Good selection and good prices. They offer a notary discount as well. The staff is usually friendly and they greet you with a smile.

Stopped in to get some jack Daniels down home punches and the guy had a facemask on that was literally on his chin and not covering his face to protect the customers. When I asked him if they carried the JD down home punch, he stated “well, when we ruin the economy, we don’t get supplies like usual”. He was nice to check in the back but then comes out and says “ no, I don’t have any, and even if you do, it’s purely out of luck”. I left empty handed and found some at another liquor store. I won’t be back.

I ordered some things from House of Spirits through the Drizly app and was very pleased with the service and how quickly my order got here! Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly, will definitely be a customer again! 👍

Have been at this store 3 times since moving to Loveland. I liked he wrote it down the book and said he would check on it. Bought a couple of a different brand at that time, Like the other brands still hadnt heard an answer on the 1st brand. Went back in to by last 2 bottles of the 2nd brand I liked. Told them they were out of it now and the please order more and I ask about the 1st brand again that I never heard anything on. The only thing out of their mouth is oh I dont know anything about that i told her but i dont know anything about it. So I walked out went down the road a quarter of a mile. They didnt have either brand but they immediately got on the phone and ordered 2 cases of both brands to have in their store for me tomorrow. I will never go back to house of spirits again. They dont Act at all like they want my business so I will go elsewhere. Their customer service is horrible. The same 2 young guys there every time.Go to World Beverage they act like they want your buisness!!!!

2 guys working around 9pm Saturday Feb 3rd tried to tell me they didn’t have ice when I just walked by the freezer and seen it outside the door. I’m slightly handicapped and they both saw me struggle carrying two cases of beer out the door and didn’t make an offer to help. The one guy looked down directly at my prosthetic leg braces and didn’t even offer to help. They were sitting on their butts at their desk. I went back in and said thank for your help and they sarcastically said “you’re welcome”. Lazy idiots. Had similar problems before. I can say I won’t ever shop there again.

Reasonable liquor store. Good wine selection but nothing that particularly stands out about it.
