Generally the buying experience was smooth. However, there was a large complication filing paperwork which made it take longer than it should (seemingly due to an old employee who no longer works there) At the end of the day, Russell worked overtime in order to get everything done correctly and I couldnt have been more appreciative of his help.The only downside I came across was that the car was detailed beautifully, but not inspected before I came to look at it. They said they had it on site for over 3 months when I showed up, so there wasnt much of an excuse to not have had an inspection done at that point. They are connected to repair shop right next door and were able to have them do an inspection free of charge (on the same day). Shortly after purchasing the car, I took it to an official dealership for an inspection and they found a couple more issues than the ones pointed out to me in the initial inspection... Not sure how thorough the guys next door were (although it was certainly better than having no inspection done at all).

These guys are great! Russell treated us very well and he was super knowledgeable about the truck we bought. I drove up from the springs to look at it and it was everything he said it to be. Highly recommend Longs Peak Auto Sales!

I would definitely say this was the smoothest car-buying experience that Ive had. Russell was friendly, professional, honest, and very willing to work with us. We never felt pressured at ALL and truly felt like our satisfaction was his top priority. The vehicle we got was in amazing condition and we were very pleased with the price we ended up with. I have no doubt that they stand behind their sales and cars-we were repeatedly assured to let them know if we need anything. I would highly NOT recommend this car dealership, I bought a used performance car from Longs Peak Auto in Loveland, Co back in the summer from Russel the owner. I was told the engine of the car was just rebuilt and serviced just a month before I had purchased the car. Knowing this info made me very willing to make the purchase. Within 4 months of owning the car, I had put close to $4,000 into getting the engine serviced and rebuilt since it had NOT been done prior to purchasing the car. The engine was actually on its last leg. I was lied to and ended up paying way to much for this used car. This car has been a huge headache to try and fix! There’s a reason most of the cars he purchases and tries to sell sit there for months. Like I said I would highly NOT recommend this used car dealership and give Russel 1/5 stars for poor business and trying to make a quick buck on someone’s hard earned money.
