We attempted to use this business for a replacement windshield because it was recommended by our insurance agent. We called on Wednesday and they said they would be out on Thursday morning. They werent here by 11:30 AM so my husband called to be sure they were coming. The tech said he was in the south end of Terre Haute and would be on his way as soon as he finished that job and that he would call first. He still hadnt called or shown up by 2:30 PM so we cancelled the service and went with another company. We have to wait a couple of days, but it will save us $140.00 and I think theyll actually show up. Not pleased with this experience.

Very professional and quick to do thier work. In West Terre Haute they came and put it in.

Set appointment time, No call/No show. Had to call to find out why, they cancelled because of weather. Would`ve like to be informed of this. Rescheduled to later date. Hour an half after appointment time and no show/ no call from company to explain why, had to call them. Not the way to win customers. Cancelled job. They did do a good job of price matching though.

If it isnt right the first time, theyll make it right. Guess thats why its called Perfection!

Theyre reasonably priced and were able to quickly diagnose the issue I had. They got it fixed much faster than I anticipated.

The guys did a good job fast and very efficient. I work in the public and I will spread the word. It was cheaper than the first place I called. Sure glad I called them .

Fast friendly clean service cody was amazing and it was cheaper than any other glass repair place for 100 miles hopefully never need to use them again but if I do Ill be back

Very friendly and helpful staff. They had someone at my house within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. Not only did I get my windshield replaced, but I also got some tips on how to now break it again. Great price, great quality, great customer service. I got a rock chip in my front windshield. I called this place and they were able to get me right in. I expect a little bit of a wait and brought things with me to do. They had a tv to watch and it only literally took 5 minutes. Great customer service, very friendly, and would definitely recommend.

Previously came to get my windshield fixed and had some problems with the receptionist with my time and was sitting in the parking lot for an hour, I was highly upset . BUT the GM reached out to me and wanted to slove my problem . I brought it back in and fixed my problem immediately. Ryan was so nice, sweet & went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I was EXTREMELY impressed by this company. I mistakenly scheduled for the following day with the branch in Bloomington. They were able to coordinate and get the necessary glass to their branch in Terre Haute and fix my car. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by lunch. All of this for $100 less than having Safelight fix it. I highly recommend this company based on there speed, quality, and customer service.

Had a busted windshield, they got me in and fixed up right away. 7 months later, windshield still looks like the day they put it in.
