We came here yesterday 10/29 and test drove one of their 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 trucks. They pulled credit and said only option to work with us would be to put $8k down, they made it fairly clear they didn’t want our business. So we left, today 10/30 we went to another dealership found the same model truck for $10k less selling price, no money down, and was approved and bought this other dealers truck! So happy we did not give our business or money to King GMC, they didn’t want our business anyway even though we were ready to buy!

I couldn’t believe I was able to get a appointment as quick as I did. I mean next day service. In fact if I would had more time I could have gotten in the same day . Thanks guys .

It was quick and easy! I had searched far and wide for the vehicle I wanted. Other dealerships acted like answering my questions was a burden. Addison, Keith and Tanner were awesome at answering my questions and helping to get my needs met! I was able to correspond via text with their team, which was super convenient since I had to car shop from work. Once I picked out which vehicle I wanted they took care of everything. All I had to do was show up, sign, and drive!

Bought a used 2016 Buick Envision back on September 19, 2019. We test drove it at night and my wife did paperwork the following day and picked it up. A couple months after taking it home I walked across the garage and noticed small hail damage across the hood of the vehicle and top of the cab. Of course it was past the 30 days already so I put it off as it was minor and didnt bother us personally driving it and figured there was nothing we could do about it at that point. We are now trying to trade the vehicle in for something larger and they are saying it will be a $3,000-$4,000 hit. Called King GMC to discuss the issue and they essentially said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked it they normally inspect a vehicle for hail damage and list the vehicle accordingly as hail damaged or adjust the price accordingly. They essentially said sorry but it is what it is and if you valued it enough to purchase it for that amount thats all that matters. I fully understand this is partially our fault as we should have really inspected the vehicle prior to taking it home. At the same time you would hope a seller would inspect the vehicle properly and have the principles to tell the customer that it is hail damaged and mark it down accordingly. This had neither, listed at full blue book value. Our company and I personally have purchased many vehicles from GMC over the past 16 years but I definitely wont be from King GMC. I would recommend Weld County Garage in Greeley.

Brought my Yukon in for service. Service called and told me all the issues. I had them fix most of those issues. But then within a day or 2 one of the issues they brought to my attention got much worse. I took a look and found a bolt loose that was causing the leak. I tightened it and have not had an issue since. When I called for details about what the tech found when it was in for service they didnt have any details about the leak. Then today my wife went to grab an envelope of money she kept in the glove box and the envelope was empty. Now I have no proof of any of them taking it but, with the leak coincidentally getting worse after service and then money missing from my car its all suspect and Im not going to bringing my car back for service or to buy from them. Its unfortunate but that was my experience.

Ed our sales associate and Tim who handled our finance / paperwork were phenomenal. Ed was polite and employed none of the infamous high pressure techniques dealerships can be known for. While he was new, he had endless patience for our questions and diligently found answers for us. Tim was personable and easy going, made the paperwork very easy and explained everything very well.My one complaint would be that the manager (whose name escapes me) tried to undervalue our trade for which I had no less than 5 equal offers in writing from other dealerships. Stay strong and come in with other offers to avoid this.

Paul was wonderful, only a short wait to be greeted and my car checked in. A little longer of a wait for the labor to be done than I expected since I had made an appointment, but not at all a complaint as they were very busy, so the wait time was shorter than I would expect at any other business under the same workload. Paul explained the work done, work recommended and the bill very plainly and was easy to understand. He walked me to my car and made sure the CPU had been set to reflect the work done (oil change) and made sure I was happy with my service before I left. All of the techs who handled the actual labor were respectful to my property, speedy with their work and cleanly. Each employee I saw smiled and waved/nodded a greeting and I was very comfortable waiting while the work was done.

Here on summer vacation when our car developed problems just as we pulled into Ft. Collins. Reached out to king Buick GMC first thing in the morning. Scott with the service department was able to get the vehicle not only looked at but fixed within a a few hours in the morning. He was very kind, courteous and understanding, developing a back up plan in addition to being informative and on top of the situation. We worked with Jake at King Buick GMC and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We were slightly disappointed when we weren’t able to find the vehicle we thought we wanted, but Pleasantly surprised with the alternative suggestion Jake gave us. We were able to agree upon trade in value and with the no haggle pricing we were able to get in and out in just a couple hours. The entire team we worked with were great, from sales to financing. When Jake was multitasking and helping other customers, Seth stepped up and took just as great of care of us. I would highly recommend the Loveland location.

I have a Duramax 2500hd and was pulling a 5th wheel up I70 when I broke down.. GM warranty had me towed to John Elway Chevrolet in Denver only to find out all their diesel techs were booked 2 weeks out… my trailer was still on the side of the interstate and I was in an hotel… I called King because that’s where I bought it… Scott in the service department was very sympathetic to my situation unlike the John Elway dealership and told me if I could get it towed up there he would get me in right away… one day later my trailer was back home.. I’m NEVER taking my truck anywhere else… Thank you Scott!

