to verify any information in this review). We have used National Glass For years, many many years. Danny and Angel have yet to disappoint us. We do a dozen or more large jobs with National every year and they have done awesome work on every job, without exception. Fantastic and accommodating customer service - really nice group of people to do business with.

Terrible! It took them over a week to repair the glass. They did not repair it properly and had to come out a second time. They failed to schedule the second appointment with me; and of course, when they showed up at my house no one was home. At that point they decided to jump the fence and enter my backyard. After all that they decided to call me. When I did arrive home they proceeded to jump my fence again and entered my home via the backdoor before I even entered the front door. Unacceptable!

Called in today to get a price to replace broken glass on a sliding glass door the response i was given sorry we are closed till monday ok fine but A you could give me a price and B sign me up for the 4 day weekend business must be good? plenty of others in the valley willing to replace glass on Christmas eve day national glass isnt 1 of them
