Great service from a young man named Nicholas Bell. He helped my husband try to find the right shoe that they might have in a size 18. My husband is so hard to find shoes for. But this place was so clean, great service and very friendly. I will keep coming back.

Store manager was so disrespectful.I had to up and leave I loved working for the company but the new management was horrible. The new store manager Brian would curse at employees mainly managers and belittle them for a minor error. He would gossip about the managers to associates to the point associates looked down on managers and would not obey them. It was really bad. I could imagine how it is now.. the other managers were hard working great team to work with! Corporate would wonder why no one enthusiastic because everyone was Miserable putting on a fake smile when visit came around. Hopefully all is well as in now!

I had an overall good experience shopping here. It actually took quite a while before someone offered to help me (an the store was not busy at all). But besides that, the one lady who eventually approached me was very nice and very helpful. The prices were good here, and there was an awesome sale going on. Every item in the store was buy one get one half off! I ended up only purchasing a pair of waterproof hiking boots for work. I was pleased with my purchase.

If I could only give a negative score I would! Customer service is beyond awful. This happen to be the only store in the country having the item I needed for my sisters Birthday. The assistant store manager Rafiel refused to help me out and make the telephone order. He appeared to be very rude, unaccommodating and unprofessional. Its unbelievable that a person with such manners can be an assistant manager. Avoid that store at all cost!!!
