All I wanted was freshly brewed Pikes Roast coffee which is already brewed and ready to serve, As the drive thru had two cars in line, I decided to go in the store..... there were no customers in the coffee shop, I assumed, was going to get faster service. All the lady at the Cash register had to do is take the money, fill my coffee cup and say Good bye... but she asked me to wait... she started to chat with another employee... waited 10 min, I asked her again, how long will it take to get my coffee... she gave me a nasty look, grabbed a empty cup, filled the cup and gave it to me.... Not sure why she was waiting on someone else to give me coffee, when she and the other employee were free... Was having a great morning... she just took that away..

I love stopping here before work! The coffee and service is FANTASTIC. Hands down one of the best Starbucks Ive ever been to. I cannot stress how absolutely amazing the customer service is here!

Staff is nice but they’re not very good at making coffee. I ordered a shaken espresso which naturally is a very strong drink yet when I come here it is always made too milky (so much milk my drink is almost white) and I am unable to even enjoy it, which is disappointing.

I usually go here every other day sometimes after work, sometimes before work. The service is usually great and all the other girls are nice but Taylor is always rude. She ruins my experience every time and I’m tired of being nice to her when she’s rude to me so I’m making a review now. The managers need to address this issue because I’m pretty sure she’s rude to other customers as well. I even saw her ignoring the people in front of me. Worst customer service that I’ve ever been provided at this location.

Coffee... Great, as usual. Service, also very great.But timing??? VERY SLOW.I walked in to order but of course drive thru and mobile pick ups were done first. Maybe next time Ill go that route just so I dont have to wait almost 15 minutes for ONE CUP of coffee.

I couldnt even sit in their nice little waiting room and drink my coffee and use the free Wi-Fi...A nice and friendly little coffee shop. Always fast and friendly. My only disappointment was they didnt have chocolate covered espresso beans .

They arent even open when it says they are. Update hours of operation please. Customers check that kind of thing. It says 6am and here its after 6:30am and the door is locked. A lady just walked to the door and checked. Guess Ill head to the other location.

I had the Chai Frappuccino. It was very good! My daughters chose a White Chocolate Frapp and a Caramel Crunch Frapp.

Stopped in earlier this week and their opener did not show. I pulled in at 6:45 after sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes only for them to tell me they just got there and they could not open cause they needed to get things ready.

Starbucks in Bartlesville is great. They may be out of a few things, but this tells me they are always busy!!!

Unfortunately today my visit to this location really changed how I feel about this place. I came and waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive thru line where there were cars waiting with nobody in front of them, then to finally arrive to the speaker to be asked to wait some more. After maybe 10 minutes of waiting with no cars in front of me im greeted rushed and rude as if im bothering them. So I order then head to the window where theres still the cars from before, and I meet the girl behind the speaker Taylor who opens the window and tells me my total, thats it nothing else. Takes my card without even looking at me, stares at it for a minute, charges it then gives me my drink and my card back. I told her have a good day, and she literally rolls her eyes then closes the window. Man, if youre that bothered to where youre rude to someone trying to be nice. I shouldve said hope your days gets better.

I dont visit starbucks frequently but am always pleased with my experience when I do. This was no different. Got the venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. Yummm!

A minute after 1:00, I thought I might purchase a coffee at this Starbucks. Instead, an employee was standing in the drive thru lane. He advised me that they closed at 1:00, and that I’d have to go somewhere else.I generally enjoy this location, and many of the staff are helpful and polite. Nevertheless, this experience left me unimpressed.After further review, I’ve determined two things: (1) they must not need the additional revenue; and (2) I don’t really need the coffee.

Pretty good Starbucks, super busy sometimes to the point that ordering takes a long time. But the employees are respectful and fun so it helps to have that service. The place is updated and looks good for the most part. The coffee comes out the way I order it so no complaints there.

Really good the chai tea is the best

Every time I come through the drive through I feel so appreciated as a customer. I’ve had different people at the window to give me my order and each time they are smiling, sweet, and so upbeat!

I had nice experience here in the past and have been taking takeouts now and of course coffee is very delicious.

In town for work, and staying at a hotel close, have been coming in every morning. The staff and management are very friendly, they already know my drink order and the atmosphere is great in here. It is honestly so much like my Starbucks at home, love it! Thanks for the great service, friendly smiles and of course great strbx coffee!

LOVED their coffee. I actually quit drinking coffee a couple years ago because it no longer agrees with me...So I get to enjoy the chai and matcha teas. I would recommend Starbucks put the chai tea in a bottle so I can get a chilled one in the gas station!

