I have used this pharmacy for more than 5 years. Do they know me? No. They do recognize my face but they never know my name. Yes, they are the least expensive. Yes, the run low or out of medications. Yes, they can be slow. Yes, they close for lunch. If you, as a consumer, were half as busy as this pharmacy you would understand better. Half of the town uses this pharmacy, of course theyre busy. You have options, use them. Customer service has improved over the years. Always let them know you are waiting for a med, when it was called in, and ask for a time. If you sit and wait, they will tell you as soon as it is done.
Had to pick up Tamiflu when I had influenza a, called in and asked when it would be ready was told about twenty minutes. I waited 20 minutes before leaving my house and then drove another 10 minutes to get there to have the cashier at the pharmacy be snippy with me and then i ended up waiting an additional 45 for my prescription. The next night my husband and son had to pick up prescriptions and took just as long! Definitely will be switching pharmacies!
Ill be the first to say that normally I can understand why customer service might be on the poor side. However, of the handful of times I have used the pharmacy, the customer service was not only poor but borderline unprofessional. They treat their customers poorly and get away with it because theyre cheap, so people who are on a limited income are forced to come in. If you can afford it, go to Kesslers or State Street Pharmacy. Youll receive much better customer service in a much more reasonable time.
Great service the remember me and call me by name every time
The first few times I used this pharmacy I had no issues but after the 4th or 5th time it went downhill. Id call to expedite a script and it would take double the time (multiple times), Id call in a refill request and call hours later to find out it was never sent, Id be put on hold and no one would ever pick up, and they never asked if I had insurance (I assumed because the medication was already cheap that they had it on file). The staff does seem to be friendly but its almost passive aggressive when their services are subpar. Its a shame there arent alot of other options here.
First they said they had my medication ready. then they said a half hour after waiting that they knlu had quantity 18 of my 30 day supply. i told them i am from out of town and need my entire prescription, not to mention the insurance hastle. having an amount of 18 and not giving the entitr prescription is odd. it messed up my entitr refolls since this occurred with this medicinethey were not straight forward in the least nor honest. also took a long time. i highly do not recommend this to anyone. my doctor agrees
Lunch hour closing? Ridiculous. Take care of the customers that waited 20 minutes in line only to pay monopolistic prices.
Aberdeen Walmart Pharmacy literally takes hours to fill my RXs. I have had prescriptions called in from my doctor in the morning and they still were not filled at 8pm. This has happened 4 times in the last month. Very disappointing.
I have fun at Walmart.: )great times
Just about as horrible as Tire lube express! Zero customer service skills!!
Good customer service
