I cant believe how rude the guy at the front desk was. Ignored me for 5 minutes, I finally asked if he could help me, then he ended up treating me like garbage. I just wanted to know if he could mount some tires for me and he went off on me. Then literally walked away from me in the middle of the conversation. Ill never even try this place again the guy was so rude.

Probably the best place Ive ever had the experience of dealing with for my bike. They really know their stuff, and work on custom bikes as well.

Wow- I cant believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was. I just called to simply asked if they were only a dealership (which it says on Google) or if they did customizations to bikes also. He stated that they were NOT a dealership. When asked what bike I had, I said a Suzuki GSX (stated jixer sp? at first). He basically screamed WHAT?? at me like I was speaking a foreign language. When I slowly said it back to him, he immediately said we dont work on those. Ive been in CS for years and this is not the way to gain business. I never go out of my way to right reviews- and have never written one solely based on a simple phone call.

The guys at phat rides are always on the spot helpful with my needs for service and parts
