I had a very good experience at the LensCrafters location on Sky Pond Drive in the Centerra Mall. I was not sure what I wanted in my desire to replace a pair of frames I had had for three years. Janet was kept busy but gave me her full attention when she came over to assist me. We looked at different frames and she was very helpful in my efforts to find the correct frame and style for me.
Came in with intentions of getting prescription sunglasses. Margaret and Cindy helped and were wonderful. Answered my questions. Fitted me. Happily helped me pick out a pair of raybans. Been needing a good place to go, will return!

I couldnt be happier about my recent experience with the Loveland LensCrafters. I recently purchased my first set of progressives and also a set of prescription sunglasses from this store. It turned about that the new prescription was a little too strong for one of my eyes. After returning my glasses, the employees along with the store manager went well out of their way to make sure that my eyes were retested, in-store, and that we got the lenses correct. Im extremely happy with my glasses now and will certainly return to this LensCrafters for all of my future vision needs.
My experience was so smooth, from the eye exam to the purchase of glasses. The assistant and doctor were friendly, professional and put me at ease. The assistant manager, Margaret, is a gem, so helpful, just the person I needed to help me pick the perfect frame.
Ive happily been a patient of Dr. Kiefer for many years. I always purchase my glasses at LensCrafters. Margaret takes special care of me to be sure that my glasses are stylish, fit well, and affordable. She saved me quite a bit of money this visit. I always look forward to seeing her. I brought in a couple pair of sunglasses that needed help. LensCrafters put in a screw on one pair and removed the Rx lenses and replaced them with regular lenses in the second pair. And the best part, NO CHARGE! A very welcome surprise.
A great experience from the moment I walked in the door, the Dr.’s appointment to ordering. The exam was very thorough and the results were explained in detail by the doctor, making sure I understood everything. His assistant was wonderful, friendly and kind. The ladies who helped me in the store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Margaret.I highly recommend this store. I am so excited to get my new glasses!

We always have a great experience at LensCrafters in Loveland . We stopped in this morning for what we thought was just an adjustment, however we needed a frame replaced! Glad we took the protection plan when the glasses were purchased in March 2021.Thanks to Jane we were able to get the frame replaced while we waited and were out enjoying our day in no time . My wife and I had a great time working with Margaret to pick out our glasses. She wanted to be absolutely sure that we were satisfied with both our regular lenses and our sunglasses. Everyone in the store was very friendly and welcoming. Nicolette fit our frames when we picked them up and was able to adjust them so theyre just right. Well be headed back to LensCrafters in Loveland next time we need glasses!

Customer service is extremely lacking. I walked in and they told me that they have to clean every pair of glasses that I try on just as a heads up. It felt to me as though they wanted me not to try them on because they had to clean them. I am sorry. This totally could have been handled differently. How about you say just wanted to let you know that any pair of glasses you try on to set aside so that we can clean them after youre done its our new policy. I felt like I was pressed to see if I wanted to do an eye exam. I already told you I was in here just to look around. I immediately left. I usually get my glasses from a local optometrist. I will be going back to my local business. Dont shop here.
I will not be going back. I was just in the store to pick out my frames and had an awful experience with one of the women working there. My wife and I were looking at the frames and didn’t notice the mandatory masks sign. This woman came up and asked if we had masks and we stated we had them in the car, intending to go and get our masks and come back. There was an awkward silence and she just sat there and stared at us. As we turned to go she stated that now she had to sanitize the glasses we touched. We understand the need for masks and the need to sanitize the glasses for health purposes however the way she went about conducting herself made us feel slightly humiliated and extremely unwelcome. Needless to say we didn’t return and bought our glasses somewhere else.
Everyone that helped to order contacts and pick out and order glasses, were very nice and professional. My experience was Great. I will continue to use their services, and recommend them to my friends and family.
Jon and Jane helped me pick out my glasses. Talk about attention to detail!! Jon is probably the best sales consultant I’ve ever dealt with. He was funny personable and knew what he was doing. This is the first pair of glasses I’ve received that are absolutely amazing. I 100% believe it was all because of Jon and his amazing ninja techniques and expertise. Jane was cool too. If you are in the area, it is DEFINITELY worth your time to drive to the Fort Collins location. I’ve gone to this location a few times and have never left with what I need. A simple repair took over an hour. Employees don’t seem to care, but just wanna beef up those glasses so they get a nice check. I’m not one for reviews but I’ve been extremely disappointed with this location.
Jane, store market manager, was prompt when we walked in, attentive, told me to look at the frame selection. She instructed me to look at all the frames in which I was interested & put any that I rejected in a separate location so they could be cleaned before being returned to the shelves. I found frames I liked, she was helpful & attentive. She was very thorough about the prescription from my doctor & rechecked it after entering into their computer. Explained all charges, options & insurance. She also gave me advise & information about a product to alleviate fogging of lenses. Excellent service, informative & good customer service.

