Very clean and modern storage facility. Office staff is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely rent here again if I need storage in the area in the future.

Do not rent a unit from this storage facility, shady business/facility manager and they do not pick up the phone ever. I tried calling many times prior to the first of the month when I would be charged for the upcoming month to cancel and pick up my things. No answers and no call backs. Bryson the manager who finally got back to me DAYS later says I have to pay the entire month after moving my stuff out the morning of the first after no phone responses.Overall DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS PLACE. Better places around that don’t do their paying customers dirty.

Lockaway storage is conveniently located, easy access to both my outdoor and indoor storage units, and the monthly costs is competitive when compared to other storage facilities in the Loveland, CO area.

I arrived to view reserved unit but no one was in office. I spoke with Caesar who is remote operator. He remotely allowed me on to the premises to the view unit and also placed the unit on reserve for me. I couldn’t be happier with both the unit and Caesar for walking me through and reserving!Just outstanding service by Caesar! Please thank and acknowledge him for a very happy customer!

Very lovely and clean. Also, the employees at the front desk are super helpful. Only thing I would ask for are more carts. Ive only ever seen 3 at a time. Other than that, its great for the price and the promotion was killer. Pay 2 months get one free!!

I do like this storage facility. State of the art technology, use Bluetooth to open outer gate and unit. Have run into some not so great tenants, more than likely they use the facility to live in. Cops were there arresting someone and I could not access the facility. So other than the sketchy tenants, nice, clean well kept facility. Just be careful going by yourself.

The General manager is amazing!!!! Always willing to work with you, helps you find what you need if youre unsure about size, very very nice!!!!! I was sad to leave, but did not need them anymore. Always a pleasure to work with!!! Thank you!!!

I do not like giving my money away to store my things but at this place its worth every cent. The manager was the best part of my experience. He was patient with me due to my poor tech skills and walked me through it all thanks guys your the best in the Biz

I was able to negotiate the lot with a big truck and 22’ trailer as well as the biggest uhaul that they make. Friendly staff and over all a great experience.

This was an absolutely awesome storage facility for us. Bryson went over and above to help us with repacking a bunch of stuff we had in our unit and was fantastic to work with. HIGHLY recommend Lockaway Storage!

It’s clean, the guy that runs this place is very friendly but there is a huge homeless problem here. I know it’s hard to control but at least post a number we can call and report. Hard to feel safe leaving your stuff when a homeless guy runs in as you are leaving. We tried calling the number on the door but it just led to a phone menu and wait time.

They were very nice and helpful when getting started and the actual storage facility is very secure

Clean and reasonably priced!! We had not only my entire home in a unit but my parents also stored their whole house there as well. Love the app so easy to access gate and pay my bill right from my phone. Love the fact that they walk threw and check on things multiple times threw out the day. We felt like our stuff was very safe.

The place is new, clean, and easy to access. Completely meets my storage needs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Booked well in advance, couldn’t get into unit after renting a truck specifically for that date to move into. Contact number on door was a guy in Australia that couldn’t do or see anything. Office was not staffed at specified hours so there was no one to help or talk to. Waste of money and time.

This storage facility is a very nice and clean. The gentleman that waited on us was very knowledgeable, filled us in on everything from how new it is to the agreement of renting a unit. To very nice, and patient and respectful. Inside and out is very well taken care of. So my experience with this storage facility is great and definiately would recommend this place********** rated 10 stars +

Online setup and Bluetooth access control is very appreciated. Clean facility with 3 carts available. Could use some tilting dollies but its not necessary, the carts work fine

This place is awesome. Very modern and clean. Coach was the guy the helped me get moved in. I do not remember the name of the other individual that is working there now but they are both very nice and very professional and very willing to do whatever they can to help. Would highly recommend.

Their facility was clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed being able to come and go by the use of my phone.

I am very happy with the customer service I received and the overall rental experience. Bryson was amazing and came out and helped me when I was having difficulty opening the gate and my storage door. I feel that my personal belongings will be quite safe here. Thank you!!

Pros:* Its really nice to have front gate and locker access with an app on your phone* Its also nice to have an auto-pay option, which a previous storage place didnt have (and in fact, charged extra for phone payments)Cons:* The gentleman that seems to run the office (Bryson) is friendly, though that translates to him being extremely talkative. And the check-in process took probably close to an hour or more when it shouldve taken 10-15 minutes. Hes a really nice guy, but I had things to do, and I didnt realize it would be such a lengthy process.Neutral:* Pricing for a 10 x 20 seems to be pretty average ($129)P.S. The thoughtful and professional response from the owner below is greatly appreciated!
