We had a problem getting our EZGO electric golf cart to charge. They got it repaired and running. Price wasnt too bad. Even put tire dressing on the tires when we picked it up.

ETA: I have received the cart back 5/20 and before delivery I did a test drive with it and it ran perfectly!I feel more confident when we had the owner involved and we did get the cart back up and running and we had to explain to him (and there is videos) that it was doing the same thing as when it went in the first time. Regardless, Stephen finally seen what we were talking about and handled it. Yes, we did have the bill at a reduced rate of $655.00I did sell this cart and ended up buying a different type of utv that would be more heavy duty and more durable than the club car carryall. I will miss that 4x4 utility box but not all the “special needs”Thank you for all your (Stephen) help and the delivery driversPaid over $800 to repair the cart. They don’t even warranty the parts or labor unless you buy some “special” no ethanol gasoline that doesn’t exist and these people knew it! Total ripoff and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FIX NOTHING! Upsetting and financially over priced for NOTHING DONE!!!
Taylored Fleet Solutions just delivered the new custom golf cart today. It looks beautiful! Besides the nice-looking cart, however, the best part about working with TFS was the excellent communication. I was kept apprised of the situation at all times which I greatly appreciated. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
TFS provided a quick turnaround on an annual service and battery replacement, allowing me to have my cart in top shape for an event. Good communication and pricing. Highly recommend for service and/or upgrades!
I have been purchasing golf carts from TFS and Steven Ruben for 6 years. I have bought as little as 4 golf carts and as many as 42. The total I have purchased in the 6 years is approximately 75. Steven is a pleasure to work with and delivers a great product. To have sold me this many golf carts it is obvious they are doing it right. The golf carts we have purchased have all been reconditioned however they look like they came directly from the factory.

The TFS and Steve Rueben that I know does not at all sound like the person Maryann describes. Steve and his people have been nothing but professional every time Ive called them. If my golf cart needs servicing, Steve will tell me what time his people will be at my house to pick it up and they are extremely punctual. There have been times when Ive needed a rush job and theyve gone the extra mile to accommodate me. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another golf cart from Steve.

I was ready to buy a golf cart from the only salesperson in the office, suddenly he had to go to a meeting, said he would call and we could seal a deal ....what a sleezy ass he sold it and blamed it on his co-worker who arent even salespeople, if i were you i would not TRUST this company TFS golf and utility, and believe me i will make them and my experience know ...that was crooked.... bad business, i will get his name and make sure they know it, BE CAREFUL there is people out there that are BAD BUSINESS Steven Ruben dont use him as your salesmen....not honest

Bought a refurbished utility cart that came with a warranty for over $5k. It was to be delivered to stat work but Jason forgot about the scheduled delivery so we waited 2 hours for a loaner cart to show up because they didnt even have the cart I purchased ready yet. Not a good start when a new client is waiting on your equipment to start a job and my employee is paid hourly and dependent on the cart to do the job. Finally my cart I purchased was ready so the swap from loaner was done which takes over an hour of again, paying an employee to remove equipment, wait for them to show up and then put all the equipment on the cart that I purchased.Getting back to the warranty. The cart was supposed to be turn key but it had an oil leak and was also burning oil. This issue was reported immediately and the cart was picked up and a loaner was dropped off (another hour of wasted time). They kept it for over 2 weeks, finally brought it back and another switch was done. (another hour wasted).A few days later, my client called me and said my cart had an issue, it was smoking so bad my client required it be fixed. TFS came to get it again because it was smoking badly and continued to burn oil, which was the same issue as before minus the smoke. It never smoked before so this was something that happened at their shop. Several weeks later, my cart is supposedly ready again. (another hour wasted swapping everything).Now we are out of the warranty period and TFS has had the cart for over 5 weeks off and on in and out of their shop for the same issue.Now we are out of the warranty period and it is STILL leaking oil in my clients warehouse. I called Jason again and he promised he would call me right back after he talked to the owner. Jason never called me back again. I had to call his cell from a blocked number in order to get him to answer. When he finally did, he said to call the owner. By now the cart had been in the shop for several weeks longer than I ever got to use it. To their benefit, I did have a loaner but their 4+ trips back and forth taking my cart all the time cost me a lot of time and money.Meanwhile while all this was going on several other things went bad within a few weeks of the warranty being expired which I think the warranty was only 30 days. I paid over $500 to get the issues fixed. In hopes that the cart would FINALLY be usable and not having issue. The same issue of leaking and burning was still happening that was reported the first week I owned the cart. I was told to call the owner which I did.The owner told me that the warranty was over and what did I think, I was buying a new cart in a smug tone. I told him Im referring to an ongoing issue since the first week of ownership and he did not care whatsoever about that. I finally went to another cart dealer and had the cart fixed.This was the worst show of customer service I have ever encountered and the owner simply did not care at all. I dont recommend doing any sort of business with them. It was a 4+ month nightmare that ended up costing me a lot of time and money dealing with such a substandard ran organization. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CALLING THEM
I recently purchased a custom golf cart from Steve at TFS. I did a tremendous amount of research on several different companies, and not one of them was even close in terms of customer service and follow through. Steve was prompt and thorough and I couldnt be happier with my golf cart!
Extremely disappointed, I had my golf cart worked on there and was not happy with the work or the replacement parts.The head light burned out 9 days after i purchased it and they would not replace it.Only told me I could purchase a new one for $55.00 I went to Auto Zone and found the same light for $12.00.I feel that that company totally takes advantage of its customers and will not stand behind their work.
