I ordered the balloon 3 days in advance. When I came to pick it up, the balloons were not ready yet. They forgot to make it. All I want is for the balloon to be inflated so it can fly for birthday offering for my deceased mother. The following day, the balloons were partially deflated and it does not fly anymore. I was a waste of money. Definitely will not buy balloons here anymore.
