I took my car in and had the front rotors and brake pads replaced. A few days later, the night before heading out of town (on a road trip) I decided to wash my car, luckily by hand instead of the usual drive thru, and noticed TWO lugs nuts missing from my front passenger side!! I am absolutely beyond livid as I not only drive a minimum of 50miles on the highway each day for work but I also have two little girls! Someone not doing their job correctly could have easily gotten my kids, myself or someone else killed. On top of that I had to delay my trip and go down to the shop for an hour waiting for new lug nuts. The shop guy told me he called corporate and in their words, “were not assuming responsibility” and would not “admit any wrongdoing” and kept mentioning them probably being stolen, even though I told them my car is always parked in my garage, however they did replace them…While waiting in the shop another customer told me she was in there because her skid plate fell off while driving after they did her oil change.It is completely unacceptable to not tighten not just one, but two lug nuts. If they cant even tighten a bolt how am I supposed to trust they did my brakes and rotors correctly!? Obviously they are careless and I will not be trusting them with my vehicle again!In regards to the company reply, I DID reach out via email before writing this post and was told the shop also reached out to corporate and yet all I got was apology for not meeting my expectations.

Great customer service. I walked in to do an oil change on my truck and they where super friendly and professional.I have been caring for my cars at firestone for over 5 years but I love these guys!!They made me feel at home and safe. Ive had experiences where Ive been questioned on my ability to understand my own vehicles as soon as I walk in.Not these guys!! I think I found my go to place for my mechanical needs. I definitely recommend them.

All employees were very cordial and professional. Besides the oil change they also did a smog check. They detected a small leak and gave me options on what can be done. Will return for them to take care of this, and will recommend.

Greg is friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to deal with and I will be back for all of my car maintenance and repairs. I feel confident knowing that I have a great repair shop whenever I need it. I always used to worry when I needed repairs in the past and now, I don’t at all because I know I found an honest and fair mechanic for all future repairs.

I brought both my cars there and the have proven to be honest people, which it seems there are less trustworthy mechanics nowadays. I dropped off my Jeep for an alignment after lifting the suspension 2 inches. They helped me align it closest to factory specs as possible, given the custom lift. They were very good at explaining all the fine details that gave me peace of mind. I am confident to continue coming here for my auto repair and maintenance needs.

After a workout, the guys were nice enough to give me a jump to get on the road. Wasn’t sure if they would but they did without hesitation. Hard to find great service these days and this car center goes above and beyond.

I needed my motor mounts replaced on my BMW and I gave these guys a call, since theyre right across from the gym I go to, figured Id give it a shot. After getting the estimate from the nice guy, he said he could get me in first thing the next morning. I dropped it off the next day and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. To my surprise, I got called at 1PM, which was far from closing time. They did a great job, my engine no longer causes excessive vibration. They really outdid themselves to do the job THE NEXT DAY, and have it done in a timely manner. Not to mention, the guy has a sense of humor and genuinely cares about customers(hes not one of those grumpy old dudes), and the professionalism is unmatched. Definitely coming back here again.

Greg was an absolute legend. Very friendly service and well explained. Communicated with me and had my service done in just over 2 hours with only him and one other crew member. I am very impressed with the quality and service here. The staff is very helpful and trustworthy.

This place is awesome and they are honest and fair. I took my car in to get the battery’s changed. My car has the battery in an odd place so it’s difficult to take out. I called first to see the cost. Their books shows 1 and a half labor hours to change and they cut me a deal and did it only for half an hour. On the way there my car died and I instantly thought it was the alternator. I left there expecting a very expensive bill. They called me a few hours later and it turned out to be a corroded battery cable. They could of changed me for the alternator and a lot more labor and I would of had no idea but they didn’t. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my car in early in the morning, with my kids & stroller in tow. I had already mapped out the closest park with the intention of walking down and letting the kids run around because I was anticipating the wait to be a couple of hours, an hour at very minimum. I was floored when I was taken care of immediately (test on my battery & alternator) and a new battery was put in no more than 20 mins later. I was also very impressed that they were so honest & let me know my alternator was fine - my car just needed a new battery. Less than $200 and 30 mins later, I was back on my way. I have NEVER had such a quick successful trip to any mechanic for ANYTHING to do with my vehicle. Thank you, Meineke!!

Unfortunately not straight forward and misleading Groupon purchases. Bought a brake pad replacement Groupon this morning, when I informed them of this upon arrival the technician started shaking his head and said yeah, you probably shouldnt have done that, its our cheapest brake pad and I doubt we have it for your car. I replied with Well, then why have it up there? And why not be upfront about the details? His reply, ..well it wasnt me that put that up there. Ugh.....unfortunately too typical of a response from shady auto repair places. I used them about 6 months ago for a full synthetic oil change with another Groupon purchase it was for $44.95 ....AFTER they had completed the work upon being rung up they informed that it would actually be $59 because the Groupon only covered a certain amount of oil and my car need more. I feel the ethical thing to do is to be upfront about that BEFORE the work is done. I wouldnt have had a problem spending the extra money if they simply were upfront about it. I will not support a business that operates in this manner. I have wait up to 10 days for my Groupon purchase to be refunded.

The man checking us and was very rude. I Brought two cars in. He asked if we could leave the car, and bring the other one back afterwards. I asked if we could be put in line so that way it could be done faster, he said no. So after a few hours, I showed back up there because he said it should be done. My car had been finished for extend amount minute I may never called me. When I asked him about it he just shrugged his shoulders and says we don’t have any staff. So we then left another car there, but she said only two were in front of. When I called to check on the car, the representative told me it wasn’t done yet, despite the fact they told me there’s only two cars ahead of it. Then he proceeded just to hang up on me.

I just got an oil change it drove fine then the next day I was driving home from work, the car felt funny so when I got home I let it cool down then I checked the dip stick multiple times and it barley showed any signs of oil.

All staff was friendly. The price of my oil change was awesome for full synthetic. They did it within an hour of when I dropped it off. Definitely will be back.

Used Groupon for a Smog test. You still have to pay the $6 to upload for the DMV so the Groupon worked out to be about equivalent to other places. But the staff wasn’t fast and friendly, really sweet.

I have bought a coupon for this company to essentially “save money” but ended up paying $25+ Just for an extra liter of oil and the use of a car filter. The service was very slow. A worker also told me that there was “too many cars to work on” and told me to come in the next day. Overall not a good experience with the workers and company.
