The delivery doesnt make sense! If you offer delivery options you should consider what other dispensarys are doing. 6 miles is not a long distance for delivery. When others are delivering 10 or miles away! This is why I do not shop at thrive! Take you all the way to the check out to just tell you that address is out of the delivery zone!

Just had a very pleasant experience here. Parking was ample. The gentleman checking our IDS was very friendly and gave us directions about how the dispensary works as we are from a different legal state. Our budtender answered our questions and gave us recommendations based on what we were looking for. Overall, a very easy experience! We are from IL and while it is a legal state, our local dispensary has only just stopped being massively busy and our cannabis tax is outrageous still. It was nice to be in a slower paced, friendly environment. I was most impressed by how nice everyone was. Thanks!

Thrive is my new favorite dispensary they have daily deals. Its never busy . not a lot of people know about this location so theres never a line. the staff are very knowledgeable and they have a wide selection of edibles, concentrates and flower I totally recommend paying a visit. Ok, this started out as a 0 star maybe 1 star experience. I am a VERY frequent customer for this particular location, the staff Literally call my name as soon as I walk in the building....I feel like Norm from Cheers..lol. well this time I was there because of an issue..I Purchased about 3 Chongs Choice Pre rolls on 3 different occasions. My decision was based off the Terps on the menu. The terp menu was off by like 13, that is a huge number to be off. Well I explained it to The Bud Tender Heather H, she gets her manager Yosi. Now this is where it starts to go Left. Instead of having a proactive demeanor, it was almost dismissive and combative, her problem solving skills consisted of Over talking, and using my points for a free Pre roll. Oh ....and making excuses why this happened...come to think about it...that was her focus...to make an excuse...she rudely dismissed me and left...This is where Heather H.....I repeat this is where Heather H stepped in. Now I know her being a subordinate her powers are limited..she assessed the situation and, pretty much found out what I liked in terpenes and went looking for the perfect strand she took her time to make sure I was happy with the strands, she brought back a great strand that I purchased according to my likes, she then instead of MAKING EXCUSES...Simply apologized on behalf of the company and took accountability...PERFECT. If Heather H would not have stepped in, this could have very EASILY turned ugly...THAK YOU HEATHER H...THRIVE IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU. You do your job SOOO well, and have AWESOME problem solving skills. BETWEEEN HEATHER H, AND Mr. Hines ( awesome guy NEEDS HIS OWN STORE)...You keep me coming back...Yosi should not be a Manager. Just saying, her skillset does not fit the Job description. If she is a Manager how is Mr. Hines Not???? just an observation...THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

Yeah .. unbelievable - had an order for pickup - when I arrived I let them know .. they said the order is ready for pickup .. really? No .. I sat in my car outside this business for 45 minutes for an order that was supposedly ready for pickup .. as I watch people go in the door get what they wanted and walk out the door .. I had a meeting that I had to get to so I had to leave .. I dont buy the excuse that theyve been slammed .. and they just dont have anyone that can walk out to the car to give me my pickup order. A good business would have someone designated to handle pickups .. and when they dont have any pickups they do something else at the business .. pretty piss poor but looks like this business does not care about getting my business. Theres a lot of dispensaries out there and I definitely will not go to this one anymore.

I was very disappointed today. I had been saving my points and was told I had to spend them today and lose what I didnt spend. While the young man was very nice it left me feeling used. Then when I asked about new program they pointed to some app to download. They had no hard copies. I am over 70 and not computer literate.. So, they stopped one loyalty program abruptly and couldnt give me an accounting of new program. I HAVE been very loyal to this store.

This Thrive location is by far my favorite dispensary in town! They have an amazing selection of products that wont break the bank. My boyfriend and I love coming here to try different strains of Pistola as often as we can since you cant get it anywhere else. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable in the products that they are selling. The dispensary itself is very clean and organized; its very easy to pick out a product on display. I have no need or desire to go anywhere else.

This place just reopened and it has been nothing but amazing, service is great right from the start. Everything looks so clean and well maintained unlike some other shops, everyone was very patient and knowledgeable. They have deals every day and discounts for locals as well!! This new Thrive location is pretty darn amazing. As soon as you walk in through those doors you are wowed by the amazing displays that are throughout the dispensary. The staff are extremely friendly and will answer literally any question you have on their products. Highly recommend stopping by here. They have great deals throughout the week too (vape pens for $18 are my personal favorite).

Ive been coming to this location for a year now. Shauni, Ricky, Gina, and Danielle are awesome people. They are very patient with me because i tend to compare the strains since Ive been a long time smoker. They have guided me to some of the best strains Ive had yet here in Nevada and they are close to home which is highly convenient. I love this location and the people in it.

Actually ZERO stars. Placed an order early and had a question so emailed. All at 9:26 am 4/29/20. I got reply to an email about my question about my order 8 hours later. Only to be told that theyre not showing my order. But I got confirmation email. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Plenty of other options. Advised to seek those out as this place is a joke.
