Really happy with their service. I tried 3 other shops and could not get anyone to talk to me. They were too busy! Outlier had the time to talk to me.If a shop cant talk to you about the work you being done! Cant trust them with your bike then.Getting a cam upgrade and exhaust. They took me step by step through the whole process.I recommend Outlier Cycles.

Took my motorcycle in on Thursday and haven’t received it back yet. I am getting a 15k service and just having them look over the bike as I just bought it. It’s my first motorcycle in 9 years. Skin (yes that’s his name) you can tell is an experienced, genuine guy with a lot of experience. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident the bike was in good hands. I look forward to getting the bike back and will update this review accordingly. But, I expect that it will follow suit with all the other positive reviews.

Awesome shop, very knowledgeable and friendly. Installed a S&S air cleaner, adjusted my clutch and Dyno tuned my bike. Wow, what a difference. My 103 ci Switchback runs like a different bike now. Gladly answered all my questions. Come see these guys for your bike needs.

These guys are great they were honest and very informative with me I do not have my license yet or insurance and I still have to take the test these guys at outlier just told me to go get my insurance and license for it and it can sit in their shop until I got em I offered to pay them extra for it sitting in the shop and the insisted on me not paying them they were so wonderful I don’t know anything about engines as it is and they could have told me I needed a new engine and I’d be none the wiser but no they were very honest and it only turned out to be a 80 dollar mistake I cannot get over how professional courteous and concerned for my wellbeing they were great five stars all the way needless to say I will not be taking my bike to anyone else but outlier cycles
