A few years ago I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from Enterprise in San Jose. I had such a great experience that I decided to come back and purchase another car from Enterprise. This time I decided to go the Santa Clara location and buy a Mustang.As soon as I walked up, I started eye balling the Mustang and a nice sales person by the name of Rebecca came out and introduced herself. She wasnt pushy, or placing any pressure on me at all. She asked what I was looking for and if she could be of assistance.After test driving, we went inside to handle the details. I was trying to sell my car here, they give me an appraisal on the first day and advised that offer is valid for a week. But I went there on the second day to sell it. They refused to buy our car and said that it is not profitable for them to buy our car. They dont honor their offer, why they give us an offer on the first time and waste our time to go there again. I just want to say how thankful I am for the entire Enterprise staff at the Santa Clara dealers. Last year was really hard for everyone and coming into a new year I didnt expect new problems. My old cars engine was getting bad because of its high miles on it and I did my best to keep in running. It wasnt long into the new year that it was going to stop getting me to point A to B so I knew I had to get another car quick. Not having much money or help I turned to getting a auto loan from my bank which I never done so it made me nervous. I was able to get pre approved and referred to Enterprise! I always use to buy my cars from craigslist just so I didnt have to do too much paper work so I was really nervous about trying this. I came into Enterprise with high hopes in getting a car. I met with great guy named Christopher (Chris) out in front and he was quick to help me out. After we talked and I took the car I liked for a test drive we went inside to start the process. This is were I started to get nervous again. I would like to give Ms. Rebecca Gonzalez tremendous credit for her determination in helping me find the right car, and most of all transfer my personalized Marine Corps plate to the car that I purchased.That meant a lot to me and she made it happened. Iris was very patient with me and took the time to show me three different cars. We test drove all three and I was able to review them for a while before making a choice. I waited 4 months to buy the Nissan I wanted. Got the Rogue, fully loaded, gently used and still smells and feels like a new car despite it having 21K miles. Iris diligently tracked my preferences in Enterprise inventory and notified me when she found the vehicle. She personally went to pick up the car for me at another store. Cant get much better service than that! Enterprise is a great place to get a car, professional people, dedicated to serving customers and making it all happen with ease. Li fully explained everything and I drove away in my new car! I love it and am so glad I waited.The many rentals over those months were all from Enterprise, Justin also took care of me. I drove a rental to the sales lot, Enterprise took it from there so I could drive my new car home, at no charge for the rental.These days, cant go wrong with service like that! Great experience overall. From the no hassle or pressure sales representative to the informative and patient process of working through the complicated financing paperwork and procedures. The supportive staff (Eric Saephanh and David Miller) really made an effort to make the experience a positive one. I would use the service again and I highly recommend. I dont think I will every shop at a new car dealership; however, the car I purchased is very close to brand new.
