My experience with jeep only Ill start with just WOW! First off this is the only jeep dealer in town that was not adding extra fees to just get ahold of their eco Diesel Gladiator, I went to 2 other dealerships who wanted to charge $5000 extra just to purchase A vehicle because of the shortages. From our salesman being extra is extra helpful with all of the mechanics of I were new cheap diesel Gladiator helping us helping us connect the phone to the new smart screen inside. On through to the gal who helps you after the purchase with any upgrade you want for your Jeep in youre cheap Ensley was a 5 star Employee. Helping us pick out and configure what we wanted on our Jeep. We found Jeep Only last year when I spotted a beautiful Wood panel Jeep Grand Cherokee.Well my BF decided that he wanted to trade in his Pont car for a Jeep and decided on Jeep Onlu because of the excellent customer service we received last year just walking around looking.AL did a great job today with helping get everything situated and Adam in finance was amazing as well.I love that the salesmen are not pushy. Everyone is so helpful as well. I highly recommend purchasing from them!
It’s actually quite hilarious that their service center never picks up the phone and takes days to service your vehicle while salesman will text you and call you all day. They have their priorities backwards. Their aiming for new customers and don’t give a $&@! about existing ones. Don’t call me asking to sell my Jeep back to you when I cannot get any service done
A mixed review here. Never waited longer at a dealer. At least they have a neat place with plenty to look at. Philippe was excellent to deal with. The rest of the time, typical dealer experience. I asked to remove the $600 alarm and they said they cant which is not true, but it was expected and doesnt matter much in the end. Was also sold the top extended warranty in a way where it sounded like we didnt have an option, also didnt need it but I will not fault them for that, I figured it would happen as well and we agreed to it anyway.They were VERY determined to get us into a car and we almost left several times. Maybe should have. My biggest disappointment is in Adam. Im sorry but either you dont know how the Jeep Drive Plus card works or you lied to get us to buy a car. Either way, you told us we had been approved for it and that we could use it as part of the down payment. BUT when it came time to pay the down payment, we were told you cant because we actually needed the card. Now today we wanted to check on the status of it and were told that the application had been instantly denied at the dealer.... which means we were lied to. Unacceptable. Also they only filled the tank 3/4 full? Guess they cant afford to put gas in the cars they sell.Otherwise hey, love the Jeep. Not the review I had been expecting to write. Next time we buy anything well probably go back to Desert 215, they were great to deal with. Sorry.Edit: Im just disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately they seem to be on par or below with the industry. Step it up, you dont need dishonest employees. Fix this, hire some good service staff (based on other reviews) and I think you could have a great place here.
Its a real joy doing business with such a professional establishment. Daniel is great to work with. He knew what we wanted and handled everything. All of the employees that we encountered were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I would definitely recommend jeep only for all of your automotive needs. Great job!

Its all good when you buy a new car, but things fall apart when the car breaks, especially if it breaks far from home. In my new Jeep Compass (4500 miles) the transmission broke on my trip to CO and has to be replaced. The car is in CO, and I cannot even get a loaner because, well, the car is in CO. I would expect the dealership to step up and not hide behind policies and procedures, since they sold me a car with a serious defect in the first place.

Bought a wrangler last week. Great salesman. Super nice. Very knowledgeable.The managers told me I was approved for a jeep card as part of the down-payment. $2000. Sweet got me the numbers I wantedThe card wouldnt come for a few days so I had to pull the $2000 cash. Fine not a big deal.Well turns out they completely lied to me about the approval. It wasnt true. And now I dont have the ability to get my $2000 back. Very shady. Definitely unhappy with my experience because of this.
*BUYERS BEWARE* we went into this dealership with full intent to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L summit model. We signed paperwork, credit score was ran etc. I came back the next morning to sign paperwork due to having a newborn & 2 year old with me the day before.When I arrive, the finance manager throws down the paperwork and says heres your new interest rate, it changed, so last night, they had no intentions of telling me the interest rate was going to change? Mind you, my credit score is just shy of 800. A normal finance manager would be a little bit nicer and explain the changes rather than just throwing some paperwork at me and saying okay which way do you want to go. I would rate them 0/100 for customer service.Then, there were some scratches & dents on the car that happened during transport. When asked if they would be fixed I was told yes. Then, the day I arrive to buy the car, they said the wont fix these items. So youre going to sell a car with scratches and dents? Lol.Lastly, be sure to look at the cars paperwork, because they were charging me $400 for 2 windows to be tinted and the windows werent even tinted! Absolutely ridiculous and a SCAM!Horrible finance manager and sales manager. Dont buy from here! Plenty of other dealerships in town who care. And obviously Im not the only one who feels this way, plenty of 1 and 2 star reviews on here!
