We went to the mobility center kind of looking for different things a, we need a new van because the one I had was not running very good, hey found us a good looking man we just started running it this last month they also have Mobility chairs wheelchairs anything in the mobility center they have a lot of nice cars and vans things with ramps that help you get in and out tie downs inside reasonable prices 2

I realize theres probably not enough business to support two companies offering the same services at MobilityWorks in Santa Clara. But if another company came in and offered decent service, theyd take over the market. We needed hand controls installed in our new car and called there. First, it was difficult to connect with someone. Once, we called and a man answered. We said that we needed to speak with Mario, the sales person. He put us through to voicemail - and thats when we realized the guy who answered the phone was Mario himself. He apparently didnt want to talk to us and sent us to voicemail. That should have been enough warning to us. But we continued on and gave them our business. Had we known it would require seven trips to MobilityWorks to get this done, we would have gone someplace else. Heres a breakdown of the visits:1. Fitting. They insisted that we come in to have the driver fitted which just meant moving the seat and steering wheel where we wanted it. Had they just given us instructions, we could easily have done this without going in. They treated us as incapable.2. Drop off the car. No problems.3. Pick up the car. No problems.4. Return because the hand controls didnt work properly. I was surprised nobody had noticed.5. Returned to pick up the car.6. Brought the car back because, after their work on the brand new car, none of the heating/air conditioning worked. Since the new hand controls include an electronic component, we suspected their work caused the problem. When we called to explain, we were initially told to take it back to the dealership because surely its still under warranty. I explained that they broke it, they have to fix it, and that I was going to call the credit card company and stop payment for the work wed paid for. Only then did they agree to look at it.7. Picked up the car for the third time.We enjoyed working with Ruben. But the sales and mechanical people are, at best, inept (someone could also explain to Mario that its a bad idea to argue about political issues with a paying customer). I really wish there was another option for these types of devices/services - Id absolutely go there.

Best place for handicap vans and service

Been going here for years to get maintenance on my Sienna ramp van. Excellent customer service and repairs.

Dont waste your money. They are a complete rip off, just list the parts of your vehicle, tell you to replace them all, and dont actually find the problem.
