Great experience. I recently bought a cake for my girlfriends birthday. I came to th location to look around and get ideas. The staff was super helpful and gave me a bunch of suggestions and ideas. The cake decorator even gave me a call to run ideas by me. The cake itself was even better than I envisioned was was super tasty.

Tasty, but expensive. A filled big cup can be $15+. Nice flavor and topping selection and nice, professional employees.

Great ice cream and selection of flavors and workers are typically very friendly. This is my go-to place, until now. I was greeted nicely by a cashier and was making my way to the area with the yogurt cups when out of nowhere, another worker pops up and nearly frightens me with a loud HI. While I chose my cup and fro yo, he watched every move I made, literally trailing behind me as I looked at each flavor down the aisle. I couldnt help but think this person A) has no sense of personal space or b) thinks I am going to steal a lick of fro-yo without paying for it. Already uncomfortable, I make my way towards the toppings when I stopped short to around and grab a napkin. And I am greeted face to face with this worker, who has now bumped into me because he was following me TOO CLOSELY and has me feeling like I cant wait to get the hell out of this place. I got my napkin, and he followed me and practically runs to the other side of the topping station and continues watching me as I decide what toppings I want. As Im looking he then proceed to take out the topping for which I was reaching for the spoon, and begins using his little crumb duster to sweep crumbs away and then replaces the topping. What the hell is going on here. Honestly, good fro-yo, but that encounter made me so uncomfortable. If it is policy that 16 Handles wants a worker to be on the look out for people stealing ice cream, thats fine. But please teach your workers not to crowd and hover so close that they knock into patrons. Honestly, never returning Im freaked out.

First time there & extremely impressed. Exceptionally clean! The employee described in great detail (including ingredients) of each flavor which helped me make a decision. They answered all my questions & were very knowledgable about their products. After I described what I liked they were able to suggest the perfect selection for me!! Delicious & the employees are helpful in every way!!! This is the ONLY place to go for superb yogurt/ice cream!! The consistency of their products are beyond & above any yogurt/ice cream product Ive ever had in my lifetime!!

Only a 2 star because of the cookie dough scam situation. They removed the cookie dough bites that are served at every other frozen yogurt restaurant. They now have giant raw cookie dough balls that are not good what so ever. In my opinion, it appears as if they force you to buy a giant cookie dough ball to increase the weight of the cup. When the original mini cookie dough bites come back I’ll readjust my review.Thanks concerned customer,Andrew

This is the first froyo place that Ive been to where the sample cups are under lock and key. I felt that I was being watched the entire time that I was there by the store employee. What was I going to steal at a froyo place?