We leased a 2021 Jeep Sahara 4e 05-20-2021.Great sales person Mr. Justin Ramirez. didnt push at all to make a decision.Drove the jeep a few miles, Sunday 05-23-2021 check engine light in a brand new jeep but of course service is closed Sundays so I waited until Monday morning to take it to service.I arrived Monday morning at the service department. First time in service I walked in introduced myself told my story (new jeep blah blah, check engine light) the gentleman in the middle desk sent me to his co-worker to his right. Younger guy, I walked to him say good morning.Crickets for 15 secs? I was like maybe he didnt hear me out. I said good morning again he looked at me thats when I knew everything was going to go south.Hes like whats going on? Told the story all over again.Cold, answer; we cant take your car until Friday, I was like but the check engine light is on. Can I just leave it here? He said no point we arent going to look at it until Friday.I then said well can you at least tell me if its safe to drive? He said I cant tell you until we check it out?All short answers by the way cold zero customer service or willingness to help.I know I am free to take my jeep anywhere but thought I be getting better service since I purchased the jeep here.No! Wrong! I was like so can I take the car to service across the st? He say yup! (This is when I lost it)I said never again, bye.I drove across the st, they plugged the thing in told me exactly what it was. & an hour later Im on my way home.Next time before you consider service I would strongly suggest you to find out more about the service department because this is the people that will look into your car, service, and parts.No free service, parts or labor. Youre paying & will be paying for a service the very least is to get good customer service as well as good mechanic service.

Well on Saturday, October 9th I went back to Jeep only and my 2 favorite people where there and I left with a beautiful Grand Cherokee Michael G. I had a horrible experience here from the very beginning. The Salesman acted as if I was bothering him even being there. I have a very well paying job and a co-signer with great credit. They wouldnt even let me use the co signer. I have some medical issues on my credit. Ive never been turned away so fast. I went down the street to Sahara Dodge and purchased a 55,000 dollar truck within 1 hour. I guess this place is allergic to sales.
I had been shopping for a Jeep for the past couple of months. I had a bad experience at Chapman in Las Vegas. However from the moment I arrived hereat Jeep Only it was a completely different experience. I cannot say enough about the professional and outstanding service provided by my salesman, Isaac Grant. He spent the entire day with me and a friend; tirelessly helping us find the perfect vehicle.Also John Ivan in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Both very professional and knowledgeable. This will be MY Jeep dealership here in Las Vegas always.
This dealership is ridiculous. They are supposed To have a 72 hours return policy which they refused to honor. Every dealership in vegas honors this policy. It’s their own policy. So much for customer rights. I bought this car drove it home at 10pm then drove it back to dealership the next day at 8AM didn’t like the interior and they refused to take it back. Even though their policy supposedly protects you for 72 hours. When I asked them to honor their policy they handed me the key to the car and basically told me I’m stuck with it and told me I could stick it. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone. They have policies which they don’t honor and don’t treat their customers with respect. Do not buy your car here.
I drove all the way from Southern Utah to buy a jeep from this dealership. They have been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole car buying experiencing. Blair and Taha were so great in running through everything and they were transparent with me. Best first time car buying experience. I highly recommend buying a jeep through them.
I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler about a year ago...lifted, 37 tires, the works (all done and warranteed by the dealer). Fast forward 9k miles later- still within warranty, and front end issues have rendered the vehicle unsafe to drive at this time (google jeep death wobble). David, the service manager, has been somewhat responsive indicating the earliest he could get it in would be about 4 weeks. I subsequently asked to talk to the GM, Josh G., but was forced to leave a message. Ive subsequently left 3 more messages all unanswered. I even called David back, who let me know he placed my message on Joshs keyboard so theres no way he missed it.This is my 3rd Jeep. If I was to buy another I would stay very far from Jeep Only. Clearly they have plenty of time to take your money, but actual customer service does not exist.
