I do like this gamestop, the current manager is extremely helpful, and the staff is very friendly.

I walked in today on my break and the cashier was busy talking to a customer, engaging in casual conversation and taking his time. While thats fine, since the guy wasnt in a rush, others were. When I was finally able to check out, I found out after that the eShop card I just bought was ruined before I scratched it off. Its unreadable. I cant even redeem the code, and I wasnt given or offered my receipt. Normally, they put the receipt in the bag with your purchase. Now Im stuck with an irredeemable $35 eShop card and no way to prove my purchase.

Disgusting way to do business. Only one Playstation 5 when promised to be atleast 2 in every store. People lined up over 16 hours in advance and they allowed this knowing they could only supply one. To top it off the manager was ignorant and rude about the entire situation. Disgusting.

Pretty stereotypical Game Stop. Usually has what youre looking for and the staff is pretty helpful.

I always have a great experience when I go into the store the staff is very knowledgeable and they are always trying their best to show me the best deals that are in the store at that moment. They also are great help in finding and ordering the special editions that come out for the games. They always have a huge clearance section, which is fantastic.

Always really helpful. Prices can be high on the novelty stuff there. And if you go to trade in games, theyre stingy. Itd be better to sell them online. Other than that, their power points program is good and its a event pace to buy games.

Staff was nice and the store had a lot of licensed merchandise, but the store was a mess. It wasnt dirty there was just stuff everywhere. Between regular merchandise and all of the clearance it was just everywhere. The floor, on top of displays, on and off the hooks... everywhere

I love and appreciate the preorder system they have going here. Seriously. Starting with 5$? Amazing. I plan to continue getting games that way here as long as possible!

Received absolutely zero help/assistance when it came to utilizing a coupon that I received from a different store I was told I had to go back to that store in order to use it. Thankfully the white marsh store took care of me. I won’t ever step foot in the aberdeen store again.
