Abby and Anton were wayyy too nice and helpful to me! Lately under our current economic circumstances employees are overworked and not as willing to take extra time helping an indecisive customer like me but both Abby and Anton really took good care of me. They basically let me try every single perfume in the place - ha ha, and it was a no pressure situation I felt very comfortable with them and ended up finding a great scent. I have never shopped in a Perfumania before, and I dont frequent this shopping center but I will definitely return to this store because of how helpful and friendly both Abby and Anton were! My experience at perfumania was great! When me and my friends first entered the store we weren’t greeted, which I guess was okay because the 2 salespeople working were dealing with customers. As me and my friends proceeded to look around and see what we would want to purchase the young lady working did not engage nor present herself on a friendly manner. After waiting, kevin, the manager came and assisted us. He did an absolutely Amazing job finding us the scents that we liked. His Customer service is amazing! We laughed, talked, and handled our business and that was all I could ask for. Because of Kevin and his GREAT attitude; me and my friends will be returning. Thank you Kevin!!!

In the past I had excellent experience shopping in this store until yesterday...The man was rude and I was told I have 5 minutes to choose my second perfume, because he was leaving...?!? I asked Are you closing the store? No, but I am not leaving to my coworker to start all over?!? Its been an hour already and I sprayed for you easy 75 perfumes???!!!???I was wondering where am I? Is this Customer Service and what are the people that work in the store supposed to do? Are they busy with something else? I am asking myself was that going to happen if this person owned the business???So, I took my business somewhere else where I was greeted with a smile and people were nice and helpful...

Didnt like the store. Extremely high rates and dishonest prices. They sold me a perfume saying its half priced deal which was actually way overpriced. They same product in a larger size is available at other retail stores even for lesser price than what I paid. I should have been carefull too since I was not aware of the original price, but even after asking the original price they told me double rate just to make me buy it.With this scheming attitude you can cheat a customer once but in long run cannot retain your customers.

Lol I was in the store while Steve below threw his fit. The worker did a great job and help his own. He didnt raise his voice or swear. He simply asked Steve 3 times to follow the rules with occupancy. Limit 3. Steve swore at him and called him names and swore more. The rules were clearly posted on the door. Its nobodys fault Steve cant read.

🤠👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Not a bad place to pick up some perfume, cologne, cosmetics, and hair supplies. They dont have as an extensive selection of supplies for darker-skinned individuals, but its passable. The staff was friendly and helpful, they were nice to my wife which is important to me. If youre in the mall shopping for other things, stop in and kill two birds with one stone, LOL.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Excellent service, The manager went out of his way to make sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. I bought Creed which is over $300. I never thought I would spend that much, but I felt confident in pulling the trigger because of his knowledge and patience as I tried many brands. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Went shopping to Perfumania with my friends, when we walked in the store and asked for a Calvin Klein fragrance since it is one of my go to fragrances and I have always bought it at Macys for $60 a bottle and at Perfumania they had it for $25 a bottle, price seem sketchy and the Calvin Klein bottle did not seem Authentic at all. The employee behind the counter was rude and ignorant, did not welcome us at all. Overall my experience in Perfumania was not good the perfumes seem cheap and was priced around $20-$30, quality seems no good for name brand fragrances. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! Walked out and took my business to Gurnee Mall and found what I needed and was very pleased with my purchase . Price doesnt matter quality does matter. Never coming back!!