I just spent $6000 having my lifter and cam repaired. I am so upset for one, that it happened 7 months after my extended warranty went out when this is the 7th GMC vehicle we have owned. Number two, I have 93,000 miles and when they have done this expensive of a job to my engine, they did not even change out the spark plugs! REALLY? Number three, the check oil light keeps coming on! I am very dissatisfied.

Not to be Trusted. Went in at 9:30am in the morning to buy a car for my son did not get out until 2:00pm Made us wait, while they took others in front of because we did not use there GMC financing. Asked the sales person 3 times to put the car in my sons name and I was the co signer. When we finally got into the office to sign they made me sign first, when we questioned this, we were told it does not matter who signs first and that the car would be in my sons name. Asked about this practice 3 more times while signing and was told that it was my sons car. My son arrived at the bank to make his first car payment and was told the car was not his car, but mine. Nice bait and switch! Left messages with the manager and nobody even will call me back.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience overall purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Lack of attention to detail from the sales team. My new vehicle was delivered to me on an empty tank of gas. Manager and sales reps not responsive to my calls. No where near the customer service Ive received at other dealerships. Frustrating when purchasing an expensive vehicle. Bummer.

Little late on the review, but I wanted to recognize and recommend Tom Medina at King GMC! He made our buying experience virtually painless! He listened to our vehicle needs and didnt try to oversell us, in fact, he actually tried to down sell us. The dealership did not have one of the models we were looking for in stock, but Tom took the initiative and had it transferred in the same day! Tom had great knowledge of the product, as we were torn between two model years. He gave us the pros and cons on each model year which really influenced our purchasing decision. He gave us straight forward figures, and had us signed and out the door in 20 minutes on the day we took delivery. Definitely would recommend Tom and King GMC! Thank you!

I have never seen a service department that is more professional or dedicated. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from King originally it did not matter. Scott treated me with courtesy and the technicians got my vehicle repaired ahead of time. Next time I go to purchase a vehicle I am going to King. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I asked to speak to someone else and got a managers voicemail.Kinda silly, I need $2,000 worth of things done and this shop just lost that.I called the Longmont shop and he immediately asked me what type of vehicle, my name, and an estimate for each item I wanted done.

Brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement and a filter change. When I brought my truck in, everything was working in perfect order, but, when I got it back, the main console where the radio is at, the screen itself, was all blacked out. When I brought this to the attention to the service attendant, not the one I normally deal with, he said that hed have his guys look at it. Again, when I brought it in, it was working perfectly fine. After they checked everything over, the attendant stated that it was as short that must have gone out when they were working on it. Thankfully, my extended warranty covers the parts and labor but I was told I would have to pay the deductible of $100. I would be totally fine with that if the short happened while I had the truck in my possession and had to bring it in for them to fix. But, since it was in the possession of the service center at the time, how do I know that their techs didnt screw something up? I find it kind of fishy that again, when I brought it it, everything was working in perfect order. I feel like I shouldnt have to pay for something that their techs may have messed up on in the back. Not happy with them and a little shocked as they are normally really good at what they do. Be very careful and mindful of when you bring your vehicle in to them to have service done, you may end up with something faulty if you get it back.***UPDATE***After taking my truck in to get to get the console fixed, I spoke with the main service attendant I normally deal with when I come in to get my oil changed about what had happened. He said hed look into it. After the truck was fixed, the attendant said that there was no charge. They reviewed everything again and couldnt find the cause of how it happened but understood how from the customers point of view it would look a little fishy. He stated it wasnt worth losing a customer over. I told him thank you and greatly appreciated him re-reviewing everything. After this, I still will bring my truck back to them because they do provide really good customer service, but, will be sure to be more mindful of everything. when I take it in the next time. Ive updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars but wont go beyond that because of what transpired the 1st go round.

My review of the King Buick GMC is solely in regard to factory ordering new vehicles. Based on my experience here, I cannot recommend anyone if your intent on ordering a vehicle to your specs. If they have the vehicle on the lot you might be ok, but on factory orders dont bother. I came in ready to order a fully loaded 2021 Yukon Denali (paying cash) and spoke with their sales manager Matt. Instead of being upfront and telling me they dont custom order vehicles, he gave me the run-around and had me contact another sales guy Pete by phone in their longmont location. We exchanged a few calls/emails, before I was ghosted. The whole experience was a giant waste of my time and not appreciated. Its much easier to tell a prospective customer you cant order vehicles at our dealership. You guys lost my business for your lack of transparency. What is the world coming to when a dealership doesnt want to make an $85K sale from a cash buyer. Crazy times. Response to Manager Comment: Thank you for the response. Ill be sure to call you directly if I want to waste more of my time. Train your sale associates to treat all sales (and customers) with the same level of importance, and not to place a preference on vehicles that you have in current inventory. Remember you are a dealer for the manufacturer.

