Where oh where do I start? Tyler and Joe did amazing work fixing my A20 and I really appreciate that. Their friendliness, professionalism, and great customer service skills reminded me so much of the place I work at! Thank you very much CPR of Loveland I mow have a place for my device repairs. I was stressed as the shipping time for my phone screen took for ever but thats okay because patience is a virtue. Thank you so much for everything guys!!

Nice people overall, however I had a iPad screen replaced and they failed to secure the home button properly, it came out of place and now sits halfway under the screen, and caused the screen to crack. When I returned it to the store to have them fix it they offered me a 15% discount on a brand new screen. I literally cannot believe that they were unwilling to fix a mistake that THEY made. If you want cheap price as this is a great place, however if you want the job done correctly and a company that will stand behind their work I would go elsewhere.

This is the second time I have used CPR for my devices. They are MOST professional, knowledgeable, and offer immediate service! The costs are very reasonable and the two gentlemen I interacted with were very helpful. I will use them instead of Verizon from now on!

Nice people BUT READ the agreement on the IPAD you sign before you check out so you don’t pay too much. My husband took my son’s Xbox in. He was told $55 by one guy at drop off and $80 had been mentioned by another guy on the phone at one point. The agreement on the Ipad said $30 for estimate and $25 disposal fee. In our case we picked up our Xbox with all the original parts bc they weren’t able to fix it. They were going to charge us $55 anyway but my husband pointed out the conflict between what we were being charged and what the pricing on the contract said. The sales person said it was probably for disposal of hard drive but my husband pointed out that they put the original hard drive back in so there should have been nothing to dispose of. The salesman said he’d have to call the manager but another guy came up and told him to just refund it so he did. Happy with the outcome but just want to make sure others are aware so they don’t get overcharged.

The technician who assisted me was great. She was super professional and helpful with replacing my sons iPad screen. Best of all she completed it that day (Saturday) for a Monday pick up. I live in Greeley so I wouldnt have been able to pick it up before they close which I could have if I were close. All-in-all, great service and great technicians. I would definitely go back to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Loveland, Colorado for my tablet and cell phone repair needs!

Excellent company. Really appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they didn’t over promise.I did a really stupid thing. Went swimming with my phone in my pocket! And after the dip in the pool it refused to charge. It was dead. CPR’s first reaction was great - they warned me that it’s an old phone and a repair may not be cost effective. How cool is that! Potentially turning away business with their transparency. They offered to inspect and diagnose the issue for $40. If they felt it could be repaired, they’d give me a price. If not, they’d let me know. Well they diagnosed, and completely fixed it, but because it was a simple fix they only charged that initial $40. Not a penny more. I’m thrilled they could fix it, but I’m even more delighted with their professionalism. Highly recommended.

Great experience- the Loveland CPR location went above and beyond! Cydney was an amazing technician and was able to have my phone repaired in record time. Joe was also so kind and understanding when I first came in to explain my problem. I cannot recommend this location and their team enough!

Been here for getting my iPhone’s screen fixed. The girl who changed the screen was really professional and polite. Great work done on my iPhone. She also allowed me to use their wifi to install all the data.

I broke the screen on my phone and tried to suffer through it for a few weeks. When it finally became too much of a nuisance, I looked on line for different places to repair it. I was encouraged by the info on the CPR site, reached out for a quote, and got an immediate response. Within 30 minutes I had a follow up message that they had parts in stock, a ticket was opened, and they were ready to assist me. I wasnt able to get to the store for a couple of days, and when I arrived, Liz answered all of my questions, had me checked in, and within a few minutes the phone was being worked on. I was told to expect a 3 hour turnaround, but it was done in an hour and a half. Repair costs are expensive, but far cheaper than buying a new phone (mine is only a couple of years old), and I appreciated the responsiveness and quick turn around time. Hopefully I am more careful in the future, but if not I wouldnt hesitate to work with these guys again.

I am a phone wrecker! I cannot say enough good things about CYDNEY at the Loveland CPR store. She took my Samsung, which was smashed to pieces and made it look like it came out of the box!! I came in with a cracked/ completely broken galaxy s9, I had gone to other stores and they told me that the phone could not be fixed. I was worried because I have a lot of data and info on my phone. I came to this store with a little hope that it might be able to be fixed, right away Liz helped me out, she said fixing it wouldnt be a problem. I got the phone back and its good as new. I brought in my XBox One X due to nothing being displayed. Joe was able to quickly determine the retimer chip needed replaced. Had to wait a couple days for them to get more in-stock, but Joe had the repairs completed when he told me he would. My Xbox works great now with no issues.

