We wanted to replace our old Hot Spring spa with a new one. Prices are high in our area and the wait is 6 months+. We learned about the Hydrangea spa from the Hot Tub salesman. They did not have one to wet test, so we bought it based on the brochure, and price. At the time of purchase a different Hot Tub Store salesman prepared the invoice and it was $1K more than the original quote, which we had corrected. The spa was delivered in a month as quoted. During that time we found the this spa is being sold by a hot tub store for $2K less in another market. Home and Garden brand spas are also sold by Home Depot for less than we paid for ours.The delivery was very good and on time. The owners manual is not helpful, so buying this spa online or through a big box store would make it more challenging to set up. Several jets fell out when we started the spa, and the pressure from the jets is lower than we wanted. At 55 I also find that I float off the deep lounge seat. If we had the opportunity to wet test this spa, we would not have purchased it.
The Hot Tube has come through with flying colors. Patrick W. always kept us updated on the progress of our order. With all thats happening these days, its great to have R200 Endless Pools SwimSpa addition to the Stay-cation making it quite livable! From the time Jack informed us of the arrival to getting it craned in to the backyard, filled, electrical connected, and Patrick personally came over to give the orientation on how to care for, it took 4days. Weve already started our health therapy routine and it so what was expected of it!I want to personally thank all of those involved with our purchase. My wife and I will now enjoy our retirement years to the fullest!!R & J
Excellent service! My wife and I became owners of a salt spa by proxy, as it came with our home. We had no idea where to begin and were recommended to call The hot tub store (by another spa store that did not sell salt spas). They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I got all the information I needed and then some. Purchased some salt and now Im in business. First - if you are thinking about getting a hot tub - you are making a great choice for a means to enjoy and relax. I have a pool and exercise room so adding a hot tub is truly of great value. No stress, glass of wine, under the stars - enjoy life.There are many models, sizes, and prices. I looked at several stores, several models - price is what you pay, value is what you get. We ended up buying a unit from the Hot Tub Store to meet our needs, not to impress. We chose that store based on trust, quality, and service first, but the price was very much competitive compared with similar quality units. I was more than comfortable and trusting with my store sales women and the delivery technicians were great - this is value. Bridget made the buying experience into the right choice.

The service and products are great. We purchased a two person TX hot tub. We enjoy going out at dawn to start a new day. It is relaxing and awakening. We enjoy the peace of bathing, nestled under a redwood tree my mother planted over 40 years ago enjoying nature from our back yard. The sounds of the birds singing, frogs from a creek a few houses away, and a roster or two outside our development greeting the sunrise, with an occasional cow mooing. The last few stars and planets and the moon as the sun lightens up the sky and lights up the clouds. The reflection of the sky and trees on the water.Our back yard is our sanctuary. It is our favorite place, and the hot tub is the center piece (even though it is to the side under a great redwood tree). Vicki and I feel totally connected, and celebrate that connection daily in our hot tub.

We own a TX hot tub which is ideal for two people. Both my husband and I are tall and it is very comfortable for us. I am 5’9” and he is 6’2”. A morning soak with jets helping to relax the muscles is our way of starting each day. The TX is low maintenance in terms of chemicals and is always ready to use anytime. We highly recommend the TX for a couple.
The hot tub we purchased from The Hot Tub Store has been one of the greatest purchases weve ever made. Weve had the tub for almost 9 years and we enjoy it practically every day. While an evening soak before bed is a great way to prepare for sleep, the best part is a morning soak to ease our back pain. Its the best way to start the day. I’ve always had a very wonderful experience with Patrick and his team. They been very supportive with my “complicated water.” I’ve also been very happy with my decision to invest in my high quality hot spring spa. It has been quite an upgrade over more budget oriented competitors I had researched before making my purchase.We had a PG&E outage that lasted four days, and my limelight flair was up and running four hours after the power went back on. It just shows how well insulated a Hotspring spa is.
Austin was great. The spas are awesome. Super pricey though... Would be five stars if the prices werent so high. But I am sure the spas are probably worth it.

