Horrible customer service… I am in this store 2xs a week… was just in there and purchased 4 items and had a coupon in MY EMAIL not on the app, and the cashier training my cashier was so rude wouldn’t even let me attempt to show which coupon I had… said they don’t work on prestige items… the one I had in fact did not exclude these items… so o paid for the stuff without using it… as I was walking away I told the girl that my coupon did in fact work on prestige items and the other girl starts arguing with me again… I returned my purchase and then she proceeded to lie to her manager and say that she said they usually don’t work… absolutely not what she… they never even attempted to scan the coupon… never going back…customer service is always terrible at this location but this was just uncalled for. Just scan the coupon and when it doesn’t work oh we’ll move on

I came to Anthony to fix the horrible color I got from smart style! He did such an amazing job! Customer service was excellent! Always remember “you get what you pay for”!!!!

Im loving this store. Well organized, clean and stocked. Lots of great variety for cosmetics and hair care. Youll hear someone shout out, Welcome in! But not see who said it. The employees that Ive seen so far are like house elves. They appear only if they want to be seen. Probably one of the most unusual but coolest ninja skills Ive seen in all my years of working retail.

I am not one to post reviews, but I can not say enough good things about this location. First off Molly at the salon is hands down the BEST hair stylist. I am very picky & have been going to her for a yr now.. she gets what I ask, spot on every single time. The male manager(forget his name..sorry!!) is super helpful & friendly! The ladies at check out are always friendly, they will compliment you, they’re patient & also helpful! Thank you all ! 💜

Tiara at the Benefit Brow bar is the best! She did an amazing job on my wax and tint before my vacation—it lasted for over a week! She took her time and make sure you make an appointment because she stays booked!

My experience with this Ulta is not that great. If you have ever an Ulta you know the employees great you when you walk Into the store. At this Ulta they didnt do that to me or came to check on me like with other guests. I guess because Im young they assume I dont have money so therefore I dont have to be checked on. But I just didnt cancel them out after 1 visit I went twice and got similar treatment only thank different was my mom was with and I got checked on once.

Me and my boyfriend come to Ulta to get our eyebrows done and our hair cuts! We travel the country, so weve been to quite a few Ultas! I cannot remember the name of the woman who cut my hair, but she did an amazing job! Was open and honest about what would flatter my face rather than let me do something I may regret! She even helped me choose certain products that would be best for my hair!

This was the most disappointing visit to Ulta Ive ever had! Normally everyone is very nice and helpful, but this trip I couldnt find a single person to help us! Usually there are several employees offering to help. I brought my grandmother in because she wanted to purchase some expensive face creams to help with wrinkles and age spots, and I wanted to purchase several Mac Studios products, but we couldnt find exactly what we were looking for and had no one to answer any of our questions! Its tax season so you would think theyd have employees ready to assist all of the people wanting to spend their tax money, but nope!

So glad they carry my Bare Minerals brand. Sometimes they are not very well stocked but they were on this visit.

Had a great experience with Tiara getting my eyebrows waxed. Thank you for a great job & enjoyable conversation.

Every time i go to this store i cant really find what i want. I guess everyone likes the same items. There are more options online but you have to purchase a lot for free shipping and you wouldnt want cosmetics to melt in the neverending heat of the south. I like to go into the store and see things and usually find something i wasnt planning on just because of the display. This store is neat, bright, and well organized. You do accumulate points that you can redeem. Often the products are higher priced than you might find elsewhere.

I have never been in an Ulta that just didn’t make new feel welcomed. I have always had a great experience and that’s what has brought me to continue to shop there. But I went Friday, January 31 (my first time at this location) and I completely felt tossed to the back burner. All of the associates stood around and talk to each other instead of helping. I did speak to one of the representatives but she became very interested when I couldn’t afford the particular brand she was trying to sell me. This made me very upset and I felt belittled leaving there. I will not be back. Sephora here I come! At least the employees take the time out to help you match your makeup!

I recently decided to look for a new hair stylist. I wanted to give Ulta a try, being they are located closer to where I live than my previous stylist. I had Jennifer at the Pooler Ulta for my first visit. She was phenomenal- beyond phenomenal! I told her exactly what I wanted to do to my hair. She explained everything as we went along and answered all my questions, as well as several options for making my hair better than I imagined. She spent a very long time on my hair and took her time doing all of the processing needed for the look I wanted. My hair turned out perfectly. From the color to the cut, this is my favorite hair style I have ever done and had! Thank you! Highly recommended. All hair stylists in there seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Told me to call customer service because they ran out birthday gifts (which I understand) and customer service would be able to help out on that. Called customer service and they told “oh what the store told you was wrong because we don’t handle stuff like that.” What’s the point of telling me something that customer service couldn’t even help me with. This is the first time I ever tried to get a birthday gift from them but it’s limited time in email (I wasn’t aware of seeing that because it’s my first time) but nope, they couldn’t even bother trying to help me with my situation. What’s the point of signing up for a membership.

