Their prices are fair for the inventory they have. For collectors its a scary paradise. If your looking for newer stuff they have it at normal prices and have way better selection than most electronics dept. Another danger store...

Went in to look at buying a Nintendo switch, have no clue as to what any of these game consoles do. But the gentleman there was very pleasant and helpful. The selection of games is by far better than gamestop! I will come back here to buy games for the kiddos!

What a great place! It has a bunch of games and game related stuff, and has some pretty cool old ones too. Its a little small, but it manages to get a lot in. A good stop for anyone who enjoys games, board, video, DnD style, etc.

They have a great selection of old and new games but like many other places like game stop they can be pretty proud of their vintage games regardless I was impressed with them

This place is amazing. Great selection of games. All the usual ones youd expect but baby I havent seen in the wild for years (the standout for me was ngage games).Employee working while I browsed was very polite and knowledgeable. They werent pushy at all, and helps with all the questions (there was someone shopping who had a dozen or so questions and they answered everything and listened to the customer).I bought a couple items and an very happy with them, the service I got, and the overall selection. This will be a place I regularly visit when Im in town.

Good prices on used games and the staff are helpful. Theres a lot of stock so its part game store, part video game museum. They have a military discount for veterans. Best game store in Northern Colorado.

Not bad, not great. They had a relatively small selection of good games. Lots of filler stuff. Any of the good games were a bit overpriced. Condition of a lot of what they do have is not great, broken cases, damaged art/manuals. I did find a couple okay things at typical prices. One really good find is they have some posters printed on a sort of cardboard. I found a Skyrim one that is excellent. There were some other good ones like Zelda as well. These were priced decently as well. I believe $11. Another thing I liked is some of the older games like NES came with replacement cases with the original artwork on them. Nice touch.

Between the selection and the customer care this place may not have what youre looking for right now but they will go through their other stores inventory to find it.

I love this place, super friendly employees and always have a good mixtures of popular, obscure, and rare games. Only ever had one issue of buying a game at the south store with no disc in it. But they jumped and fixed the issue as soon as they were aware of it

Fun to browse for classic games and systems. They also had a new accessory I needed.

This place its self is great the staff on the other hand is absolutely horrible. The general manager she called herself whose name is Courtney Lynn was rude and nasty. They told me it was a law that my 3 year old had to wear a mask. First of all its not a law and second children under the age of 10 are not required to wear a mask. They told me to pull mine over my nose or I had to leave. Sorry I have a breathing condition and at least I have a mask on. When I asked to speak to the owner she told me yo get out and would not allow me to speak to anyone. She was rude to me in front of my children anf lost the business a lot of money. We had intended on going in and spending a lot of money for my sons new game room. Now I will no longer shop here as long as that girl works there. The owner should be aware of the way his employees are treating people but they would not even allow me to speak with him. What a poor way to handle business.

Decent staff, fair prices on used games, plenty of new and retro video games and consoles, its a true nerd heaven. Why the three stars then? My issue comes to their Magic selection. The North Store has all of their expensive stuff in a certain binder and use TCGPlayer to price their cards, which concerning the big online sellers like TCG or Starcity or Card Kingdom I actually prefer TCG because their prices are usually the lowest. Problem is this store in particular doesnt sell most of the things in that binder for market price, usually above. I wont specify when I came in but one card I purchased that had a market price of 44 dollars was sold to me for 65, a 23 dollar card sold for 35, etc. Its not the total end of the world, I still like coming here whenever I shop for anything gaming wise and I realize the owners/managers can sell whatever they have for whatever price, but I was essentially charged 30 or 40 more than I really should have been for my purchase. Its something that just sours my experience with this store in particular, if I really wanted to spend that much money Id go to Grand SlamOne thing I will give props on however is the mask policy, it seems like most places I go a great majority of people ignore the face covering requirements but at both stores its truly a no shirt no shoes no service kind of experience, and in todays world I really do appreciate that

Great place to get old used games and systems. New used prices can be laughable. But employees here do what they can help find what youre looking for and to give you information in the gaming world. Also a place to sell any games that you game that are still in good condition.

If I cant make it down to Game Force in Longmont, this place is next on my list. Always great service so far and they have a decent selection on games. They do however try to maximize their profit and price some games extraordinarily high which is fair considering the rarity of some games. I only gave 4 stars because I havent been coming in long enough yet.