Very impressed with the eye exam I had. They are using all the newest technology and left me with a great eyeglasses prescription and more confidence in my overall eye health. The took my VSP insurance and my overall cost for the exam was $24.

Had to get a full refund. Honestly didnt want to, but felt like I gave them more than enough chances. They talked me into something I didnt need, and I tried and had to change out. Supposed to text when ready but their system has flaws and did not. The follow-up game is seriously weak! I was never notified, and glasses came in separate after several phone calls. At one point I called and they wrote my information down on a sticky note. Wow. I finally just went in from out of town and still didnt have anything ready then told me I should wait another hour and I just asked for a full refund which with the 30-day money-back guarantee, take advantage. They didnt argue at all and was very quick to give me the refund (plus) Seems like they are used to it. I would avoid this place! Poor management and communication. Too bad.
Just awful! Was told that there is a mandatory $25 charge and we couldnt decline this service..so basically my insurance will cover everything but not there mandatory charge! We will be going to the Fort Collins location!

I broke my glasses while visiting my mom’s. I drove from Cheyenne to Loveland to get them fixed ASAP. Due to my prescription they couldn’t put anti-glare on the lenses so they suggested to find a pair of frames that were similar and they could make my lenses fit. They helped me find a frame and I had it in about an hour later when I went to pick them up. They literally saved the day! Thanks girls!
I was greeted by Jane entering the store. She directed me to the doctors office in the back of the store. I proceeded to sit down and fill out my paperwork at the table where the associates make adjustments. Jane continued over to my right to help a woman & her daughter. Jane was particularly snippy and rude. She even interrupted the mom as she was asking her daughter questions regarding the fit of her frames. Jane also had a hard time straightening the frames to the moms satisfaction. After a couple of snotty sentences back back and forth, the woman left.I was then called back to my eye exam. After a great experience with the eye doctor & assistant I was handed over to work with Jane again to find frames. The receptionist informed Jane I had Medicare and Medicaid. Immediately, Jane walked me over to a section on the left side of the store which I just assumed was the woman section because I didnt have glasses on and I cant see. Jane did not ask me a single question regarding what I was looking for in my glasses,she didnt even ask me how I was, instead, she proceeded to walk me to a section in the store & explained these are the cheapest frames pointed right and said these cost more money. I began to look and she walked off. I assumed these are the cheapest womens frames on the left and to my right were more expensive womens frames. Again, I cannot see everything is very blurry so I just assumed I was in the womens section.I picked out two frames got Janes attention and she directed me to sit down. Upon sitting down, I overheard another employee directing another customer that the womens is on the right and the mens is on the left. It dawned on me that Jane had taken me to the left. I put on my prescription sunglasses and read that it said mens above the glasses. Embarrassed that I had chosen mens glasses so I asked Jane, why did you take me to the mens section? She responded, no I took you to the value section.I stirred in my chair. Humiliation washed over me. She never asked me what I was looking for, I never told her she just assumed.I said, You know, its really rude! REALLY rude to assume that I need value glasses just because I have Medicare and Medicaid. Im actually looking for a specific style & I would have appreciated for you to show me the womens section. I cant see without my glasses and I assume that you took me to the womens section, but you actually took me to a value section. That was so rude. Are we almost done here?Jane responded, no, we have the other pair to do still. Would you like to work with somebody else?I responded Yes, please. Another woman immediately sat down & Jane proceeded back into the lab.A few moments later, Jane reappeared announcing that they did not have my lenses in stock and it would be 2 weeks before I could get glasses.I need glasses today, I cant see! I told the other associate & immediately left the store. Sitting in my car, thinking to myself that something wasnt right, I called back to LensCrafters and spoke to another associate who verified that they DID in fact have my lenses in stock!! Jane lied to me out of spite, after rudely assuming that I needed value glasses because I have Medicare and Medicaid!! Crazy, unbelievable. Shed just assume I need value glasses, but then to lie to me to prevent me from getting glasses today. Unbelievable.Then to top it off, I learned at the end of all of this that Jane is actually the General Manager. Hard to believe somebody that is so condescending, rude and dishonest is in customer service and not only that, that shes a GENERAL MANAGER.Numerous one star reviews in the last few months. Its obvious that the issue is Janes piggish, snide, condescending, hateful, haughty attitude toward others. Unreal.

My friend and I had to get a full refund. No argument from the employees, as if it happens all the time. I gave you several chances to make it right, but you failed at each. If only you would have prioritized, perhaps expedited to save the customer, as you very well could have. No call back as promised and your follow-up game is weak. I will leave several bad reviews with this very poor experience from the beginning. No faith in your management I can tell you that!