So I just started wearing makeup, Im now 32, and this place is pretty pricey, but you do get high quality items. All their associates have good knowledge on their products. Im looking forward to trying their latest products, although Im new to the whole makeup thing, Im glad ulta is a place i can go and be able to get expert advice on different products.

Went in with my daughter on the 2nd of Jan 2020 to buy 2 sets of PM Tea tree Shampoo and Conditioner from their jumbo event and a foundation. Asked a guy that was working that night if they had more PM instock and he pointed to the back wall yet when we went over there weren’t any shampoo or conditioners. So then we proceeded to look for foundations in the too faced area and was there for about 20 min. I ended up doing swatches myself on her face to find the right shade for her. Meanwhile employees walked by a couple of times and no one cared to ask if we needed some assistance. Poor Customer Service 😐

Brand new store with ample amount of employees to assist. Very clean and well-stocked. Today 3 different employees helped me find what I was looking for and all were knowledgeable on the subject. Just yesterday I received extremely poor service at the savannah location so I was relieved to have such a positive experience here! I’ve also had salon services here and my stylist did a great job assisting me in finding the right look for me.

They have a good selection and the staff is very nice and helpful, but I couldnt walk down one isle without a rep trying to talk to me or tell me about their product. It may have been just because it was a Saturday, and I get that its their job, but I honestly couldnt even take time to look for myself without someone interrupting me. I ended up just leaving because I couldnt get away.

I used the order on line service. I was picking up make up my wife had ordered. It was my first visit. Pick up was quick and easy. It felt like a very husband friendly place to me.

I came to this exact store not too long ago and the ladies working were very rude. None of them asked if I needed any help or anything. They simply just went about doing their jobs. I even got blank stares from all them. The store was very clean tho and had lots of things to choose from but i would not recommend anyone to come in and shop

Great beauty store! They also have a nice little hair salon located inside, to the rear of store and Id had no idea! I absolutely love just about all the products available for purchase here! So many of the top beauty products ive been introduced to through my monthly Allure Beauty Box subscription are sold in the Ulta stores!Only downside I did notice at the Ultra in Pooler, Ga was that I definitely did not dig the snooty air permeating throughout the store. No one asked if I needed help any, nor was I ever greeted or etc. Such bad customer service really doesnt bode well considering all the splendid yet fairly priced beauty products sold here!

The girls at the M·A·C counter in here are DOLLS! Super helpful and knowledgeable. One of them even helped us with skincare from the Clinique side which was perfect for our needs. They were so welcoming & pleasant!

The 3 stars is for the employees that were present. Id made an appointment as a treat for my daughter and her bestie to start to their senior year in HS. The esthetician did not show and had no words of apology. The store workers were mortified that we had traveled so far to be at this particular store. The lady at the MAC counter gave them free mini makeovers, but the girls were looking forward to their facials so will try to book again.

Always highly pleased with the service I receive from this location. I visit so much half the staff knows who I am! Keep up the great work.

To make a hair apt want that great but my hair came out goodI wanted it to be lavender but the insisted on me getting it darker and it would fade out which it did and I didnt have a problem with the darker purple. Now I do it myself and find it way more easy.

I shop at Ulta every few months or soI have never used their salon service though. I have been back and forth from FL to GA every weekend caring for my mother on weekends. I explained this to stylist and what I needed and she not only found a way to get me in on a tight schedule but was super nice!

I want to say that Paula was great and I enjoyed meeting her. But I am really upset because I spent $300.00 and got my hair done and after the second wash it just all washed out. Which is frustrating because I spent so much money for something that took 6 hours and a lot of money. I have never had color wash out of my hair. I am blonde. Such a disappointment.

My daughter loves Ultra and I am becoming a fan as well. I like that someone is there to apply your strip lashes and demo makeup.I wasnt happy that the lady at the Mac area rushed my eye make up and made me looked like nine as surprised. Very disappointed.

This store is massive. One of the largest Ultas Ive been to. I went in here looking for some very specific items. The women working at the store were able to help me immediately and make some great suggestions for things that would work for me. I usually am a Sephora customer but I will definitely be coming back here.

I love Ulta but the staff needs improvement. If someone its uncomfortable with people from different races, then that person shouldnt consult in a place where diverse people frequent and shop. Lets just say I had a consult and the person avoided eye contact for 20mi. It was awkward and I opted to leave without buying the product. I gave it 3 stars only because the MAC staff were amazing!

