Parking lot was packed but i guess thats means they are thriving. He still managed to fix our car within a day and promptly allow us to pay very decent price and pick up asap. Very happy with the service and also the gentlemans kind customer service. Greatly appreciate your flexibility. We were recommended to you and i will continue to recommend others to you. Also felt trustworthy.

My experience with the woman who was manning the front desk and answering the phone was negative to say the least. She was passive aggressive to both me and my sister when we called. Though I don’t know much about cars - and I understand it can be frustrating when things aren’t described correctly - there is no need to be rude to the customer on the other end who doesn’t know all of the exact car vernacular. There at least needs to be a minimal level of professionalism when talking with someone who I’m probably going to pay $100 or more to, and I didn’t receive that at all. The car got fixed, but the customer service was subpar!

Had a wheel bearing go bad.Hired Hub Auto to repair it and the bill was $560...Had the identical wheel bearing go bad on the passenger side of the truck a few months before and paid $385....Pretty good difference in prices.Now granted one was done in Arizona and one was done in South Dakota.....The mechanic was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable.Just stating the facts......He tried to tell me it was the better qualitypart was the reason why the cost was high.I didnt have the conversation about just paying to have the other side done for $175 cheaper....He was nice and I needed it done ASAP and it was done quickly but then again so was the other one...

Got our car up and running and help the best they could with prices.

Great service! They tell you what you need to know. Honest people who will tell you if something needs to be fixed, or if you can hold off on it. They will also offer you a ride if your car is in the shop.

This is one of my go-to places to take my vehicle for repairs. I have had some issues before in the past however they have worked with me and my wife on these issues. They can be a little slow to get repairs done however their workflow is pretty big so it is an acceptable wait time

Jack Karst was a great mechanic. The guy he sold the former Karst car care too is a thief. Regularly inflates bills and lies about prices of service. Id wager if youve ever gone there youve always ended up with a bill somewhere around $1,500 due to unforseen issues that came up during your repair.