Me and my family love our new hot tub. All of our family and friends love it too. Our kids love to invite their friends over to go swimming. They really get a kick out of being able to swim during the winter months. It creates such a great atmosphere to relax and bond with our kids. Me and me wife especially enjoy it, because I am a disabled Veteran with chronic pain and my wife has a lower back injury. We find the hot water to be truly relaxing and therapeutic. It really helps all of my aching muscles and joints. I find it to be even more helpful than taking pain medication. Having a hot tub has not only enhanced me and my familys life, be it has improved our health as well. The only regret I have is not buying one sooner. Thanks again to David Rosas for helping us get our hot tub. His knowledge, understanding, and patience went above and beyond our expectations in finding the right hot tub for us. I will be referring all my friends and family to him at the Hot Tub Store.
Just finished the 30 Soaks in 30 Days challenge. We love our spa from the Hot Tub Store. We purchased the Envoy Spa with the Salt Water System and the Covana Spa Cover. We use our spa almost daily and can tell you the Salt Water System is the way to go. The maintenance is easy and the system is very easy on your skin. We highly recommend it! The Covana Spa cover is amazing, it is easy to use and lets us enjoy the spa when it is raining. We have had our spa for just over a year and love it! We opted to pay a little more for the salt water version and it was definately worth it. The health benefits are amazing plus the water is super soft and makes you feel like your whole body just got a pedicure! David Rosas is by far the most professional and customer oriented sales person we have encountered in a very long time. We are new to hot tubs and he came out to our house to assess our yard. Fantastic folks at the Hot Tub Store in Rocklin. We are very happy with our Vanguard hot tub. We had 3 separate power outages during the PGE turn offs. The longest one was almost 4 days and during the period our spa only lost 2 degrees in temperature; very excellent insulation.

Best experience with David the day we bought our Aria spa. Boy did we not need to worry about using the spa enough, we use it daily. The saltwater is so soothing and the jets amazing. We dont know what we did before owning the Aria. Best customer service even months after purchase.

I had a good experience in the showroom, completing the purchase and delivery. Spa was great for about a year and a half and then developed a leak somewhere inside the motor compartment. Found out that I would have to spend $150 to get someone to look at it for 30 min and then pay more after that. Very dissatisfied with this policy. I cant believe I have to pay just to have someone look at a spa less than two years old.EDITED (10/4/18) - Service manager contacted me and agreed to reduce the service fee to $80 if I edited my review. I agreed and paid the fee up front. Service technician just finished the 5 min service call and let me know theres an internal plumbing leak which they arent able to service and I should by an over-the-counter product to fix the leak. So now im spending $92.95 to fix it my self.Sorry. still dissatisfied. But I will keep my word and have added one star to my review.EDITED (10/10/18) - So not only did I not get anything fixed, but they charged me the full $150 service fee, evidently they meant they would lower it if a repair was needed. Im taking my star back, i think I should get something for my $150.
My husband and I have talked about getting a hot tub for years. After visiting many different stores and showrooms, we ended up buying from The Hot Tub Store. Why? Marsha. She was obviously knowledgeable, she didnt try to sell us anything we didnt want or need, she showed us the differences in the products in different price ranges, and she worked really hard to get us a great deal on a floor model. Marsha stayed in constant communication with us, and when I was a little disappointed with how my floor model was delivered, she offered to personally come over and re-clean the shell for me. Not necessary of course, but her offer showed me how dedicated she is to exceptional customer satisfaction. We are so thrilled with our Hot Spot Rhythm hot tub, and so grateful to have had Marsha to guide us through the process. Thank you Marsha!!

The staff at the store work with you to ensure that your purchase and installation take place on a timely basis, and are there to answer any questions you have regarding installation and operation of the spa. My cover went bad, so I went and ordered a new one. I was told a few weeks. Two months later I went in to check. No cover, no real info, but was told two weeks. A month later, nothing. Again no input from sales person. I suggested that maybe another color might make it faster. Surprise, that was a god idea since they discontinued my color, not that he had mentioned that previously. He found an existing cover and stated it would be in the showroom Monday morning, and he would call me. It’s Friday. I have heard nothing. Not happy!

I had been looking around for a couple years for a hot tub, when I walked through the Hot Tub store in Roseville. I met Bridget, who gave me no pressure and asked me the questions that helped me decide it was the right time and place to buy one. Instead of selling she presented both sides to my questions and objections. She helped me figure my real budget and worked with me during the process of building a spot at home for the hot tub. I have gone back a few times with questions and other sales people help me get the most out of my tub.
Customer service is excellent. I haven’t taken delivery of my hot tub yet (it’s coming next week - so excited!) but I can’t say enough about David and the others at The Hot Tub Store in Rocklin. I took a long time to decide and researched many hot tub brands before deciding to buy a HotSprings tub. David was very patient with my lengthy decision making process - numerous trips to the store and he even came in early on a Sunday morning so I could “wet test” the tubs - this, by the way, is a “must do” before making your purchase. Purchasing a hot tub was a big (expensive) purchase for me and it has been an enjoyable process with the David and the Hot Tub Store in Rocklin.