Wife wanted me to get a haircut here for convenience. First experience was so-so. Second time, I arrived for my 2:00pm appointment, and of course they were running late. I waited until 2:55pm, decided its a complete waste of time, and left. I will not step foot in the store again.

Floor staff was helpful... Wait in line was a little delayed. One cashier and one just looking at all of us in line... Im guessing she wasnt able to help us but who knows.. She never spoke.

Floor staff was pleasant but the checkout clerk was completely rude and laughed at me during the entire duration of my check out due to the fact that I wasnt interested in signing up for the rewards program. Constantly berating customers and then being insulting to them when they choose not to join isnt the way to gain members. I wont visit this location again. I enjoy the staff and experience much more at the Abercorn location.

Pretty unhappy with the overall experience here at Ulta salon. I enjoyed chatting with Paula (my stylist and manager), however I wasnt happy with a number of things. When finishing my 4.5 hour appointment my hair wasnt fully dry (she rushed and tried to straighten my hair while still wet and charged for a specialty cut and style), my highlights didnt start at the root (see photo), another stylist mixed up the wrong dye for me and she had already applied some to my hair, she decided to charge me for a Keartin treatment and PH addition to the hair dye without ever asking if I wanted this, and the list goes on. After passing off my receipt to me, I confronted her about the additional charges that I never agreed to and she didnt seem to care. No one else at ULTA was able to help. I would like for them to correct these payment issues in addition to the highlights near my part. While I was there I noticed many issues with online booking so beware if you book an appointment on their website.

Sharnell the manager is super rude. I went in asking for face primer samples. I’ve always gotten samples from Clinique so I figured I could get some primer samples. Well Sharnell was rude from the start. “No we don’t do that” I told her I’ve gotten some samples before and she said “the boutiques will give you samples if they want to.” It’s not what she said it’s how she said it. I really wanted to put everything I had in my hand back. But, Breanna saved the sale. She was super sweet and made up for her rude and unprofessional manager. Advice to Sharnell...don’t be in the customer service industry if you can’t drop the attitude. Hopefully you will work on that.

If u dont have an ULTA membership dont even bother to shop at the savannah or pooler store, or any other ulta store, for that matter. Especially if you are cautious about giving out personal information (which should never be a requirement for purchasing anything- at any store!). The cashier did not want to ring me up because I efused to give out my phone # or email. Lets not forget whos giving who their business! I will not shop at an ulta store again. SEPHORA does me just fine, and TG for internet shopping.

Do NOT work at this Ulta if you’re interested in getting a job in the beauty industry. The people that work here are very nasty. Poor management that treats employees with zero respect.

Walked into this store mistakenly looking for Fenty (it is only sold at Sephora). Upon walking in there were about 6 associates up near the front talking amongst each other, however no one even looked up and acknowledged I was there. Not a hi, not even a smile. When I was leaving one of the associates nearly walked into me and STILL did not say hello. It made for a really awkward experience for the 5 mins I was in the store. I would have shopped around after finding out they didn’t have what I came in there for, but I felt uncomfortable and left. I gave 2 stars because it was neat and clean and appeared to be well stocked.

I had a very unpleasant experience while making a return. There was no one to acknowledge me when I walked in. I understood this as they were preparing for the end of the night, However, the cashier, Megan was either incompetent or plain old rude! I asked if she needed the paper invoice or was she able to use my reward information for the return. She lied and said that she couldnt do it without a paper invoice. After five minutes of standing there without a solution, another employee came and refunded. What a disheartening experience! Not sure if they treat all their customers this way, but I will not be around to find out.

I would give 5 star, I been having a issue with getting Xomara to do my hair. I schedule online with Xomara but when I walk in for my appointment its set for with someone else. Then when I call no one can ever set the appointment with her. I love the way Xomara does my hair. She had no idea I was getting the run around by the salon. Finally got my hair scheduled with the best hair dresser in Pooler Ulta. Highly recommend her.

I scheduled a hair appointment on a sunday around 11 am--for 4:30 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early, then proceeded to stand at the front register for 10 minutes until one of the 4 stylists just standing around decided to check me in. Finally got checked in, then was told she would finish up her appointment then be right with me. Okay, so I wait right?Its now 4:45, and the girl comes to me and asks what I want done; I show her a photo. She walks away without telling me to follow or wait, so I wait. She returns and asks me to show another girl the photo (I guess this is the woman supposed to be doing my hair), so I do. This woman is clearly lightening a clients hair, and tells me I have to be careful when booking online (uhm, what?). Then tells me she cant see me today (its now 4:55--almost 30 minutes Ive been here just for this professional to tell me she cant see me). They rebook me for a week later, but I go to a walk-in and wham bam done.Tell me why, the salon of Ulta--do you bother having online bookings available if you cant accomodate your customers because your time management sucks and your customer service sucks.I will never go back.