I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the service this Jeep dealership provides is just amazing. I was helped by Michael, Blair, Josh, Adam and someone else I cant remember. They were all amazing to work with and gave me the best deal. They are not pushy like other salesmen and dealerships. The whole process was super fast. I was in and out within 2 hours of being there. If you are in the market for a Jeep I would 15 out of 10 recommended this dealership. I have nothing bad to say about them, they were extremely kind and accommodating. They do what they can do to meet your needs.
Dont EVER come to this dealership!!! The service here is the worst that you could imagine. The staff know nothing about the product they are selling, their management are useless, and if you want to waste your day trying to buy a car here, this is the place to go. Secondly, their auto service is terrible, they dont know what to do, Ive had the same problem looked over multiple times by different people at the same location and were still unable to fix a simple problem. They would waste my money by ordering the wrong parts, installing them wrong, creating a problem somewhere else. Bottom line: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE1!
Isaac was freaking amazing... everybody there that we encountered were so nice and professional and funny! Isaac walked me through the whole process and was very attentive and patient and knowledgeable. His customer service is impeccable. While working with him he had other customers but I never felt like I didn’t have his undivided attention. I’ll be coming here to get all my servicing done for my wrangler! Thanks Isaac!!!!!❣️
I had an excellent experience buying my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon here, but wow, the service department is so disappointing. I needed an oil change and a TPMS sensor looked at so I literally tried calling for two weeks straight to make a service appointment, but could never get anyone to answer. I then tried using the online scheduling app to book an appointment, but that feature is apparently not working either. I then tried emailing, but received no response. Finally, I called the sales line, and a woman there took my name and number, put me on hold, and then came back and told me I was booked for an appointment 2 weeks out. When I arrived at 7 am on the morning of my appointment, the guy who checked me and told me he had no record of any appointment for me, but agreed to take the jeep anyway. At this point, I should’ve just left and gone somewhere else but I was supposed to get several free oil changes when I purchased the jeep so I went ahead and left it there anyway. Big mistake. Now, I can’t get a hold of anyone in the service department to figure out if Everything is fixed so I can pick up my jeep. It’s been two days and I’m running out of patience. Until they get their stuff together in the service department, I’d avoid this place.
I bought my JLUR at Jim Marsh in Centennial hills before this place opened. I dont really have any complaints about them, BUT...Josh the service writer is on top of his stuff.. He calls you with updates, changes or important information by either phone or the integrated text messaging feature they have. Hes very punctual when you drive up to ensure your not wasting your valuable time. (Theres no need to be there longer than you need to be, RIGHT?)I have never had to go back because of tools left behind, missing parts or rework issues. They do it right the first time, who has time to do it again?Im not an employee nor compensated by them and Im not affiliated in any way shape or form. Im just a satisfied customer who drives the 15 miles one way for service. If you have a Jeep, please consider visiting them.

More like Leaking Heaps Only. Purchased our Wrangler last fall from them (right color and options, but slightly above market price) and ended up with a false sense of comfort thinking the warranty on it would cover us for basic failures based on the paperwork we were sent out the door with. Fast forward just shy of a year later... I find both front axle seals and the rear driver all leaking when it was noted on the used vehicle paperwork that those items were corrected. No big deal I thought as it should be covered under the warranty so I scheduled an appointment (I live 2 hours away from the dealer) and gave them the details of what was leaking and that I need it fixed the same day as my appointment so I can drive it home. Several hours into waiting at my appointment for them to get things ready and figure out the warranty I come to find out that the warranty I was given was different than the paperwork I went out the door with during the original sale and they denied me coverage of the leaking gaskets. Buyer beware when getting all of the warranty paperwork double check everything and dont trust the salesperson that they have it all in the folder for you
The sale experience was outstanding, they put a lot of efforts and dedication into the sale process. From the test drive to the follow up, the sales team were courteous and accommodating. Lincoln who took care of us was an absolute star and that’s the only reason I gave them 3 and not one star !!HOWEVER,their after sale service and customer care are one of the worst in the market, an absolute shame ! There is ZERO follow up, promises are not fulfilled, messages are not responded to left 5 messages with the reception, voice mails to Cameron over 2 months and no one got back to me, I also left a message with JOSH THE GENERAL MANAGER two weeks ago and still waiting for a call back. Mind you this is a brand new 2021 Jeep and the fact I already get a poor service speaks volumes.I’m escalating this to FCA as my jeep is brand new and service should be much better than that!to sum up-it’s a good dealership to buy but not one to use for after sale service.Seek another cause they have awful customer care and service quality !
