Didnt get my vehicle repaired here but I had some questions about my vehicle and one of the guys took time out of his day to review them with me. I will be taking my car here in the future. As a woman I am cautious of bodyshops as Ive been ripped off before but they werent jumping down my throat trying to get me to spend money.

My 2017 Ford Focus looks good as new! Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of with proper estimates, supplements, and time frames. They communicated every step of the way. My insurance was not the easiest to deal with, but they went above and beyond to work with them anyway and made sure that I was taken care of in every way that I needed to be, including power washing deer guts from my car, which technically they didnt need to do as part of my repairs. As someone who has never made a claim before, they handled my situation and me very well, no matter how minor and were knowledgeable and professional. As much as I hope to never need more repairs, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend! They are the best!

I was very impressed with all the work that was done to my car. Another car had hydroplaned into me, the damage was pretty extensive and to look at my car now, it looks so good you would never know it had been wrecked! They matched up the paint to perfection and every thing is working and running smoothly.

I had a very extensive, self-pay repair, where no other shops gave me good news; Richard made the repair possible, and saved my vehicle from the salvage yard. From the beginning, Richard was great to work with. I was immediately sold on the job, and the satisfaction continued throughout the repair. Its not often repair shops keep to their word, nor keep you completely updated along the way. Richard and his team did that all the way through the repair. I hit a deer a few months ago and they went all out with the work brand new door amazing job with the paint blending perfect alignment of my chrome pannels on my doors and even cleaned and detailed the inside of my truck!!! Richard and Wesley were very informative and helpful in repairing my vehicle. It was a Mazda CX-9 and getting parts from Mazda to repair the damage was a chore!!! Other parts were there the next day!!!When I picked my car up at 5:00 on a Friday, I noticed on my way hime, 3 lights came on...Check engine light, Airbag light and Power train light.I was a little concerned and confused as to why! I left a message at the shop and first thing Monday AM Richard called. He apologized and told me it was probably something that didnt get hooked back up properly. He called a roll back and had it brought in. Thats what it was...Mazda has a double click to reset everything and the technician only clicked it once!!! Problem Solved!!!AND for my inconvenience, Richard did a treatment on my HEADLIGHTS that made them LOOK BRAND NEW!!!I would highly recommend these GUYS because they made things right and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!!! So Im one happy lady to finally have me car back!!!Thanks again!!!~Debbie~

I had to pick estimates from last year. To make a short story shorter, Ill never do business with them. I didnt appreciate their demeanor towards me and they wont friendly. I asked a simple question, and i was giving unwanted advice on how to treat the person Im making the claim against. They gave me the wrong year for my estimate. When i went back another worker questioned why did i need it? Which was a dumb question. More than that, it wasnt his business.

* just an update ive noticed on the google reviews.... Richard Lata OWNS martinsville collision center. How pathetic is it to leave yourself a FALSE review!!!! My Camaro was hit in the side. I was referred to this business from the roll back operator. I had never been thru this process before and didnt know who to take the car to. So I had it taken up there. The quote was for 4200 and some change. The damages to be repaired were a drivers side door remove and replace the drivers quarter panel, new rear tire and four wheel alignment. They put a cheap junk tire on the car. I had summer high performance tires. When i questioned it, their response was they had to supply a tire. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction. Just the bottom dollar. They took a ridiculous amount of time to repair the car. The first time I was called with it being finished, I refused to take it due to a massive amount of over spray and paint defects. Then I find out, they subbed the work out to a person that was not an employee to fix the car. That is shady by its self. The second time the window molding came out of the replacement door and i had to take it back. Then my trunk was filling up with water when it rained. They wouldnt fix that. So i took the car apart and I quickly realized I did not have a new quarter panel. I took it to three shops in Eden NC and they told me i was correct. I was charged for a new quarter panel and got a patch installed. I paid for a four wheel alignment and got a two wheel alignment. Their weight lifting shop manager was rude and condescending and said these were my problems because I accepted the car and signed the paper for approval when i picked up my car. And yes I did consider small claim court, but it would have been a wash being the lawyer bill would have been as much as the claim. I tell people all the time about this experience. buyer beware! and to add to this,**** Recently my acct got hacked and changed to like to sue, I.... This is a true review. My name is Todd Sowers. I have the car in my driveway and Ill gladly show it to people.(AND I HAVE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO) People have messaged me about the car through facebook. Im easy to find. The paint your company did on the quarter panel started to bubble up last year.... Ill poke holes in your guarantee that all our repairs are done in house by our employees. When I had one of my issues and the car needed to be brought back. I had to schedule AROUND THE REPAIR MANS SCHEDULE, BECAUSE HE WAS AN OUTSIDE LABORER. That came out of your a**hole shop managers mouth. I have no reason to call you! I wouldnt let you people touch my car again. Hell i wouldnt let you paint my John Deere! Youre response is just you trying to save face because this is a public review. If you really wanted to resolve this issue, you would reach out to me personally.
