Wouldn’t ever recommend having pictures printed here. I placed an order for 17 pictures at like 9-10:00 am. Got an email around 11:00 they were ready. Went to pick them up around 4:30 to find out when they printed my order earlier that morning on 3 developed and the rest were blank. This would have been fine had they tried to reprint my order after noticing their error or at least calling and letting me know ahead of time. Instead they wrote on the envelope with my prints inside “check photos, some did not develop.” Then expected me to resubmit my entire order for reprint when I was there to pick up my order that had been “completed.” It’s not about the money aspect as it was literally $4.42 but it’s the lack of customer service.
Everytime we go to this CVS Pharmacy for a vaccination they are very friendly and fast. We walked in Saturday and had our flu shot within 5 minutes.
I go through the same issue every month with this pharmacy when I come to pick up my prescription. Finally calling it quits and changing to a different pharmacy. Everyone seems to have an attitude and not want to work. Get your s*it together !!! I DO NOT recommend!
I dont recommend this pharmacy, not even for your pets! I am a Cancer patient & was prescribed pain meds by my Oncologist, when I was told it was too soon to fill the doctor sent an additional, script. The meds were to be picked up today. I called last evening (Sunday) & spoke to the pharmacist who left a note. I have not slept ! The person in charge will not fill the prescription until noon. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Worst cvs ever.....the pharmacy supposed to close at 6 they closed before 6..then they messed up someone medication an instead of fixing it real quick they told him come back tomorrow...how they know that medicine wasnt important to have right then? On top of that they cut the lights off as if they are leaving close but you could still hear them talking in the background standing at the computers
I had an appt today at 9:30 for my second covid shot, and the lady who gave it to me was amazing. I really wish I got her name, but she was soooo sweet and very gentle! I seriously didn’t even feel it go in my arm.
We moved across the U.S. so having prescriptions moved can be stressful, but they did a good job transferring everything and there service is fast and prices are great.Only problem is one of the pharmacists somehow thinks bi-weekly means twice a month when it means twice per week. So frustrating trying to argue when they are obviously wrong (google it if you like) and having your Dr. call them multiple times and still not having it fixed.
So nice, went at 10:50 p.m. and saved $10 bucks on order because of the awesome team member who informed me of an awesome offer! Thank you and truly great prices and no hassle like the Walmart. Cheers to CVS!

My daughter and I just moved to the area. We take daily prescription medication and we have been regular loyal CVS customers.The CVS in this particular location has exceed all my expectations in terms of great quality of service provided.The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, welcoming.They go above and beyond in order to meet customers needs.The store is very well stocked, clean and organized .I truly cannot think of anything negative about this establishment.

I get my medications and my childrens medications filled here. Every time, its a pleasant experience. Techs are always friendly and informative, and they deserve some recognition for that.... This pharmacy has a high volume of customers and Im happy to say Im one of them. 4 stars simply because I dont have any feedback for the retail side of the store except for one time when I was trying to change the phone number on my CVS card and the front cashier didnt know how to do it... Pharmacy did though!
Traveling and needed baby formula. According to google they close at 11. Got here in the nick of time at 10:57 and they wouldn’t open the doors because they already took the till. No where else is open. Very disappointed

7/23/19 8:30 PM. CVS Eye Drop Recall . Clerk who claimed to be the Manager tried everything possible to not honor the recall. Refused to refund the full purchase amount.
Bosey CarterTerrible service and they lied to us on four separate occasions about when our prescription would be ready. We will never use CVS chain pharmacy again. P.S. if they tell you your insurance company has a hold on your prescriptions dont believe them, immediately contact your insurance company instead.

I had the misfortune of needing help from Brittany, one of the pharmacists at this location. I have never posted a Google review but was shocked and disappointed by not only the lack of customer service, but also by her attitude and behavior. I called this pharmacy 5-6 times in the last week, and it wasnt until todays call that Brittany finally made the authorization reversal I had been asking for. However, during each call she had a rude and unprofessional tone and refused to help me with the reversal, telling me it was impossible and that she doesnt know how to explain this in a way you would understand which was patronizing and unnecessary as she was wrong, and the third party was still pending her reversal in order for me to get my medicine. The third party, iPledge, let me know that they have informed pharmacists about the process of authorization reversals, so she either does not read the instructions she is supposed to follow or she didnt want to help, but probably both. She did not apologize when she realized her error today and reversed the authorization, but instead maintained her rude tone until the end of the call. Because my meds require a blood test authorization with a 7 day window for filling, this has kept me from taking the medicine I need for the last week, and it will be another few days before I am able to get it elsewhere as a result of her unwillingness to assist me. If you need any help outside of simply filling rxs, I hope that you do not have to work with Brittany. I have never experienced a pharmacist that was confrontational and unprofessional, and do not understand why this had to be an emotional experience as all I wanted was my medicine.
Pharmacy manager has horrible customer service. My husband and I went in to fill a prescription and was told that they had the medicine. After waiting about 15 minutes and going back and forth up to counter for insurance approval.The pharmacy manager called us up on the pa system and told us that system for insurance is not working. Told her at that time I will pay out of pocket and with an additude she asked me why would I want to pay out of pocket if I have insurance. After, all of this she didnt even have the medicine that we needed. Wouldnt recommend pharmacy to handle medications.

Awful staff! Bad attitudes! And the last time (which will be my actual last time!) I was there I saw a employee be sooo rude to a customer and the manger was right there! The manager did not correct the employee but started whispering with her after the customer walked away ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! Thats why employees act the way they do...if a manager sets an example of lazy rudeness the employees will follow...
Ill go back to Port Wentworth. This pharmacy and staff is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Brand new CVS and they couldve gotten better staff.