Jeep only is very unique no pressure dealership. Tell them what you want they will get and all information you need and numbers you need. No hassle what so ever. I highly recommend Lincoln for your salesman. I love my 2021 Compass
My hubs and I took our Wrangler in for a tire rotation and a front end alignment. I called a couple days ago to my appointment for today and dropped it off on my way to work this morning. When I got off at 3 pm Josh called and said it was ready for pickup. just gotta say this guy is great and knows customer service. He was very helpful and friendly for drop off and pickup of our Punkn Wrangler. I highly recommend asking for him for all your jeep service needs. Our jeep is back to too top shape and the price was super reasonable! Thank you Josh and the rest of the Jeep Only Team!!

Worse customer service in town (service department)Plz save time and don’t bring your car here.! They never answer the phone( on a dealership) hard to contact them. For a simple oil change your car will be there 2-3 days. It is a new dealer and they “ still trying to figure it out “ in the meantime. Screw customers that pay a lot of money for this cars. Let’s offer them the worst experience of there life on service. Worse dealer ever.!!!!!!!!!! And they keep posting fake reviews so they can have more sells.!
I bought my Gladiator here and I bought a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter, the sales person was awesome but the service department is the worst I have been to. The first time I took my Gladiator for an oil change they left the hood unlatched and it opened in the freeway, A few months later I brought back the Gladiator because it needed a visor replaced and the steering box was on service bulletin. They replaced both items but the problem came when it was time to pick up my Jeep. They told me that they needed to keep it overnight and I had no problem with that then the second day I get another call saying it wasnt ready, I said fine call me when its ready so I can pick it up but they never called me. I started calling but I couldnt get to anybody except voicemail. I left several voicemails and yet nobody called me back. Finally someone called be back to let me know that the car was ready. I went to pick it up and attendant at the service desk tell me Your Jeep was not as dirty as others when they come in so we didnt wash it I said fine I just want my car and go on with my day. Funny thing is in the back seat of my car were some shop rags and a funnel along with steering fluid. So in short my car came out dirtier and soiled then when it first went in. To make matters worse they said they performed an alignment after changing the steering pump but the wheel is pulling to the left. So after all this bad experiences I have to take my Gladiator to a different dealership to repair the damages .that Jeep Only did. Worst service experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and take your Jeep somewhere else and avoid the hassle.
Call and was told the service manager was available to take the call only to transfer and then ignored i left voicemails and nothing no call back at all. I called Chapman Jeep/Dodge/Ram and they took my call the first time and set me up and apt. Seems like here they couldn’t even give the little bit of care to actually not lie to me or give a call back. But hey they are #1 in customers communication just doesn’t seem that way to me.
Absolutely awful dealership. Bought my ‘21 Jeep Gladiator from them back in April. When they delivered it they mistakenly activated a 3 month SiriusXM trial rather than the 6 month trial that all ‘21 Jeeps come with. I took back to my salesperson and he assured me that they had fixed it.Low and behold, I just got billed for a month from SiriusXM. After speaking to them they stated several times that it was a mistake on the dealer’s part. Best part? Now I have learned that I also don’t have SiriusXM Traffic or TravelLink…both of which are supposed to be included for 5 years with my option package.I returned to the dealer and they completely denied that it was an issue on their side. They provided me with contact info for their dealer rep from SiriusXM. After speaking with him, he stated that he doesn’t work with consumers, but rather dealers only.In the end, I am missing out on all of the SiriusXM products that are promised on the window sticker. Run away from these guys! Who loses a customer that purchased a $60k+ Jeep for a couple hundred dollars of SiriusXM products?
