Whole experience was amazing. Mike Kennedy the salesman worked around my schedule to get wife and I a estimate for a new sliding door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable not pushy at all. The installers Ricky and Rick were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time were very thorough. They were very friendly and funny. They kept everything clean from putting tarps down to sweeping and even cleaning the glass. After seeing Ricky’s and Ricks work completed my wife and I will be purchasing new windows as well soon and they are the only two installers we will have do it. Also like to give kudos to Eric Wiechart he runs a tight ship and hires a great group of people. Linda who set the appointment was super friendly as well. Can not thank everyone enough for a very pleasurable experience.

I had a very old window I needed replaced for my three seasons room. My expectations were not met, Which were probably due to my lack of communication. HOWEVER, returns and refunds are such a hassle for everyone involved so knowing this my attitude reflected such JOYOUS anticipation which usually ALWAYS ending in the buyers loss.
