When I heard about the new 2022 Outback Wilderness it sounded like the perfect option to be my 3rd Subaru. Placed a call to Loveland Subaru, who I have trusted with maintenance of my 2014 Outback for many years. I was put in contact with Joel, a great sales rep. He shared all the exciting news about the new Wilderness edition and put me on this list to be contacted as soon as they become available. Joel did not disappoint, his communication skills were top notch. He kept a watchful eye on the very limited inventory they were getting in and made sure we got the first Autumn Green Wilderness. Purchase day went smoothly with Joel having all the paperwork prepared before my arrival. I was able to drive off the lot with my new Wilderness rather quickly after arriving because of Joels great organizational skills. Im more than happy with Subaru of Loveland, Joel and the great features of my Wilderness.

One of the best dealership buying experiences I have had. They said they would have the paperwork ready when I came in and they actually did. Was able to do a lot over the phone so the time spent in finance was minimal no waiting. The Sales person started the process of going over the car while we waited for the genius to finish with his prior client so I had no down time. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! I was casually considering trading in my car and just happened to find the exact car I was looking for at Loveland Subaru and decided to reach out- while the car itself wasnt available yet due to global shortages, Matt arranged for me to come test drive a similar car before deciding if I wanted to put a deposit down. I just left this location and while I always have excellent service I wanted to highlight Gregg in the service department. I came in that door all flustered about a lot of things (not anything this location did). Looked at several cars to get a feel for what we were going to purchase. Actually stopped there twice, once on a Sunday and the next time on a Saturday late morning. When we were there the previous Sunday they had 2 cars we were interested in, by the next week they were both gone. Spent about 30 minutes wandering the lot just to make sure, then checked their online inventory to learn they no longer had they cars we were looking at. Did not get assaulted by any sales people while we were there.

My 2013 Subaru Crosstrek recently blew up on a road trip. I had my car towed all the way from Utah to Subaru of Loveland. I wanted them to diagnose and fix it since I had always taken my Subaru there for everything. They were always going above and beyond for me and my family when it came to our cars. This time was completely different. I worked with Greg and my experience was horrible. My car is under mine and my dads name. I told Greg to call me as my dad didnt want to deal with the situation. He still ended up calling my dad and not me. Every time I tried to contact Greg I was immediately sent to voicemail but I understand they are extremely busy. I asked to be put on hold and Greg seemed very annoyed that I didnt leave a voice mail which I did and he never got back to me. I work full time so I had my boyfriend deal with the situation and Greg told my boyfriend he was not allowed to have my keys nor know the status of my car. At that point we decided to take my car to Subaru of Grand Junction which I highly recommend as they honored the warranty my car was under and fixed it. This was after Greg quoted me a ridiculously high price to fix it and laughed at me when I asked for my trade in value. When I picked up my keys he was extremely rude yelling we didnt give him time to come up with a plan. At this point everyone was looking at us. My experience at Subaru of Loveland was degrading and embarrassing. I ended up buying a new car from Dellenbach and I would recommend going there as they were extremely professional and a delight to work with.

I cant say enough good things about Subaru of Loveland and its employees. I live 3 1/2 hours away and after chatting with one of the sales associates, Matt Carlson, a couple of times via email and text, I made the drive to check out an Outback I was interested in. When I arrived, Matt handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive-this seems simple but it scored MAJOR points for me because I find it very annoying when I cant drive a car without a salesman riding shotgun. Once back, Matt and I started crunching numbers and realized they werent able to give me what I needed for a trade-in. Matt had a genius idea and sent me down the street to see about selling my car to a dealership in order to get more money. He even told me what I needed in order to offset the tax credit for trading. Armed with my bottom dollar in mind, I went down the block, sold my car, and Matt picked me up while another employee got to work on my paperwork in order to speed up the process. By the time we got back, the paperwork was nearly complete and it only took about ten minutes to get everything wrapped up. Matt had the car detailed while I was completing everything and I was out the door. This was by far the easiest, smoothest car-buying experience Ive ever had, and Ive purchase over 30 vehicles from dealerships. Please, please see these people for any of your needs-specifically Matt Carlson. They are trustworthy, helpful and will work hard to get you every penny you deserve!!