I recently purchased a car from here and had a wonderful experience. I worked directly with Jake Clark who helped me through every step of a test drive as well as working with my credit union and helping me to figure out my exact payment plan based off of the car I wanted. He even included a new windshield into the deal for no charge when I had mentioned that the existing one was damaged. Besides Jake, everyone else there was also very friendly and made this car purchase more of a personal memory for me rather than a sale for them. Overall I would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle here!

The service department is great! Tyler did an awesome job with what he could. I just cant believe that I bought an extended powertrain warranty and it doesnt cover the emissions system... Thats all part of the powertrain.. Obviously if it craps out I cant drive the truck!!! So dumb! Paid all that my and it doesnt cover it. Loophole

Terrible customer service, or shall I say, lack there of. Their sales team give new meaning to the term “slimy used car sales man” and we weren’t even interested in a used vehicle. This dealership uses all of the best tactics to try and pressure into agreeing to a low ball trade-in using the “market” and need for “new tires” as collateral. Sorry your presumption regarding my knowledge of the market and cost of new tires was incorrect. The current market lends to the purchase price of used vehicles at some of the highest prices seen over the past ten years. I hope for your sake your business continues to thrive on people who don’t know a thing about the sales industry or current “market” trends. Thanks, but no thanks.P.S. Such a disappointing experience. Went in just a couple of weeks ago to test drive a car that my husband and I were really excited about. One of the workers sent us out to test drive it and we realized very quickly that the heat was broken and the turn signals did not function. We turned around and parked back in the lot almost immediately and went back in to let them know that the car wasn’t even legal to drive and we were very disappointed. He responded with, “well, other than that did you like it?”He said he would email or call me the following day after having the car checked out and fixed and let me know what the issue was, because if it was an easy fix we were still interested in purchasing it. I didn’t hear anything and emailed a couple of days later. I then followed up after a week and still haven’t heard anything.I do not trust this business nor would I recommend them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had picked out a nice used SUV and applied for it. I had worked with Jeremy, who assured me MANY times that our deal was set and would NOT change. I live in Douglas, Wyoming, so It was EXTREMELY important that the numbers were set and I would be able to take it home if I drove over there. I had asked countless times if everything was in order and that I was able to take the car home with the same deal (0 down and low APR). So I drive ALL THE WAY TO COLORADO, fill out a few papers and they turn around and say they want $6,500 down!!! They claimed it was the bank who was asking for this. So I called the bank (twice) and they assured me that they definitely gave the dealership a deal to offer me as long as it didn’t go over the agreed loan limit. It was the DEALER who wanted more money than initially agreed upon. I was assured so many times that I’d be driving my new car home just to be sent home with a “tough luck” attitude. I was so mad and upset I didn’t even have words to express it. I drove home CRYING in my OLDER car. I wasted an entire day just to be lied to. If they would have stuck to the initial agreement with the bank, I would have drove home my new vehicle, but they chose to be greedy and go over what was agreed upon. This place is ridiculous. They lie straight to your face and are inconvenient to work with. I will not come back and beg everyone to never come here.

Air shocks blew out on our way to Estes park from Ohio in our Yukon. Showed up at KING overnight to wait for 7:00am when they opened. Tyler came out and greeted me as I walked up and asked how it was going. He got us in first thing and made sure the repairs were done quickly. Kept us on schedule for our vacation. Absolutely no complaints about King, I was in the market for a new to us 3/4 ton truck, I had narrowed it down between 3 trucks I found online, I went to one dealership an hour and half away and the truck they advertised as being ready for sale was in the service department with a blown rear end and couldnt be driven. Another dealership(in the same motorplex) trying to sell me a truck with so much damage from the previous owner towing fifth wheels the tailgate wouldnt open.As soon as I turned onto Byrd Dr I saw the truck I came to look at, it was standing tall, no damage, clean and ready to drive...Tom Medina handled everything and the whole deal start to finish was probably 1 and half hours, including finance, thats faster than when we paid 100% cash for my wifes car from another dealership.

