I dont normally write reviews but my boyfriend and I had a very unpleasant experience here on Saturday July 10 in the morning. I told my boyfriend that I wanted to stop in because I have some jewelry from Pandora and WANTED to purchase some to add to my charm bracelet or ring collection. There was no line outside and only two people looking like they were leaving so we attempted to enter and this elderly woman who worked at the store with glasses stopped us abruptly and said she would be right with us as well as, we needed to be outside. This was not a problem so we waited our turn to come inside. This incident however, must of ticked her off because she was incredibly RUDE after letting us in. She stated in a very demeaning and STRICT voice that they are not allowing customers to look at the merchandise due to COVID and we were not allowed to walk around the store and gave us a limited path to which we could follow. Now, my partner and I are very considerate of every stores policies and honestly wouldnt of had a problem with following ANY of their guidelines. The problem was this womens attitude and the way she spoke to us...She seemed like she couldnt get us out of there fast enough and her tone was incredibly standoffish. So much so that I didnt feel welcomed after only 2 minutes of being in there. I no longer wanted to purchase anything from the store and left due to how uncomfortable she made me feel and my partner. After leaving we couldnt believe her attitude and how she caused herself to miss a big sale considering I was ready to spend a decent amount of money there. Disappointing.

Sabrina helped me out in a purchase of my charm, cleaning my bracelet and even assisted me in how we can fix my always falling apart rose gold bracelet. Then HOPE the manager came out and gave me hope of kind, caring people and swapped out my bracelet that my student bought me so I can continue being happy with my bracelet. Its a rarity to find such good customer service and I hope Pandora recognizes their staff that goes above and beyond!

Came here on the day before mothers day so it was pretty busy and there was a line but Angela helped out everyone quickly and fairly. thanks to her I got exactly what I needed before I even made it through the line to get in the store. thank you Angela!!!

The staff is excellent! If you are looking to find discounts, I personally didnt see a difference in prices from a regular Pandora.

Great customer service! Still social distancing so you cant walk around and look at displays so that is kind of a bummer but otherwise good experience.

One of my charms broke they replaced the charms and apologize for my inconvenience. I love this store the staff is so friendly!!

I bought something online from this location because they offered curbside pickup. As soon as I received the email that my order was ready, I went to pick it up and ended up waiting 1/2 hour for them to tell me they didn’t have curbside pickup and that I had to wait in line. I called their store at least 15 times and no answer. Don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not available!!

There was a wait due to COVID, but it went pretty fast. The worker who helped me was very nice and accommodating to me switching out charms to find the perfect ones.

Prices high for knick knack jewelry. Prices of bracelets made out of metal actually matches prices of silver. Service slow and covid line is common.

I called to find out if they had a certain charm. They put me on hold then hung up on me when I called back they wouldn’t answer so I had to order on line. I would not recommend that store to anyone.

The staff was knowledgeable, I picked up a pinky ring for myself, and a bracelet and necklace for my wife, which was over 70% off. And it really was 70% off, not just a sign hanging in the window. Do your research, youll see that you will get a good deal here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I have no complaints and neither does my wife.😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Great store, visited and shopped there multiple times. All the ladies are super helpful and patient. Linda, Alex, Mara and everybody else are always helping with a smile. Gets busy and crowded sometimes, especially on weekends, but they usually have GREAT discounts and promos and its worth waiting for. Lots of retired charms and a place to go to if you are looking for a gift for someone special.

I came into the store to buy for my mom for Mother’s Day. I was pretty specific in what I was looking for. The sales lady kept trying to push other things on me. I had told her what my budget was and she was trying to get me to spend more then what I had wanted to. I have never had such a bad experience shopping at Pandora store before. I would recommend never going to this location unless you like dealing with rude and pushy people who only care about getting a sale. Needless to say I ended up walking out of the store and didn’t buy anything.

Employees are extremely rude and dont want your service!!! I tried to buy a charm quick and simple right.. wrong.. they said they would not help me for an hour and a half and sent me out the door as they just kept walking around in circles. I stopped everyone I know from ever stepping foot in this location again. Completely disgusted with this establishment and the owners allowing this to happen.

I was waiting to be taken in because of my necklace and the person who took care of me didnt even see the necklace and just said oh sorry we cant do anything about that and took another customer. Went to another pandora Jewelry and they took care of the problem

Very unpleasant place to shop! The lady named Linda was very rude and completely pushy. Didn’t seem to care what I was looking for and just wanted to make a sale. If you don’t like working retail FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!Absolutely turned me off from ever shopping there again. Not to mention your their return policy sucks!! Never shopping here again

Refused to replace my Bracelet that was less than a yr old under warranty just because I didn’t purchase from this location and would not provide documentation stating that stores only do warranty replacements where you bought it from. Filed a complaint with the BBB, CANNNOT WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM!

Alex is very rude in the pleasant prairie location if u not Mexican or Puerto Rican his customer service sucks.....and they would get zero stars but u have to give them one star to post...