I am a proud Starbucks customer. I guess this location is short staffed or has new people. But this is seriously the slowest serving Starbucks I have ever been to. Of course the food and drink tastes perfect. I love the set up of this building, welcoming and roomy. I just really cannot get past that it took so long to get my order. Ive been served late before at other locations because its busy and I understand that, but the staff always says they are so sorry for the delay. Yet these staff members didnt see anything wrong with how slow they were. The staff didnt quite seem like the wonderful Starbucks staff that usually greet customers.

Went for the peppermint mocha to please my pregnant wife.... out of peppermint. Took 24 minutes to get through the drive through for the wrong coffee.

Its a chain coffee shop where you get a confused look if you show up and ask for a large coffee. Coffee tastes fine, not really worth paying that much more than gas station in my opinion, but I am an admitted cheap skate. They have got food stuffs that people like and sell beans and grounds to take home as well as mugs and thermos type things. Its about the same as any other Starbucks youll walk into.

VERY,very slow any time of day at this location. They can never get the order correct even though mine is very simple. I keep giving them another chance, but this time will be the last. I saw a girl working on the bakery items picking her nose, and wiping it on her apron several times. I will NOT be back.

Not my favorite Starbucks. Very slow service every time I visit here. Drinks are hit or miss; sometimes the baristas make a great drink, sometimes they make the worst drink. Great location and great set-up inside and outside. Would love to see some better service and more consistent drink results.

My favorite Starbucks. They get my drink order right every time. I will say I always order ahead and pick up because the drive through takes way to long in comparison to other stores. The employees are polite, not overly friendly, and that’s okay with me.

The Starbucks App was down. I received an error message. Tried to re-sign in and still received a “our system is having problems, please try back later.” Thing is I have money on the Starbucks App that has already cleared my bank account. I should be able to use that money anytime a Starbucks is open. I called and spoke to the manager, Eric at this location on 96th street. He apologized for the Starbucks App. I called Starbucks Customer Service and spoke to an awesome rep, Fantasia. She had me sign-in to the Starbucks “website.” My account balance pulled up and I could see my available funds. When I went in the Starbucks store. The young lady that took my order tried to make excuses for Eric (deflecting). She said, the Starbucks staff does not know anything about the Starbucks App. She missed “the bus.” The manager of Starbucks did not know customers could sign-in to Starbucks “website.” If the Starbucks App was down. #DoBetter

Ordered two coffees at 6:01 pm. Finally got our order at 6:27. Really, Owasso Starbucks!? Coffee was acceptable tonight but not worth a 26 minute wait!

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. I work in Tulsa and the one closest to my job is super fast, and always gets my coffee perfect! They just seem really chill here and in no hurry at all, which sucks when youre in a hurry.

Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks!! Its coffee. You can get it plain or fancy. The food is good too, my son especially loves the cake pops and the Bacon Gouda!

Great consistent starbucks experience. Friendly staff, good espresso drinks, wifi, and seating. There were a couple plush chairs and the rest were regular bar stool/chair type seating. There was an outdoor patio.

Good drinks....long line and understaffed

It is always super backed up anytime I’ve gone. One time I went and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only to get a drink that wasn’t even mine. I was too frustrated and tired of waiting by that point that I just went home instead of asking for a new one.Another time I went inside and had to wait half an hour because there were 6 drinks in front of me and only one person making them. Which didn’t make sense because there were several people just standing around behind the counter including someone who looked like an assistant manager.If you have time to go inside I definitely recommend going across the street to the Starbucks in target.

My wife likes the Chai tea so she stops here fairly often. I will have a cup of coffee but I am never satisfied with the flavor or the price, poor value in my opinion.

Always a super long wait here and for some reason three people behind me always get their order before I get my simple iced coffee. I used to work for Starbucks, so it’s kind of a let down coming to this location.

Officially the worlds slowest Starbucks. Its the only one within 20 miles around here and we never get in the trap of a drive thru line unless we have 20 minutes to kill. Rarely have the food items we want either. Def will be avoiding this location like the plague this holiday season.

I live on 86th St in Owasso. In the time it takes to get 1 simple drink at the Smiths Farm Road location, I can drive to the 116th, get my drink, and make it to work. I once had to leave after over 20 minutes of waiting so I wouldnt be late to my appointment. Heather is rude, but everyone else is very nice.

It took 13 minutes to get my order in the drive through from the time I placed it, thats not counting the time I spent in the line before I got to the order kiosk. Thats kind of ridiculous for a coffee...

They always have my order correct and out quick.