Even tho they didn’t have the parts needed for my appointment I made in advance and I had to wait an extra hour plus (hopefully I didn’t pay for it in labor) everyone was very nice and honest about pricing and fixed everything right. Floyd and the girls were all very helpful with all my questions and if they didn’t know the answer they looked it up right away. I was able to make an appointment only a few days in advance so that was a plus too. I hate to be a karen when there is good customer service and everyone is personable and nice. They did give me a nurse discount. Also, their car wash is out of service right now just heads up. There r some badass jeeps in the lot if Ure looking to buy! 0lllll0
This Christmas I went to jeep Only to get my recall done for my fuel relay injector . I had previously took my car into an actual authorize shop and had a diagnosis and they told me I should wait until the recall was done to figure out the next best case of action.I Took my jeep in for the first round of recalls from February til December to remedy my issue which was know by them. I didn’t not get a call back that there was a solution to recall, I had to call myself. I had drove my vehicle to the service Center.I return a day later with a recall down and Unmovable Vehicle. I was always taught not to trust dealerships with your car. None thing against the store and its staff. I spent two day in limbo wait for the jeep company to say due to the part being recalled and causing another part to fail, they would replace it, I didn’t mind paying for labor. After to painful days they lowered the price from 1000 to 700 something. It was a slap in my face. I trusted you with my one and only possession. Not only did you betray my trust but you made the wonderful company I thought it was became some place I hate during Christmas time too. All I wanted to say publicly, who responsible for the care of my Vehicle? if it’s left in the care of a spineless company as this one.
My wife purchased a vehicle from here OVER A MONTH ago and also purchased rims and tires. They told us the rims would be in the 7th of July it’s now the 22nd and we’ve called them three times with NO returned call! Can SOMEONE please call us back and tell us where the rims we purchased are or give us a refund so we can get rims elsewhere! This is ridiculous.Update: we called twice today still with no returned phone call, called the front desk rep and spoke to Audrey asking for the GM only to be hung up on.Will we only get a response if we contact the BBB.The car buying process was okay but after you buy the car I promise you will never get a call back from anyoneDO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT YOUR CALLS RETURNED.
UPDATED. CAUTION BUYING FROM JEEP ONLY!!! Have had this wrangler a little over a month and put over 3k on it so far and 1 to 2 wheeling trips a week. Cleaning air filter I found that when they cleaned the engine bay it appears they didnt reconnect the intake back to the filter housing properly. Hose clamp was completely off the rubber boot on bottom side. In addition my first ride out the rad overflow fell of and took a ride on my axle because it was also put back in improperly. I have left a vm with sales manager and have yet to get a call back. In addition the wench that came on the jeep was also not working and got to find that out on the trail too. So just want to put this out there. Really kind of upset and concerned what damage this miss connected intake could have cause over the last month and atleast 4 trips out wheeling. Not impressed at all with the treatment I have received post purchase and will no longer recomend buying from them.Awesome place no pressure and they really work to get you in at a good deal. They understand the love of jeeps and dont take advantage of it. Ana our sales girl and her manager Sean were amazing and Adam was our finace guy and without him I dont think we would have gotten the intrest rate we needed to make owning our first wrangler a reality. I cant thank them enough

I need to put the fenders back on my Jeep to sell it. Unfortunately my ex had tossed the bolts I went to a parts store to get new ones they told me they couldn’t look up the exact bolt my best bet was to go to the dealership and buy one and they could match it from there. I went to Jeep Only and they told me they needed to see the Jeep to make sure they gave me the right stuff and if I brought the fenders maybe they could help me put them on. I brought in the Jeep and the fenders and they popped them on with plastic clips something I could have easily done myself, but I figured it would be worth the $50 or so they’d probably charge me for the hour or less that it took. Haha $175 that’s what they changed me and they never mentioned it up that it would be so much nor did they even pull it into their garage. So buyers beware make sure you get all estimates up front and in writing and if they tell you they’re going to help you they’re probably going to help themselves to your wallet. We LOVED the experience we had today! Salesman, Blair Goldsack, was fantastic! He didnt push to get our info to run credit before being given a few options first. We REALLY appreciate the low stress and non-pushy, honest sales approach with a great sense of humor.Knowing theyve already worked with our credit union was helpful and made the process easier.Then we were passed to finance with David Lee, and he was just as easy and fun to work with as Blair! Fast, no-nonsense service. They were busy but still got my oil changed fast. Very friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable.
Dishonest dealer. They couldnt have the honest courtesy of telling me that someone else was interested in a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in September of this year. The vehicle was sold out underneath me and didnt tell me until after the fact after I inquired. They pulled my credit and was supposed to overnight lease paperwork the day before. Also, would mention several times they are too busy and would push things off. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be careful with these dealers practicing a no haggle pricing policy they dont have any incentive to capture a client. They kept touting that. There is no coverage if anyone is absent in the finance dept. Such a slow process with the sales rep and finance mgr. I had to followup with them multiple times. I ended up finding the same exact vehicle at a dealer in CO who moved much faster then these amateurs and that was a successful transaction.
