The manager Darlene is great and good people I suggest anyone needing storage go see her she will take care of you!

This worst experience ever! We drove 9 hours from NM to deal with a hag of a manager. We were rudely informed that because we returned our truck a day early that we should wait 30min until, it was convenient for her. She didnt check for damage or count in the pads we were returning. We tried the online return but it was not functioning. The only reason they got a star was its required to write a review. Never again!

After a few mishaps with uhaul from our move from CA I got sent over to this property. Although out of our way the owner made the drive worth it because she was so nice and accommodating. The facility is clean and easy to navigate and the service was awesome. Thank you for making my move to CO a little bit better :)

Darlene was an Angel!...Is an Angel.After about half an hour of online mess and headache, I gave up and decided to give one of the stores in the area a call. Darlene picked up on the other end... She was very understanding and caring and also helped me sort out the online mess, the system and I had created. I went from frustration and worry to peace and calm again and I have Darlene to thank for that! Thank you, Darlene! You are a Rockstar! Thanks for caring!

NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. We are not from the area just moved from Texas and didn’t know certain things about U-Haul services here. Reply’s with smart a** remarks. States that she will not be taking our U-Haul bc she simply can’t at her location. Okay fine, we understand. She then let’s us know that we need to make a $10 fee for 24 access to our storage unit. We tell her that we need to run to the car and get the money and she tells us that she closes in 10 minutes so she won’t be here when we come back. Mind you we parked to car right out the building.. we didn’t have to go far. She just kept repeating herself that she was closing soon. It was all just entirely RUDE and left a bad taste in our mouths. This was a AWFUL experience here. 10/10 Would not recommend coming to this location for ANYTHING.

Great store!!!Excellent customer service and even followed up with me after I rented my truck to see how I was doing and if I needed another truck! Just so happen I did. Darlene and team are a pleasant to do business with! Will definitely use this location again and refer them to our friends and family!

Good availability of what we needed!!!

It took me 4 trips (from Fort Collins) to be able to pick up my auto transport trailer because their internal system wouldn’t let them release the trailer. In order to give me the trailer, they had to cancel my initial reservation and re-book which ended up charging me an extra $100. This also delayed my move by a day which added a lot of stress.

I was worried about pulling a car and storage upon arrival, u-haul offered me a feasible solution for both! Very convenient. Staff was helpful and imformative in both billings and Loveland :)

I reserved online, very easy, I showed up half an hour early and my van was waiting for me. Very friendly and helpful.

If youre moving yourself, this is probably the best place in Loveland to get boxes (Lowes is OK too). Hint: look online to check in-stock sizes, quantities and price breaks (e.g., small boxes are 81¢ each if you buy 25 -- and youll probably need that many). Be aware that theres usually just one parking spot open by the office...

The MOST accommodating and helpful staff that I have ever experienced. They are front, helpful, and amazing human beings! If you have to store your property anywhere, you are wasting your money your time and your happiness by not storing it at this location.

Uhaul is an atrocious company. There is no communication between locations and they all LIE. If you need to use uhaul, make sure you allocate an extra 3 hours for them to screw up picking up the truck, and another extra 3 hours for dropping it back off. If you need to go to 7 locations, only one of them will be helpful. Good Luck.

Im trying to call them today to make a payment and every time I call it hangs up on me I thought thez guys were a good company and tell now... I been going throw them for some time now and every time I go they have to reset my password to get in the gate and Ive been locked in a few times as well and had to call to get out need to get there stuff figered out...

I went into the place of business to get some boxes to move, both the front office and back in the bathroom smelt like pot. When I asked the guy working that day he couldnt explain where it was coming from. I try to get a hold of the GM but she wouldnt return my calls. I will never go to them again for anything.