Competitive prices, and a HUGE selection! Like shopping online, but you get to go home with it right then. Better for older games than newer, but they still have a broad modern selection. They also have a copy of mother 2 in the box at both locations!

Love them. Theyre local and way better than game stop. Theres real nerds here and thats exactly as it should be. They sell some weird candy and geeky trinkets too and usually have an old school arcade system set up to play. Super friendly staff, good prices and while Ive never sold them a game Ive heard they give a healthy amount of money for used games. Check them out if you havent already. :)

As a fan of old video games, this store is a blessing. The fact that young players can purchase vintage consoles, working games, and original accessories at an affordable price is incredible. Best of all, you can also pre-order and purchase titles for current day platforms just like at any other store, while also feeling good about supporting a local store and not a national chain. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable.

So, Im editing a previously negative review into a positive one, as the stores owner reached out to me and made a previous situation right. Through a miscommunication in my friend group two people bought the same game for the same person, and I found myself needing to return a game I purchased here.I initially had some issues with the stores return policy, and I had to jump through some hoops to make my return, but thankfully I worked it out with the stores owner, and everything is back in order.I would like to thank the owner for their generosity and the employee Mike for providing me excellent service throughout all this. Thank you both.I can happily say that Im back to being a happy customer and I recommend this store for the wide selection of older games, the friendly staff, and the understanding owner.I would still advise caution when dealing with the stores finicky return policy though!

Super cool selection of video games from the past to present.

Always honest answers to my questions here. I always buy from here if I can. Its the least I can do for the confidence I have for the staffs ample experience with all things gaming! Its where I tell my kids to to when they want to research their next purchase. Sure they can can go to a national chain store, but those guys always have an agenda to sell, not always to serve their customers.

If you are looking for a great place to find Old/Rare games, this is it. Everything in the store is reasonably priced because they know what things are worth. You wont see things overpriced for something bad or underpriced for something extremely great. Trading games in is also an excellent process, getting reasonable prices for your stuff while also being given a guarantee that youre purchases work. I drive about 1.5 hours from my house to go here and it is worth the trip every time.

The place is great, if their location doesnt have something theyll call the sister one or give recommendations for where you might find it. They want you to get what you want.

One of my favorite places ever. I go here and look around when Im happy or sad or if I just have some free time before my classes. There are magic cards, comic books, figures, extra rare items, and games for every system. There are games in box that are usually resealed to look and feel nice. The games without cases are in binders and 40% off which is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and so nice. And best of all its local!

These folks rock! Called late one night during quarantine and got a call back in the morning. Shop and support local yall.

I called ahead to check if they had what I wanted, they did have it in stock! So I put it on hold and drove the hour. I walk in, had some items for trade, I was asked to wait roughly 10 minutes so the two guys behind the counter could finish their game ofsmash, which kind of immediately turned me off as a new customer, not a good first impression. So after waiting, they inform me that the item was put on hold for someone else and I would not be able to purchase the item, even after driving an hour, and the guy claimed to remember the convo. Anyways, I ended up driving(Again) to the other store in town and they should have what I need.Huge waste of time, no care for their customers or their time, I will not set foot in store again.

The rare stuff does have collector pricing, but Thats nothing to scoff at, as its still better than auctions for the most part. Definitely worth a visit.

Cool stuff at good prices but if you want to sell something like figures, they wont tell you that they only take them if theyre worth 50 or more until you get there. Apparently, the concept of saying that over the phone perplexes their employees. I asked repeatedly what the price range of products they buy is and got the same useless answer repeatedly from different employees. Not the brightest staff at this location.

Really like this store. Awesome selection, and I almost always find something interesting often for a reasonable price. Not five star because of their wacky return policy. You have two days to get credit and 90 days for a working guarantee where they ostenibly help you get the game to work. I had an issue with a disc that wouldnt boot, returned it the next day for credit. Had no problem eventually spending the credit, but still a negative when general Amazon seller return policy is 30 day refund.

I like the place cause everytime I walk in here i get a hello. Friendly smiling faces on both male and female employees. I went in to buy animal crossing, and was amazed by the knowledge of games from the young lady that helped me.