Very disappointing experience. After working with this dealership on a previous test drive, I found a vehicle of interest online. I phoned my sales rep (who was great) and he confirmed the vehicle availability and advertised price. The advertised list price included a dealer discount of $3986.00. At the dealership I was presented with a full list price. (Apples to apples before add-ons tax etc.) For the identical vehicle with the identical VIN. So I pointed out this was different from their advertisement. Now in comes John from finance. I pulled up the website, searched by the inventory number, which my rep and John provided. John confirmed this was the identical vehicle and that the website did indeed show the advertised dealer discount of 3986.00. But he would not honor the advertised price. I mentioned this felt deceptive but still he would not honor the price. I have all the documentation on this interaction. I read many reviews that this dealership is famous for a bait and switch but really liked the sales rep and wanted to give him my business. Not his fault and he was extremely apologetic for what had taken place. Very disappointing. I am a qualified buyer who had planned to drive off the lot tonight in a brand new Jeep! #Truthinadvertising

If I could rate Jeep Only a 0, I would. I was ready to purchase a Gladiator from out of state and Eddie refused to send a purchase order so I could verify the terms and decide which financing option I wanted to go with because in his words, It goes against our policy to provide buyer orders, because they are a contract and binding, to people without securing the vehicle via deposit (never heard of a contract being binding with out signatures from both sides). They also increased the MSRP in an attempt to hide the fact they were wrapping aftermarket add ons into the cost (which is why I wanted the Jeep and wouldve been fine with had they simply been upfront). Lastly, I explicitly asked them to only run my credit through one bank only to get alerted from a credit monitoring company that it was ran through several. So they were clearly trying to keep the contract away from me so they could get me to fly there and rope me into using their financing. Scam artists - avoid at all cost.
I had a great experience with my sales guy Michael, he gets 5 stars, but I was definitely taken advantage of. I was told I had to pay 800 dollars for a security alarm system because it was “already in the car” I kept questioning this, but they were insistent that I had to pay it, even if I didn’t want it. Well, it turns out, when I got my papers, that it WAS optional to activate it and they checked the “activate work box” after I signed the papers. It’s only $800 but very shady. Shame on you for sticking to the stereotypical practice of dealing with women buying cars.
10/10 everyone has been great from start to finish. From Devante who helped me pick my car to Adam in financing and everyone checking in to see if i needed help, making sure I’m ok, helping me take my Instagram pictures or course and welcoming me to the Jeep family! Come see them. BEEP BEEP WHO GOT THE KEYS TO THE JEEP!
Over all it wasnt fun to buy car in their dealership. The Sales people will always lie for their own sale, everywhere and specifically in here. Im really happy with the car I bought (so far I have it for only a month) but if you got any problems with your purchase- David Lee is the right guy to solve everything! I had to fight for everything that was promised me by the Salesperson but in the end David took care of me and all my worries got solved.They also lied about the smog check that was done and I had to call the DMV to figure it out that the smog check was done a year ago.ALSO- FUEL PUMP AND WIPERS WAS DEFECTEDSAVE YOURESLEF - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Long story short bought a jeep the radio was broken when they sold it to me but promised that they will fix my radio I have been waiting 4 months with the run around every time I call. I got someone in the parts department to answer last week but then they claim they received the wrong radio and I have to wait longer. Weird customer service for someone who never missed a payment. Also don’t try calling they never answer just pop up there!

Being a recent transplant from the LA area, I didnt know where to go for service on my Cherokee TH. I found Jeep Only and booked an appointment and was SUPER impressed with them. The check in/out process was very efficient, the staff was great and the Jeeps... OMG.. The Jeeps. Highly recommend checking them out!

Im very disappointed with this service, a month ago I purchased my truck, last week I noticed that the light was on and off so I took it to service and to do oil change, my appointment was at eleven oclock I was there at 10:30 and I left it was 4:30 and they never called me I have to called them and they never do anything to my truck, they didnt change the oil only reset it very bad service and customer service was not good now I have to pay for the light and its not cheap even I just have my jeep I have to pay 😢 now I wonder why only 3 🌟

We purchased a new Trailhawk and I have to say this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Ashley and Noah were outstanding and helpful, finance was a breeze to work with, and most importantly - they honored every item they promised us - trade in value, rebates and the vehicles net price were all exactly as we discussed via email. The dealership itself is top notch and, similar to Harley stores, can be a destination itself for Jeep aficionados as they have great gear and unique vehicles. I have had absolutely awful experiences with other dealers, and for once, I feel like we found a good one.
