Dairy Delite is a great spot for char-broiled burgers and soft serve ice cream. We ordered two cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, a basket of onion rings, and a medium pumpkin soft serve cone. No regrets!

What a great nostalgic lunch for me today! The food was delicious, the service was decent, it was everything I remember from when I was a child. Its a place to go grab a quick bite or go share ice cream with your grandpa. Its special no matter what you are doing there! It doesnt feel like summer until you eat here!

Dairy Delite is an absolute delight! The ice cream is fantastic. I have never tried the food, but am eager to. What is downright impressive to me is the employees. Most of the employees are kids, but each and every one of them hustle and they are just so polite! Seriously, the service is awesome. If you are a grumpy boomer, stop into Dairy Delite; these kids will give you hope for the future. Be sure to sweeten the deal by adding a few extra bucks to the 20% tip. They deserve it.

Old time feel with drive up order service... and good service at that! We love the malts here too! Only open seasonally (summers) located at the base of Thompson canyon. I hope they can stay around as there arent too many of these places around anymore.

Great post bike ride stop. The real deal for Chicago dogs. Great pumpkin pie milkshake. The “Snow Devil” was amazing. Says my wife. She wouldn’t share. Onion rings crispy and hot. Burger good quality and cooked to perfection. Great job with social distancing and masks.

We visited as a large group with multiple orders, the servers were on top of everything, quick and very courteous. And of course the ice cream was amazing.

Chili cheese dog was a delicious mess. Used the left over chili and cheese on top of my fries. Then for dessert a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate.

Love the ice cream and pretty much all their food in general. One thing though concerning Googles busy meter. That thing is busted for a fact. Whenever it says less busy than normal or not busy at all, you can bet your bottom that youll roll up on a full parking lot if you decide to go. Im a disabled veteran and I cant walk very far or stand up for very long, so to be perfectly honest, 8 times out of 10 I ended up doing a drive through and go straight back home. But Whenever I get lucky and theres actually not too many people there, I feel like I won a lottery because I enjoy their food so much. Love, love, love.

The Dairy Delite in Loveland is like reliving your summertime memories from childhood. The look and feel if this place is classic, not the sterile feel of most modern restaurants, but one that has history. The staff here are always welcoming and quick to serve you. They have a nice setup for seating you as you arrive and you can even order from your car if your eating on the go. I would refer to the food as premier greasy spoon. If your looking for a Wagu burger with local sourced organic sweet potato fries, go somewhere else. But, if you want a good burger with lots of variety, including a great Chicago style dog (NO KETCHUP), then this place is for you.P.S. no drive thru

Local favorite! Just drive up, park and either stay in your car or sit at an outdoor table, soon a carhop will bring you a menu. Good desert and food, decent prices. Go there.

Very impressed with how they pivoted for COVID! They dont allow anyone inside anymore, but instead, they re-invented carhop service! Just like in the 50s, an energetic teenager will meet you right after you park, give you a menu and take your order! Food is great! Service is great! Prices are great! Really well done! Super impressed!

I love this place! Still charming with the untouched interior. Tastes as good as when we were kids. Plus, locally owned and operated for over 40 years.

FYI: Definitely open March 31. I guess the Yelp listing for it says temporarily closed, but we went this afternoon. Dairy Delite is a refreshing hometown drive-in with outstanding carhop service. My wife and I had the Chicago dog, chilli dog, cheese fries, onion rings, and coleslaw. Every bit of it was delicious. We washed it down with an amazing fresh limeade. Then topped it all off with a scoop of cherry dipped vanilla and a salted caramel milkshake. We cant say enough good things about our entire experience here. It was simply perfect!

Weve been coming here for years. The quality is still good. A good variety of drive-in style food and treats. My favorite place for hot dogs and good ice cream (not hard pack, Dairy Queen type). I highly doubt youll be disappointed visiting here. Try it and youll find a new place for a favorite family outing too.

I showed up. I parked in the last parking space on the southwest parking lot. There was a young girl at my window. She asked if what I needed. She gave me a menu and let me decide. She gave me time to look at the menu. I decided to order chicken tenders [ 2 gift cards total of $10.00 for both gift cards.] so I then ordered a raspberry tea drink. The service was really good.. I didnt wait to long. About 5 minutes. My order came. I thanked the young girl. So I left to come home and eat. The food was really good and it was Hot. Fries were good and coleslaw was excellent. 1st time there.I will definitely go again.

We love this ice cream shop, and frequent it when it’s open. We mostly enjoy the dole whip, the only thing is, is they change out the flavors every Thursday and we always seem to come when they have orange (our least favorite) so i opt for either the vanilla cone with sprinkles or a blue raspberry dipped cone. The staff is usually friendly and quick, but we will be coming back for sure.Update:We were back earlier today, the service was friendly and fast, we just got ice cream today, including the pineapple dole whip, it reminds us of Hawaii, and was delicious. We also had the blue raspberry dipped and the coconut dipped, and the kristies (sprinkles)

Dairy Delite has surprisingly good food! I LOVE their fried pickles and the Bellaberry shake are my favorites.

