I really like this company. I had to replace all six of my golf cart batteries. Their price for the batteries was very competitive. With a shortage of deep cycle batteries they could increase their prices to a ridiculous level. However they have not! I now trust this company! Great Job by the Las Vegas Intermountain store. You guys rock! I will buy my next cart from you.

Shout out here for Damian at Intermountain Golf Cars Las Vegas airport location...! When my very unique electric utility vehicle that is used to tug aircraft in and out of the hangar was dead in the water, so was the aircraft. Damian picked up the cart, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and delivered the cart back to me within 24 hours. Great communication, great responsiveness, problem solved!

Superb customer service! After visiting other stores in the area, my stop here sure paid off! I found a completely refurbished 2002 Club Car for my wife, whos disabled and otherwise cannot drive.Sean & Kelly are very focused on listening to their customer and work to help meet their needs. For me it was finding a solid older cart, but for a price that would fit my budget. They hit it out of the park! Skip the other stores and check out Intermountain first!

I am glad to share that I had a good experience with Intermountain Golf Cars. My cart had a number of issues,such as, steering, battery life, speed, turning radius. The new Manager, Damian, accessed the Cart status and said, “bring it in and I will take care of it”. He sure did. I brought my cart to Damian twice in the last two months. The first time was a minor item and was actually - No Charge. The next time I had to bring it in, I thought it would take at least a full day or more. The work was done quickly, and I actually made my ten oclock tee time. Battery and labor was very reasonable. Great service. We bought a used golf cart from them 2 months ago. Two days ago it wouldnt start. We checked all the usual suspects, but couldnt determine the issue. We called IGC, and they came out and picked it up. They dropped it off today. Sean brought it down, unloaded it, and told us the issue was a solenoid. Total price for the repair? Zero. Thanks Sean. Terrible service. Had golf cart (fixed) replaced all batteries charged and arm and a leg and still not working. Had them pick up the golf cart again took them a week and i finally called them and was told it would be delivered Monday, monday came and nothing, called tuesday at 8:10am they said golf cart was on the truck to be delivered called at 4:20 they where closed for the day. Call Wed morning and they are ignoring my calls. WORST PLACE EVER

They refurbish & resell used golf carts. Since of those babies can be expensive! Took a ride in one that can easily make 35mph (the limit in Sun City is 30!).