I called just to ask if they sell spare tire covers. The receptionist answered and transferred me to parts which was an automated voicemail saying the mailbox is full and it hung up on me. I called back again, this time she transferred my call to parts and he answered, and he transferred my call to someone elses voicemail that was full and it hung up on me. I called back a third time and my call wasnt even answered by the receptionist. I dont appreciate the employees making a game out of avoiding helping customers.

I got a jeep last September and the tires is not working and now show another problem with the catalyzed I left the car for 4 days and nobody call me back for the report and wasnt done. I dont recommend this dealer,the worst customer services that I tried
Wish I could be writing a positive review, but my experience with Jeep Only has been very poor. I went to Jeep Only to purchase a new hood. They advised they would have to order the hood and then send it to a body shop to be painted. They told me it would take about a couple of days to get the hood and then maybe a week to have it painted. A week goes by and I had not heard anything so I called them on a Monday and they stated that the body shop had just picked up the hood and that it should be ready about Saturday. Saturday came and went and I heard nothing back. Nothing on Monday either, so I called on Tuesday. They said they would call the body shop and call me back. I never heard back. I called them the following Wednesday and was asked to hold while they called the body shop. They came back on the line and told me that they said it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and nothing. Saturday came and still nothing. I called Saturday and left a message requesting an update and no one called me back. I called again on Monday and left another message and still no one called me back. I called on Tuesday and finally got a live person who told me that they texted the body shop and was told it would be ready that day (Tuesday). At this time Im pretty well fed up with the whole thing and so I advised that if it wasnt done by Wednesday then I didnt want it. Naturally, Wednesday came and went without any word. Thankfully I didnt pay up front for the hood.Im currently on my 3rd Jeep vehicle and my daughter-in-law also bought a Jeep because of me. My step-son is currently looking to purchase a new truck and has been thinking about getting a gladiator. I will not be doing any more business with Jeep Only nor would I recommend them.
Hard to schedule maintenance, service department never answers calls or returns voice-mails, horrible.
Made an appointment almost a month ago to have some items installed. Dropped the Jeep off yesterday and was advised by Josh it would be ready today. Left work walked in and was told they called me and needed it for another day. I asked what time they called since I did not have a message or missed call and was advised they called me at 5pm lol. You mean while I was on my way to pick it up. Josh left and came back to the desk with my keys. I asked how far they were and he said they didn’t even start and handed me my keys. Are you kidding me. You knew there was a problem 8 hours ago and didn’t bother to call me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never will I go back to Jeep Only. The truly sad part is how I was treated when I arrived and the lack of consideration for my time. This entire loss of not just this project but future business and service work are now lost. Apparently they knew this was an issue when they pulled my Jeep up front without me even knowing they had not touched it all day. The worst part was after I asked for a manager to express how poorly this was handled I was offered $30 in gas lol. Are you serious, I drive a Jeep and could care less about gas, my time is worth 10 times more. Stay away from this place.
Elliot in the service department was amazing. He took such great care of me and anticipated all my service needs without trying to be all sales-y. He took into consideration my time and safety. He showed me around the new sales floor, helped get me a rental while his team serviced my car, didn’t rush my appointment and was just a genuine guy. It’s hard to find service like that from a dealership service center. His service is so great that when it’s time to purchase a new vehicle I’d trust that I’d be taken care of at this dealer. I didn’t purchase my Jeep here but I wish I had. Thanks for the awesome service ! If I ever need more work on my Jeep I’m coming back here for sure.

Made an appointment on Monday to check out a specific car after researching on the website as they advertise is a must due to restrictions on visits. Emailed and scheduled showing and test drive for today (Saturday). Recieve a confirming email on Monday of the appointment, then a confirming text this morning. When we got there, we were told the owner is out driving it and it wasnt available for us to look at. No attempt to reset the appointment or even acknowledge we came in specifically to look at this one car. Hope for the future the owner checks the appointment schedule for others, because I wont be back in. So little interest or concern in my time is unbelievable in this business climate.
