American Rust is a dream come true for anyone who appreciates cool vintage and antique finds. I didnt think I would like this store that much because I heard it was geared towards men looking to outfit a man cave, but this place has something for everyone. Super great selection of hand picked treasures from little medal toy soldiers to costume jewelry. Easygoing and laid back owner with a no pressure sales approach made my browsing and ultimate purchase easy.

Im an antique hobbiest, and this by a massive shot is the COOLEST antique shop ever. Guy running the place was super nice.

If you are in this area you must stop by and check this place out. it is a Antiqueers Dream come true! Absolutely an amazingly awesome place to shop and enjoy life for a hour or so.... Nice friendly atmosphere, fantastic customer service shared with a Smile on every question you may have. Check this place out. I will be going back there to shop again real soon. I think the owner is particular about what he takes in, because this place has some genuinely antique items. Cool place, and nice owner. Probably better for serious collectors, because the prices are quite high.

This place is a gem! Like a particularly bizarre, curated Goodwill. I found some good condition 90s Marvel and DC comics, a scorpion in amber, a collectable Gandalf bust in the box, old records, weather gauges, and so, so much more. The owner was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Would visit again!

Matt is one of the most genuine people I have had the privilege of working with over the years. Honest and upfront in all of his business dealings and one of the funniest people I know.

This place is awesome! The staff has a laid back at-home type feel. The (I think) owner does some cool creations and has offered to, or help guide me, build custom pieces for my house. I love going to antique shops and this one is unique in that they live up to their name.

This place is SO fun. I love antique shops, I love antiques, and I love this place! The people who ran the shop were so nice. The antiques in the shop were somehow just as charming, Id definitely pay this place another visit.

A fun place full of all sorts of vintage decor and collectables. There were some really fun original sculptures and art pieces. The prices are shockingly high compared to other similar type shops. If you dont have a lot of disposable income for decor, you could find some of those items at other consignment stores, yard sales, or thrift shops for a fraction of the price. Certainly worth walking through though.

You never know what you’ll find here and it’s always full of surprises! The owner’s talent for repurposing junk into light fixtures is out of this world. I really love to go here when I am looking for a unique gift - I always find just the right thing!

A huge inventory of STUFF. Plan on spending at least an hour if you stop here. You may not buy something but theres plenty to look at. Something for almost everyone. One of the most interesting stores I have been in for quite a while. Very friendly owner. Great place to spend a rainy afternoon.

So many unusual things! I think anyone could probably find something they’d take home, but even if you’re not shopping and just want to kill some time it’s worth a visit. And their Instagram is hilarious too, seems like it’s run by some pretty cool individuals. Two thumbs up!!

This is a very cool antique shop to walk around in. They also take some of the antiques & make some really awesome looking lamps of them. The staff there is also nice and fun to chat with.

This place is so cool!! You never know what kind of treasure you will find. Everything from jewelry to rare signs, mantiques, industrial lighting, records, brewiana, and cool repurposed stuff. It is like a little art gallery in that respect. Also many raw materials to make your own repurposed piece.

Highly overpriced anvil. They clearly do not understand how to properly price blacksmithing tools. Its a cool store but has unrealistic prices.

Such a fun store I can spend hours here. There is a little of everything here from pocket knives, to antique phone booths. If its old or vintage you may find it here.

I love The American Rust Company, so many cool finds!!! Antiques, mantiques and repurposed items!!! We absolutely love the two ladies that work there during the week, they are so friendly, helpful and funny!!!
