Friendly people. Always has what I want and if not I get it in there next delivery. Anything that you may want and some that you may not have tried. Try whatever they recommend if they dont have what you want. I trust them on different brands of whiskey, tequilas and rum. Have never been disappointed. Well to tell the truth. I dont drink. I havent for awhile now. I was there with a friend so, here is what I observed while I was there. They have a really great assortment of whatever you like it has alot of different beers And a number of wines. If I was drinking or if I chose to drink again this is the place Id go. Dont get me wrong just because I dont drink does not mean that I dont know about it. Come in and see for yourself.

Evan is a very virtuous young man who thinks he can talk to anyone anyway he chooses. Every other employee is stellar and the selection is great. Evan needs a shower and a pink slip.

Always great customer service here. Its not the biggest liquor store in town but there is just about every product you might need neatly organized. My dog especially loves the giant milkbones they give him.Edited Feb 5, 2021:Chester and I stopped in for a visit today. He was excited and HOWLED hello in doganeese when he saw the employee come out of the cooler. Chester and I were scolded for being uncool inside the store. Scolded again when Chester asked for his bone. For at least a year-he has been conditioned to be a happy dog that gets a treat but today we were treated rudely, unkind, and RUDE again. We wont be back. Theyre plenty of small businesses to support.

This place was great. The person working was friendly and helpful and they had the type of beer I wanted when other places didnt. Plus they have a rewards program, added bonus.

Good selection of local beers plus some of my out-of-state favorites like Firestone Walker and Ballast Point. The loyalty program is good, and Ive never been over charged or short-changed (unlike a couple of other jar shops in Loveland). Im not a hardcore regular, but most of the staffers offer a warm greeting whenever I enter. There are lots of liquor stores in Loveland, and this is in my Top Two.

Negative stars. Record breaking staff turn-over rate! equals= poor management = poor customer service.