I thought there was something called loyalty towards customers, but I guess not. I have purchased 4 brand new vehicles from King GMC since 2011 with amount of money spent over $250,000 in 8 years. I was going to purchase another brand new truck, but my truck I was going to trade in had a little bit of hail damage, so they tried to low ball my trade so I’m sure they could fix it and make some money on the truck. I told them I would fix it then consider trading the truck in. They called me a couple days later and up the trade value from $31,000 to $33,000 and told me I could keep the insurance check for hail damage and they would fix them selfs. One week goes buy and I get my check which was $4,000 in damages which means my trade in value would be $37,000 which Kelly Blue book has truck average at $37,500. The high end on my truck trade in is $39,700 on Kelly Blue book. Now since I have been such a good customer and this would have been the 5th new vehicle in 8 years I tell them I want $35,000 and I will keep insurance check and they fix hail damage, which puts trade value at $39,000. They tell me the will only give me $35,000 and want me to fix it, which is $2,000 less they they originally offered me. So anyone that knows simple math would say why would I do business with a company that already offered me $37,000 for trade in and then reduces it to $35,000. The funniest part is I have 14 GM vehicles that I service at King GMC for my company that I own and they now just lost all my business over $2,000 dollars smart company to do business with. UPDATE: Purchased my new GMC AT4 from Alpine Buick GMC in Denver they gave me more for my trade then King GMC and also have a better price on the truck that had the bigger engine 6.2 Liter engine instead of the 5.3 Liter engine. So again zero loyalty from King GMC I had never purchased vehicle from Alpine Buick GMC ever and I get a better deal then from a company that I have bought 4 brand new vehicles and taken all my company vehicles to there service center for everything. If I was ownership I would have a real issue with management losing a loyal customer that averages brand new vehicles every couple years. So I should thank King GMC for doing this to me so I could actually experience a better price and better experience.

Chris was AMAZING! He worked very hard to make sure we got the exact car that we wanted at a price we were happy with. He stayed after hours and worked through every part of our deal with us to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. He is great at what he does and we really appreciate everything he did for us.

I was told I needed a new radiator and fans plus a hose. If your technician would of looked into my car I didn’t need a radiator or fans replaced. Which let me put this out there both are expensive. I was in the process of trading in my car due to these reasons but my husband wanted a 2nd opinion. The local mechanic looked and said no to the radiator and fans. So I was up in the air and took my vehicle to another mechanic which said the samething. Turned out to be an ac hose in the front of the car. He took the bumper off and found the leak. We will not be using King for future maintenance due to the misdiagnosis. People should not be taken advantage of like this. Sorry but I don’t have 3500.00 just laying around to throw away during this time. We will be stopping by to express our concern. I have always taken my vehicle to King and am shocked that this happened.

I would give it negative stars if I could. The salesman, Greg, is great at his job. While we were there he was also helping 3 other people and still gave us attention we needed. Even sent us a thank you card. As far as the actual dealership goes... Its awful. We got pre-approved for a loan through our personalities credit union and they kept pushing for us to finance through them trying to beat the rate we already have. Ruined our credit score with all the hard inquiry on it. The credit union we finance through has been trying to contact the finance manager for a month and all she hears back is basically where my check even though she needs stuff from them to be able to send the check. They need a better finance manager. End of story. If we would have known it was going to be this much of a headache, we definitely would have gone to another dealership. I think Greg needs to find a job at a better dealership. Hands down would never ever purchase another vehicle from this place. 👎👎👎

Do not use this dealership. If I could do no stars I would have. I personally work at a dealership and this kind of performance and treatment is absolutely insane. Dropped the truck off after talking to the service manager. Went on vacation for a week and a half. Never got a call for update or to say its done. Showed up to pick up the truck and found out the truck was not completed. Got the run around and everyone blamed someone else for the fall thru. Did not correct the issue and still expected me to be satisfied. Not happy and wont be back.

Dont EVER buy tires at King Buick GMC ! I purchased a set of Goodyear Duratracs and had them mounted and spin balanced. When they were done, they destroyed $1,000 worth of custom wheels. I showed them the damage and they said they would have to watch the video. They never did . They basically told me to go F**K myself. Total B S.

Bought a used vehicle here a couple weeks back and the car seems to have no issues so far. No pressure sales environment makes it pleasent to deal with the salesmen there. Gentleman named Tom helped me and my wife on our purchase and he is a great and honest guy. I would check them out if you like a vehicle they have here

King Buick GMC is the place for buying a vehicle either New or Used. They give out awesome customer service going far and beyond for the customer without the customer asking to be treated good. They have a great professional staff which is kind and respectful that can guide and help you in every way that is needed when buying a vehicle. They gave me over 100% customer service when buying my used vehicle of a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country, which I purchased because of the wonderful customer service and their great knowledge of selling this vehicle to me on 5/16/19. For being a woman and buying a vehicle from them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them for any vehicle type and they will be having me in the future again, when needed of buying a vehicle or any service for my other vehicle. They are awesome, thanks for all your help!Margaret
