The team at the Aberdeen, SD store provide a high level of service and assistance. They went above and beyond what one may expect from an auto part store. I have visited many and never received this high of a level of service.

Called and asked about a battery for my car. They quoted me a price and I said I would be in at 4pm for him to put it in. When i arrived at 4 the gentleman i spoke to want there. The man who was there was very rude, acted like he was annoyed as soon as i walked in, and tried to sell me the battery for $10 more than I had been quoted, then only offered me $10 for the used battery.Went down the road to oReilly auto parts and they sold me the battery for $15 less than advanced auto was going to, gave me $20 for my used battery, and were friendly and courteous the entire time.I will never set foot in advanced auto again. They are only nice to people they already know and like, mainly men I would say. If youre a woman they will price gouge you, take advantage, and treat you like an annoyance.

Was looking for a repair manual and they dont have any.

Whenever you need anything for any vehicle, this is the place to come. Knowledgeable and helpful people will help you find what you need and will be honest with you on where to find a part if they do not have it. They usually have everything though, even older and more obscure things.