I just retired to Colorado after spending 37 years teaching in the Northern Suburbs in Chicago, Illinois. While waiting for a vehicle service, my SO and I heard Darren, the sales manager, speaking poorly (and loudly) about a client who was looking to purchase a car. Speaking negatively about and demeaning a client’s age, credit history, etc. directly in front of other customers is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. I would hate to know what he says when clients aren’t in the building. One star for an unprofessional attitude toward clientele.

Tough times to have to go out and shop in person. I drove here specifically to see a vehicle posted for sale on their website. For some reason the vehicle had not yet been inspected or detailed so it wasnt actually available yet and between the time that I looked at the vehicle online and showed up there which was less than 24 hours the price went up almost $1,000. Thinking maybe it was just a fluke I went in to see if I could talk to somebody about other comparable options and sat there for 15 minutes while nobody even made eye contact or tried to greet me. I have money burning a hole in my pocket I need a vehicle badly and Ill never be back to this place.

Subaru of Loveland was exceptionally helpful with our purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek. Im really glad we ran our information through their website, as it made it simple and straightforward to sign some documents and pick up the keys on the day of purchase.We were somewhat particular about our purchase - my wife has been wanting to get a Subaru for years, and we wanted to make sure it was the exact model she wanted (down to the color and trim). As such, it was extremely valuable to work with Zack, as he was engaged and proactive throughout the purchase process.The only upsell we got was one regarding a service warranty, but I found it was pretty fairly priced for years of hassle-free oil changes, tire rotations, etc ($800 for 3 years). The price of the car appeared to be roughly the same as it is everywhere else online, so we saw no need to try and haggle our way to a KBB price or something.If youre looking for a Subaru, definitely check them out!
I was offered severely below a reasonable price for my excellent condition, 2019 vehicle. My salesperson, Zach, sent me an offer of 14k for my 2019 vehicle that was 29k less than a year prior! I checked what the vehicle was selling for retail and it appears that the dealership wanted to make over 6k on my vehicle! I understand the business needs to turn a profit but at this price I couldnt possibly recommend anyone to trade in their vehicle here. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in search of a fair price for my trade.

I bought a used car about a month ago. I purchased the car before it had been through inspection and the tire pressure light was on, I was told it was probably nothing. When I picked up the car after it went through service the tire pressure light was off, a few weeks later the light came back on and I took it to the on-site service department and they found a nail in the tire and gave me a quote for a new tire. I didn’t fight it at this point, it was going to take awhile to get a new tire in through the service department so they recommended I go to a different tire service chain to get a new tire.I ordered a new tire through another company and when I went to get the new tire put on I was told I would need an all new set of tires otherwise I could damage the AWD system. I called Subaru at this point to see whether they would cover all new tires for the car. I spoke to someone in the service department and was told that there was no record of the tire pressure light being on when the car went through inspection. I feel like I’ve been had.... Otherwise this was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say I would recommend buying a used car from these folks.
We bought our first Subaru yesterday here. The Outback onyx edition. Todd the salesman worked with us and was so nice and not pushy. We ended up coming to a deal that we were all comfortable with. I love love love this car! ♥️

Hands down the easiest vehicle trade-in and purchase Ive ever experienced. The two Todds (Todd² or the Todd team?) took great care of us, and this Forester Sport is amazing. West spent time going over every aspect of it with us, which was very appreciated since this was our first Subaru purchase. I wish I had given Subarus a chance a lot sooner! If you are going to buy a Subaru, buy it here. They have a great selection, the sales staff are friendly and helpful with no pressure. They make the financing option super smooth. Just bought my 3rd Outback from Matt and will be back again.

Today was the second time that Tim has provided exceptional service to me. Tim has showed a very calm and collected demeanor. He knows what he’s talking about, and genuinely has the customer’s best interest in mind. I had taken my 4 runner to a smaller chain garage and they told me I needed $800 worth of stuff done to my car. I very quickly learned my lesson that convenience isn’t always the best option! Subaru of Loveland will always be where I take my car. They were super helpful with shuttling me to my house and then coming back to pick me up when my car was ready. Communication was great! Tim even took me to where the cars are worked on and showed me what the competitor was trying to say I “needed”. Turns out, I wasn’t even close to needing what they said I did! But Tim took that extra step to make me feel assured. Thanks, Subaru of Loveland!

This Subaru store is by far the best experience Ive had buying a car and the sales associate JOEL GABRELOW is the sales person you want to do your buying with. Hes very kind and patient and he has excellent follow up even weeks after you buy your vehicle he will call to check in on you and see how happy you are. I highly recommend using Joel for your future buying.