Dedrick was awesome. Had a few dead spots in my iPhone XS that turned into a lot of dead spots and he had totally repaired the screen and installed a new glass screen protector within an hour. Highly recommend

I have an Apple phone and one day the phone died, so went to the closest Apple Store which is Boulder, CO and they told me it was my motherboard, so would need to buy a new phone. I took my phone back and wanted to get a second opinion. Im GLAD I did!!!! Because Liz at the Loveland location-170 Fall River Dr. fixed my phone within 15 minutes and it was ONLY my battery. She was AWESOME. My word of advise is to not believe the APPLE STORES and get a second opinion. Thank you LIZ and CPR. Im glad you are in business and will spread the word.

Stopped in on 12/17/20 needing a battery replaced in my mom’s old iPhone. Joe was very accommodating and helpful and was a super nice guy. Fantastic business I’ve used many times (unfortunately!). Liz repaired a cracked screen in my IPad in less than 2 hours and even took a few extra minutes to clean a clogged charge port with my phone! Couldn’t see much of anything on my daughters phone when I took it in this morning. Looks brand new now. I set up an appointment and a short bit later received email confirmation where I was able to ask a few questions before the appointment. That was helpful. It cost quite a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I did no research beforehand and I’m not sure on the market of cell phone repair, so that’s my fault. It seemed fair enough, I could’ve priced other places before deciding where to take my business, but I’m not disappointed. They were friendly and helpful and my issue has been corrected. This location is the only place in fort collins an Loveland that had the part needed to fix my phone. Jon was easy and great to work with and accommodate my needs. Liz was the technician that did the repair and did a great job my phone works flawlessly now and did the job in less time than quoted.

So first thing when I wake up 5/18, my alarm on my phone is going off, I attempt to pick up my phone from my nightstand but accidentally drop it, it lands on the tile under my night stand and BOOM the top of the screen is cracked. I take it to CPR to see if I can get it repaired, unfortunately they didnt have my particular phone screen in (MOTO Z4), but said it would be in by the end of the week, which I would assume to be Friday or Saturday. The following Thursday rolls around and I get a phone call and email telling me my phone screen is in, happy day right? So I take it back to CPR, drop it off, head to work, then on my lunch I go to pick it up, and BAM phone is as good as new. With the screen cracked I couldnt make or receive phone calls without the screen turning to black and not letting me do anything regarding said call, I was almost certain Id have to get a new phone because of that but having got my phone back then it felt like it was fresh out of the box again. I really dont feel I can thank Cydney enough for fixing it up for me, but hopefully this review gets her some much deserved praise

Phone was repaired due to water damage, CPR manage to save the phone everything work like new but 12 months later the screen just fell apart.CPR unable to guarantee their work so I would have to pay again....🥺

Cydney did a great job replacing batteries in two older iPads. She gave me a worst case scenario if the screens broke during service (rare, but possible). Had an older phone needing the USB port fixed up. For under a hundred they replaced the USB port and checked out the rest of the phone which was thus salvaged and is again functional rather than buying new. Technician - Joe.

We went in to get my husbands cell phone screen replaced, and met Joe. He was helpful in more ways than just fixing the phone. He did an excellent job of fixing it, but also helped us with questions we had about using our phones in foreign countries and what we would need. He was the kind of employee you always wish to have wait on you. We have found all the employees there to be quite helpful every time we have been there.

Cydney was fantastic in fixing the cracked screen on my iPad. I like so many others I can’t stand to go long with out my device and was told by other places that it might take days to fix for hefty sum. Cydney and the staff at cpr charged me $50 less then the other places where I got quotes and fixed it in a little over an hour. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Got my PS4 & PS3 cleaned at CPR. They did a good job making sure no dirt, dust, or debris were left in the systems. The service was very friendly and the staff let me know when they were finished promptly. Although the service was more expensive than I originally hoped/planned to pay ($130). If you are looking for warranty service, I would recommend. However if your just cleaning your console and dont have a warranty I would recommend finding a reliable person online or on YouTube to show you how to do it yourself. Doing it yourself is not simple, but not complicated either. You just need to be very careful with the internal hardware.

I believe it was Joe who repaired one of our MS surface devices. Just a broken screen however it was worth the repair.

Joe took care of us and he was phenomenal! Very professional and nice. He quoted a fair price, knew what he was doing, tested the phone to ensure quality work, and gave a 2-2.5 hour repair window. It was done in a little over an hour. We will definitely give our business to CPR going forward.
