We had Loveland design carpet one demo old flooring and install luxury vinyl throughout our house. We also had our bathroom remodeled. Sheena was great with handling logistics and Jaimie did the install on flooring. Jaimie took the time to sweat the details and get the install done the right way. He truly loves his job and it shows. He’s also a really nice guy and our whole family really enjoyed getting to know him. We love the changes to our house. Thanks!!

I couldn’t rave about LDC more. The staff is truly what makes the difference. Christy and Laura were knowledgeable, patient and on top of it! As a realtor, I will recommend all my clients visit them.

Loveland Carpet is the best. Ive lived in town since 1984 and used them on several projects. Liz in the front is very helpful and I couldnt ask for a more talented artist. She takes care of every detail. I just ran back and picked up a little square of foam for where my dog peed on the carpet and Chris in the warehouse cut it no problem, no charge! Great customer service. You really do get what you pay for in this world. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Buyer Beware / Overpriced and Poor InstallUpdate: 9.10.19Par for the course they struggle to even get me a paid in full receipt. Paid on Thursday and took a follow email today to get. Customer service goes a long way, but is lost of this establishment. After reading their reasponce, they even lied, there was NO last minute changes, I noticed their layout mistake and called way in advance, and provided measurements for the missed area. I am glad they took some ownership, and they did call. But to be crystal clear even with all the extra work I had to perform, they still over charged me. I did agree but wish I would not of, my time is valuable, over paying and still fixing damage is not acceptable.Update: 9.5.19I talked with the boss and they adjusted the price but only slightly. I still over paid based on the other quote I recieved but that company could not do it by my deadline. When you factor the damage I had to repair I over paid even more. My advise would be talk to other companies and dont trust that these guys measured it correctly, and document all the damage with before and after photos. Good luck in picking a flooring contractor.Original post:From start to finish this company struggled on every aspect. First they forgot and was extremely late to measure, they did not follow direction, did not bring any samples, and were inaccurate in their measuring based on the other bids received.Due to a time constraint I had to go with them after my first choice backed out. This was frustrating since I had no confidence in them what so ever, and they were over priced for a lesser quality carpet.After the install, when I inspected the installation they damaged mutipule areas on the brand new baseboards, scuffled the walls in a few locations, and put glued covers hand prints on door trim. These areas had to be cleaned, patched, and repainted. After sharing some of the photos the boss offered a 25 discount what a joke. But in the same email said the carpet I purchased was not part the ther save 100 coupon. I guess I should of read between the lines. Picture attached.So fast forward to where we stand as of today. They want to continue to over charge me. For an area they didnt measure, and be even more expensive then the other companys bid, and wont match that price. They also refuse to honor the coupon, and offer only a 25 discount for all the damage done. I have since asked for the boss to contact me so we could resolve this issue and pay the balance, but no reasponce. I will update this once something changes.

Went to Loveland design looking for new carpet in our bedroom. Was warmly greeted by Ashley Sample. She gave us some great ideas and very helpful tips. The installer was excellent and neat. We are very happy.

I would definitely use Loveland Design again. I picked out tile and Laura was so friendly and accommodating. She even got an installer to tile my fireplace ahead of schedule. Good experience.

Ashley Sample was our sales person. She took the time to put together a great carpet package that met the price and quality we were looking for. The installers arrived on time, we courteous, worked dilligently, and cleaned up after they were done. Great job by all.

Once black mold was removed from floor Carol was very helpful in getting plan in place to replace wood on floor and refinish entire 1st floor wood areas so everything would match. Derek, person who did work, was good in communicating updates and did excellent job. Carol was also helpful in working w/insurance agency for direct pay to LD rather than us paying them then waiting for reimbursement. Highly recommend LD.

Stopped here to look at carpet and was disappointed by our experience. Installation was extra which is included at some competitors. Went with someone else that better suited our needs. Person that helped us did not impress us here.

We were changing our flooring from tile and dated carpet to hardwoods and better carpet. The team at Loveland Design was very patient and walked us through many options. We are very picky about carpet pad and they helped us find just the right match. For hardwoods, we opted for a walnut hand scraped wide plank floor that looks even better installed. Installation was great too. The installers were prompt, polite and cleaned up afterwards. Cant ask for much more and will definitely be back. Nice to support a local family owned business.

Good spread of selections but we wasted our time taking home a sample just to find out upon returning it that it had been discontinued by the vendor. Very kind and professional staff though.