Outstanding 1950s style car hop restaurant. If youre looking for some old school treats and eats, youre in luck because Dairy Delight does em right. The service is a bit slow, but unless youre generally impatient, it wont make a difference to your experience.

I ordered a small vanilla cone. $2.61 for a small vanilla cone. The server said she bring back the change from a $5.00 and I said keep the coins. She never brought back the two dollars. So $5.00 for a small vanilla cone. Never again.

Seating is outdoor picnic tables or in your car. They very pleasantly great you after you drive in and offer a menu and take your order. The transaction occurs outdoors and they bring your food. Burgers were delicious.

I requested a double burger fully loaded. Why, because each of the trimmings are considered extras and have an additional price tag on them. Besides, the burger is not served with them unless the customer specifically request them. That is why I said fully loaded. In fact, the server asked me If I wanted cheese on my hamburger and naturally I said yes. So the double burger was served with cheese, no trimmings ( no tomato slice, no onions, and no pickles). There was smeared ketchup on one of the insides of the burger. Let it be known that a double burger with one piece of cheese, one large drink and one large French fries came exactly to a little over than 16 US dollars. And the patronage takes your order outside the locale and expects it be paid before it is served. The server took my order and returned back immediately with the check. I even left him a 4 dollars tip thinking that I would get a nice double hamburger with all the extras...But no. No extras and I had to ask for the mustard. I complained to the server and asked him why it had been served without the onions, lettuce and tomato. He stated that those were extra. I said well that is why I had requested it fully loaded ( after all, it was was specified on the menu, that each extra would be charged, I can read in the English language!!) He then apologized to me and stated I wont do it any more and then said Im sorry. Not sure if this was his first day or not. I had tipped him prior to being served. Not a good idea. Dont tip until you first try the food. BTW the French fries were excellent!!!! Just them, as the naked double burger with one piece of melted white cheese was very unappealing. Granted I was starved, ate the burger. Why? because I could not get the attention from anyone. Had I waited on them to complain, I would have had a cold burger. Service in our country is very poor. You would think we would learn from other countries. You would think people would be graciously trained. Its an epidemic. Even the fast food hamburger joints fail to do so after normal dining hours. You want to be served a hamburger? There are other choices out there. Placed that are even air-conditioned ( I really did not mind the warm 12 oclock sun in Loveland, Colorado). Has traveled extensively to foreign countries. Our service in the food industry continues to be one of the worst ones. For example, just yesterday I had contacted the food services department of my company. I was taking the order for a Mexican man. He had ordered Sopa de Pollo con Fideos which appeared translated on the English Menu as Chicken Noodle Soup ( he was ordering from a Spanish translated menu). I asked the person taking the order to please describe to me what the Fideos pasta looked like. Lol she described them to me as flat wide pasta, in fact kinda like the linguini, only wider. Well folks thats not what we call fideos in the Spanish language and culture. Just trying to make a point as to how unpleasant our food industry is. Thats all. For those of you who do not know what Fideos or Vermicelli pasta looks like, please look it up. My company of employment also failing its customers.

Been sitting outside for 10 minutes in the car watching all the staff hang out with their friends. Finally just left because we were sick of waiting. Food isnt worth the cost and service is horrendous. Dairy queen is better

Dairy Delite has proven to be truly adaptable in our current environment. They have it set up as a carhop style of service. My initial thought was oh great. They were so fast and efficient I had to eat my thought.... it was dipped in chocolate. I highly recommend going for a summer treat you can enjoy safely!

Hidden Gem. I use to live off of West 13th in Loveland not far from there so I was familiar with the area however I live in Milliken now. I decided to make the trip as I had a friend visiting from Pueblo and we read positive reviews online. It turned out to be well worth the trip. The burgers and fries were great and they had their own version of an oreo blizzard which was spot on. The staff was friendly and I can say Ill be coming back regularly.

We love a good Chicago dog and enjoy that Dairy Delight prepares a yummy one. At around $6, its a great deal. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their ice cream. A royal treat like a Peanut Fudge Parfait runs $7.95. That is nearly double what you pay at Dairy Queen. In addition, the Dairy Queen version gives you three layers of hot fudge while Dairy Delight only provides a top and bottom layer of fudge. Wed love to support local small business, but Dairy Delight is pricing themselves out of the game. From now on when we get a desire for soft serve ice cream and/or Royal treat we will head to the always affordable and tasty DAIRY QUEEN.

Had a chilidog...paid about six bucks. It looked like a scale model of an actual chilidog, left hungry and broke.

Driven by several times but never stopped until I saw a car show. I love places that host car shows so I bought ice cream for us all. The staff was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. I will definitely be back.

I love this place. The banana splits are incredible. Yes, they are $8, but they are worth every penny. The banana is always perfect and the toppings are right on. They are currently doing carhop service during the pandemic, which I think is awesome.
