Dr. Bernard was the best eye doctor I have ever been to. She spent so much time with me doing a thorough exam and explaining questions that I had about other issues I am having with my one eye. She was warm and compassionate with so much knowledge. I never felt rushed and she made me feel comfortable and reassured me. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic customer service. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly. I was made to feel like a valued customer. The doctor took her time to answer any questions I had. It was clear she is knowledgeable and loves her profession. Every staff member I had contact with was so friendly and eager to help. It seems like everyone in this office really enjoys their job.

My initial evaluation was performed by Amanda who was very nice and did the testing very well. Polly did my contact lens education and was excellent. Dr Flaig was exceptional-very friendly, explained everything completely and excellent at her profession. It is obvious that she loves optometry. An excellent staff overall.

Dr. Bernard is amazing! I’d been having bad problems with my eyes for about 2 to 3 years and every time I went to my eye doctor he told me he couldn’t find anything wrong with them. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Bernard, and she knew what was wrong with my eyes immediately. Within just a few days to a week my eyes had improved greatly! I’m fine now and will never trust my eye health and eyesight to anyone else! If you’re having problems and not getting answers, you absolutely have to make an appointment to see Dr. Bernard.

This is a very professional yet personable optometry practice. Dr. Bernard is easily the most thorough and most knowledgeable Optometrist I have seen and she knows a great deal about optic health as well as all concerns with aging and diseases of the eye. This is not a 15 minute exam with a hard sell for new glasses, but rather a thorough medical exam well worth the time spent.

The doctors went above and beyond what were used to. Plus, they have impressive high-tech equipment.

I lost my glasses in their case, but found them in a parking lot. The case was smashed almost flat, but the lens were ok. At Berri she was able to reshape and straighten the frames! As good as new! They could easily have sold me new frames and Im grateful for their care.

I was really happy with seeing the doctor for my eye exam as a new patient. However, when I returned to buy glasses, the way I was treated I will now not return. From the moment I arrived, the woman who helped me copped me an attitude. She has brown shoulder length hair and glasses. She thought I was there to pick up glasses and when I said I was here to shop for them, her tone of asking me if I made an appointment was clue enough she didnt feel like helping me. I told her I did and that was why I here at my scheduled time. She just looked at me and starred not even asking if I wanted to try on any frames. So I initiated it and said, So, how does this work to try on a pair? through the plastic protective guard and my mask. She looked deathly afraid of me like I was carrying the plague and responded yet with another tone You tell me what you want to try on and I will get them for you! ooook. Got it. I wanted to leave right then and there- already deciding I was not going to give this practice any more of my money. But, I chose some frames to try on so I had an idea of what I was going to shop for at the next place. When I pulled down my mask, she yelled at me to put it back on and I said, How does anyone buy glasses without seeing them on their face? She said I could go to the bench and use the mirror. Confused, I looked around and saw no such bench. I asked her again and she repeated the bench and mirror. Again, I looked around and nothing. I said, I am sorry. I dont see a bench where I can go. She goes over to the front window that is covered by a massive shelf and points and hits the window saying, THE BENCH AND MIRROR RIGHT THERE! O! outside! what was I thinking?! My bad, lady! So, just to keep bothering her with my stupidity and misunderstanding that Covid is not outside their office, I told her which frames I wanted to take out. She hands them to me in a box and I head outside on the sidewalk, pull my mask down and try on all of the frames with the handheld mirror. Put my mask back on, take frames inside and told her I didnt find any I liked. If you are someone who is not living in fear of Covid, do not go here. They are ridiculous with the safety measures- as kicking you outside to try them on, but dont try them on inside and caring more about your covered face than customer service. I recommended a coworker to come here since she was looking for a new optometrist before this experience. She unfortunately had a horrible experience with the woman who does the intake information over the phone and the same woman who helped me when she went in for her appointment with a horrible attitude. I think her name starts with a P. I know I am not returning back next year!

Ive always been very happy with Berri Eyecare. I happen to be at risk for a particular condition and Dr. Bernard identified this early on and has been very proactive on addressing the issue. This is on top of excellent regular eye exams.

Dr. Flagg and her team are all top notch! Beneath the friendly atmosphere is an extremely high tech office, with the latest in diagnostic and imaging technology. This allows for a highly accurate exam and quick exam. This office has much more modern equipment than the ophthalmology office I used to go to for my eye exams.Id highly recommend Dr. Flagg and Berri Eyecare.

I showed up at Berri Eyecare immediately following an Appt I had with my physician to find that they were closed 30 minutes prior. The receptionist saw that I had tried to open the door and came out to let me know they were closed but would check with the dr to see if she would see me. I was let in, given time with the doctor for a thorough exam and was told that if I had any issues over the weekend to contact the dr directly. Wanted to call this out to share this going over and above. Thanks again for the great customer service !

Went here due to reviews. We wont be back. I am sure the Dr is fine, but the person I dealt with on the phone because I couldnt go in with my minor son strongly implied that anywhere else would also take 2 weeks to get his glasses due to my insurance. This was after I told her I wanted to take the script to Lens Crafters because time was of the essence. Lens Crafters did them right there when we went and we saved a lot and had a huge selection and I was able to go in too with no problems. There was more to the foolishness but I will leave it at this. Just know you do not have to get your script filled there. I wont be back for exams either as it was a little shady for my tastes.