Have had one of the most pleasant experiences buying glasses in my life at this location. The staff was easy to communicate with and very friendly never felt like I was being pushed to buy from them, gave me an amazing discount because my insurance was out of network with them and ended up with a better deal than if I had been able to use it. Typically I only buy rayban frames as they hold up nicely over time and still price was incredibly fair for the brand and style I chose. Most definitely will be returning for more glasses and exams in the future.

Took my mother in law, the exam seems to be very thorough. The recommendations were a okay, not too pushy for increase expense. Frames are a bit expensive, but the brands are quality. Cost seemed a bit steep, but over all good experience. Will update after we get the glasses. We’re told 7-10 day waiting period.

I always enjoy my visit with the doctor and the staff of Lens Crafters. They are like old friends that I havent seen in awhile.
If you want chatting, personalized service, and customized frames or lenses, go to the independent boutique eye wear shops, but youll probably have to wait a few weeks for them to get the item back from a lab. If youre in a hurry and just need something functional and quick, nothing beats LensCrafters because they have a lab on site, and they even have a doctor who can do an exam (if hes not booked) on the spot. Pricing is fair and quality is fine, but I was super happy to get everything done in a couple hours.
I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped adjust my new glasses. I just got them a few weeks earlier (Las Vegas LensCrafters) and they just handed them to me when they came in. I was having issues and was considering just returning them for a refund. Stopped in here to ask a question and the kind lady took the time to explain things and to properly adjust them to me. It solved all my issues, I wish I had gotten this level of service when I bought them in Las Vegas.

Easy to schedule an appointment, staff is (mostly) friendly, the Dr. was excellent! I unexpectedly ran late but he was still willing to see me. I was not rushed through the appointment and he actually stayed an extra 30mins making sure I had a thorough exam and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Definitely will be a long term patient.
Ive never had such a terrible experience trying to get a pair of glasses adjusted than I have today 5 majorly blotched attempts and had to get someone else to try and that person couldnt get them right either. I finally gave up and said they were fine, but you can see by just looking at them that they are no where near right! They dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them. I wont go back!

Got contacts, lady at lenscrafters very pushy to sell me glasses. A month later from my contacts purchase, I went back to to purchase a pair of Rx safety glasses. I picked a set of glasses that best fit me. Waited 2 weeks which is fine... no problem, after picking my Rx safely glasses, I worn them for about a week and noticed that right ear piece was rubbing hard on my ear... kind bad when i noticed splitting. Told the lady on the phone and she asked if I could come by to see if they can adjust, gladly I responded and thanked her. So.she couldnt realky adjust them because they werent adjustable but she did everything that she could, they did fit a lot better. 2 weeks later they started to rub again, so I told my EHS personal, told me to get another pair(paid by company), so i did and got a pair that my co-worker wears and swears by that pair. Went to purchase tried them on and loved them, put the order on, and waited 2 more weeks, again not a problem. Called to see of they have arrived 3weeks later and they had them... cool. Went to pick them up and tried them on.... the glasses were super wide and did not set like the originals I tried.. Told lady that was checking me out and she said that because of my Rx the lenses tend to widened the frame.. I looked at her and asked, why wasnt this ever said to me when I put in the order for the glasses. She said the gal mustve forgot. So now I have glasses that dont fit, fall of my face and another pair that is literally cutting my ear. This is the worst store I have ever ordered and purchased from I rather go to Wal-Mart and get better service... optometrist office is good dont get the wrong message only the store.
We had 2 good experiences in the store. However, the second time, it took over a month for my glasses to arrive (oh wait, have they even arrived, I am still waiting). I keep getting different answers. First, shipping was delayed, second, they had a problem with the order and had to resend the order a day later, third, they hadnt even shipped yet but should have been here by Monday...by the way, its now Friday!! How difficult is it to get glasses? And they still arent there... the lab is super slow, get a new lab, stop lying to me. I needed glasses over a month ago. I would go somewhere else except you make us pay when we order.

First experience trying contacts and this was a nightmare!!! First doctor basically told me multiple times I was “too picky” about my contacts, after a few trials. When they were blurry and never right. Dr Kiefer asked me to come back which I did and he was great but the whole store and people that work there act money hungry, WICKED SALESY!!! If you try to ask for a prescription or order contacts anywhere else they do everything to bash the other company and try to get you to order through them. The contacts are double the money then 1800 contacts, I was told for a year supply it would be around $500. That’s crazy! So I found one that is ok and works ok but never felt happy or taken care of these people and location are extremely sales driven you can’t walk to the doctors in the back without being yelled at from the sales people who ask you every time you need glasses today ??! Even if they are on the phone or with a customer like hounds.. Dr Kiefer is really nice and a great guy though, but everything about this location is pushy and they will look at you different and give you a attitude on the phone or act like a smart ass if you refuse to buy from them. Customer service should be #1, shouldn’t make you feel stupid, or like a idiot because you can’t see.
