I just picked up 6 screened patio doors from Davis Glass. The workmanship was great and the quality of screen was top notch. They had them all completed within 36 hours of drop off. Ordered a door and Davis glass was contracted to do the work. Door was installed and everything went great. Door handle had issues and they care out 5 times to look at the door. Handle was replaced. Sill had issues. Many times not even checking in at the business and little was done. Called to say if we cannot come to a resolution I will need to go elsewhere and I will not be fitting the bill. Lady in the office went unglued and kept screaming that I threatened her and would not hear another word from me. Apparently, 6th time is not the charm...

Called to get a quote. Salesman was supposed to get back to me. After a week I call and remind them that I was supposed to get a callback. She says he will call today. One week later, no call. Called back and said i was supposed to get a call about some measurements for a quote for 2 showers. She said okay and hung up. Never asked my name. Never got my number. Service was rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. Surely they have done some good things over the years to remain in business, but this clearly is not a quality business.

We recently used Davis Glass & Mirror Co. to replace the broken glass in a basement window. While the work completed was as promised, they double charged for the job. Once when dropping off the window, then again when picking up. They asked for a receipt as proof of payment and because we lost it we had to repay. It was a handwritten receipt and I was shocked that they didnt have a copy. The lady that took the first payment and wrote my receipt said she didnt remember me. I must say, from one veteran to another, that Sir, is bad business and I wont be using your services again! And using your veteran status as part of your advisement doesnt make your business any better. Especially when thats how you treat your fellow veterans.
