All of the staff at this location are respectful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. That alone I would give 5 stars. Most places you only have a select few people who really know how to take care of things with a lot of unprofessional tendencies, but at this location it was nothing short of a 5 star rating. Troy was my technician and immediately made me feel at home even in a public business. He was personable, friendly, relatable, professional and respectful. He did a wonderful job on keeping me updated and checking in with me while I waited on the service as I had to wait inside the building. Absolutely no complications, no misunderstandings, and the estimates I was given previous to me scheduling an appointment was exactly what I paid. Everything was done in a timely manner. Post service included after care instructions with a brochure and a business card in case of any defects. Scheduling online was easy, and breezy. Perfect experience, you won’t regret getting your vehicle serviced here. Thank you SafeLite!

Troy the technician did a wonderful job on a rock chip repair on my FJ.We were on a road trip driving though and called the 1800 safelite number and file the claim over the phone before you come into the store.Most windshield rock chips less than 1 inch can be repaired and now my windshield is saved potentially saving me hundreds of dollars on replacement.

Safelite tech left 2 dents on the of my truck. They said they would reimburse the repair cost as the should. Now 3 months later and nothing. I can no longer contact the manager directly and have sent a complaint on line. Still nothing.

I just got my windshield replaced and recalibrated by Safelite in Terre Haute. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire crew. I had a appointment with another glass shop and they refused the job. So I was frustrated and skeptical of the whole process. There were some recalibration issues but Troy got it all taken care of and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks so much!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Did not show up and did not call to let me know they did not have the glass. They had the wrong phone # but did not communicate with the ins to see if they had it wrong. Was promised a return call that day and did not get. Would never recommend to anyone at this point in time. Right had does not know what the left hand is doing.Just an addition to their incompetency-after them not showing up or calling me to let me know and my going to American Eagle(which I got wonderful service) Safelite showed up at my home 12 days after the windshield was installed. As I said previously, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Showing up at my home, when they were originally scheduled to come to my workplace. Would definitely not recommend.

Unfortunately you cannot speak to a live person. The automated phone hangs up before you get to a human. Was trying to get an estimate. We used them previously on another car an the service was Not Good.

They were able to get me in the same day my windshield was chipped. I was told ahead of time the repair would be visible, which I expected, but appreciated the candidness. Additionally, the chip is repaired to restore the integrity of my windshield, but it wasnt as pretty as Troy wanted and he made sure that I was okay with the results before I left.

Cannot get anyone at local office (Terre Haute)to answer. Only get recording telling me all appts are handled online. But I don’t want an appointment yet. I want to ask questions about repair/replace.

My insurance recommended to go here for windshield replacement so I booked an appointment. I was given a drop off window of between 7:30 to 10 a.m., when I showed up around 9 I was told they couldnt work on it because I was supposed to be there by 8 a.m. Thats not what I was given in my email when setting the appointment online. Called another glass company and they were able to do the windshield replacement for $150 less than Safelite wanted anyways. Save your money and go elsewhere, they charge way over average.

Good quick service thats covered by insurance.I just dont like that they added and tried to charge me for windshield wipers without verbally asking.There was an invoice via email for the amount of $38, but it wasnt brought up until it was time to go.Keep in mind, youre not obligated to pay for the wipers and they will take them off if you ask.

Waited a week to get a quote, ended up being 200 dollars more than another company. So I decided since I had to wait so long for a number let alone 200 dollars more, to go with another company. Dont waste your time!

My windows got busted out on 9/13 they were able to get me in 9/14 I dropped my car off around 6:40am and they were done with my windows at 8:51am . I didn’t have an appointment I was just a drop off vehicle and they fixed my windows quickly because they knew I was supposed to be in Indy ! Dave was so wonderful and very sweet !! I appreciate all his help with my car and being so caring . If I need anything I will definitely return here .

I had a crack in my windshield that creeped from a rock chip. I put off repair expecting a long wait and large bill. I went by the office late in the day. To my surprise, I was scheduled the next day and the charge was less than expected!! Even better was the wonderful service, friendly technician, and extra bonus of having all the windows cleaned --and a vacuum too! I also appreciated the extra time the technician spent explaining the repair--next time I will go in before the chip turns into a crack.

I had my windshield put in here in September and it was not sealed properly and it leaked. I had over an inch of water underneath my floor at on the passenger side and into the fuse box. My car had to be towed because it wouldnt start. They came to fix the window at my house and Jason (the manager) said he would fix any problems associated with the leak. So I made appt with buick. Before it got to buick I had to have it towed again only to realize the water had leaked again. After sealing it 3 times in all I had it at buick and Jason only covered the leak test. Would not cover the diagnostic testing to see what was causing not to start. I would not recommend these people to anyone!!!! Ended up trading in the car due to so many problems from the leak. Jason is rude! Never using safelite again! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