I came here thinking I was going to receive the same hustle sales person that I get everywhere else when shopping for a vehicle. I scheduled my test drive with Rachel. The experience was like no other! Not only is she AMAZING at her job, she makes it a point that your needs and wants are important and what matters. The whole entire Jeep crew extremely pleasant and welcoming! Matt and David, thank you for everything and all the laughs as well. The best experience I have ever had when I have had to deal with a dealership. Elliott made me feel like family. Even when I was late. He didnt make it a big deal. I had my car back before the allotted time. He explained some other issue that I was unaware my car had. There wasnt an pressure to get them fix with them even though they found them. I bought a 2007 jeep SRT8 late last year discovered it had some problems and decided to take it to jeep only so I called the service department and the advisor I got with was josh at first everything went really smooth made my appointment and even dropped the car off early to get looked at I was told it would be a few days until they would know whats wrong with it took about 3 days found out it needed major work on it and I agreed to have the work that Josh told me it needed done on it soon after I gave them the ok I was old news to them never got an update on the car I always had to call them to see what was going on with the vehicle and where the parts were at when the parts finally get there they decided to tear apart the rear differential and tell me now it needs even more parts when I was told it didnt need anything else made no sense why not tear the vehicle down to see all was needed instead I had to wait more and more weeks ahead lied to even more josh telling me parts were ordered when they were not even ordered I had to pay double to get a limited slip differential installed because I was told they could get the stock part any longer after they finally got this part I was told my car would be the next one in I even showed up to the dealership multiple times with the vehicle still sitting in the same exact spot on top of being lied to yet again when the vehicle would be finished when I finally get the vehicle back I found out they had washed it when I specifically told them multiple times not to and yet they still the service manager personally drove the car through causing scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle and the roof. 01/02/2021 the vehicle randomly started showing all warning lights on dash dash needles going all over I turned my Hazard lights on and pulled the vehicle over to look up what I thought was just a bad battery come to find out it was an ignition recall which is a safety recall that was supposed to have been done crystal the service manager and Josh the service advisor had both told me it was done I call the dealership and I speak the elliot another advisor he had trouble finding the recall in my paperwork because it turns out the recall was never done I drop the vehicle off Monday because parts had to be ordered for the recall I was told I would be called with an update on Tuesday when the parts got there never got a call I tried calling the advisor couldnt get through waited still nothing so I call the service manager crystal was told the vehicle would be done by the end of the day 5 comes around and I start driving up there and get there around 5:30 because Im fed up with waiting for something to be done on my car that shouldnt take an entire shift to complete I pull into the drive with my rental and crystal is up front with the advisor I dealt with gives me an uninterested face and walks away into the shop while the service advisor deals with me and gets me my keys crystal the service manager showed absolutely zero concern for the fact my vehicle left her service department unsafe with my 8 month old daughter that rides in that vehicle I will be contacting the service director for how unprofessional this service department is ran communication is non-existent cant hardly get ahold of the service department the front desk person had to put me on hold so she could walk over there to see what was going on will never come to jeep only again after I just had to had them 5k worth of work done to my vehicle to be disrespected and my familys safety brushed off like it didnt matter if anyone needs service done your better off going anywhere else but here
Adam did a great job trying to help me on a part search. He ran into a steel wall set up by the manafacture .WHY IS THIS PART MANAFACTUR DISCONTINUED????there are still so many jeep TJs on the roadAdam has a great front line employee attitude!!
Ive never walked out with a new vehicle so fast at a dealership, this place is great. Jenny and Josh were great to work with. Would definitely recommend going here if buying a Jeep. Saving the 5th star till I have an experience with the service department.

The service rep was nice but the actual service was horrible. My first visit included a factory recall service. When they were finished, I drove away and discovered a loud noise and vibration coming from the air conditioner. I took it right back and they quickly fixed it, so quickly that the entire panel under the glove box was still hanging down when they have it back to me. My second visit was for a battery replacement. The first day it was in the shop it was struck by another car being serviced, smashed the rear bumper. They assured me they would take care of the damage but didnt offer any proactive compensation such as a rental or to waive the cost of the battery replacement. One a month later, Im still waiting for my car because the body shop is waiting for parts. Im sure this dealership is nicer when you are there to spend on a new Jeep but my experience has been horrendous.

I usually hate car salesmen, but shopping from Michael was an amazing experience. He is super respectful, gives you your space and let’s you explore your options. He doesn’t force you into anything, but takes the time to explain everything properly.I wasn’t even expecting to buy a car this fast, but I know I won’t find a better deal.
