Seems like this 5G Samsung phone is one of the worst ones I think Ive ever hadI seem to want freez up it slow even with full bars constantly having reset all the time
Horrible service and useless employees. My phone was damaged and I have to travel far to get answers only to realize nothing can be done for you. Its difficult to be forced to rely on such a terrible company because of low income.

The customer service my wife and I have experienced there was awesome. We needed so much help not being expert phone ppl and the girl that seems In charge there really made our day at the time of purchase of our oneplus nord n10s. Today she fixed my mic and it was not a normal thing to not have one. Thank you very much. Owner is great also.

This store is a huge SCAM .Do not go to this store they only care about the money .They do not care about customers at all !They will take your money and not help you at all.The owner and the lady who worked there have horrible customer service .They give a horrible representation of METRO PCS.

Closed and locked the doors early even though the sign says 6 on Thursdays. Trying to pay my daughters bill because we were leaving for the weekend, but instead of following their own hours, they laughed with each other for 15 minutes before close while two other customers waited outside. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointing.
This store dosnt care about its customers and will rob you DO NOT GO TO the aberdeen store.I asked for a upgrade and salesperson sold me a phone that was half the memory and half the campibilities of my old phone for twice the cost.When i contacted the manger about this his response to me was yeah so in a voice that stated he didnt care
I was just in shock over what my old phone service had done to me. By default, after talking to every other service in town, I went here. They were wonderful!! I got a great phone for very little. The service costs the same as before, but the service is so much better!! I am so glad I went here.
After selling me a phone with reviews such as catching on fire, melting chargers etc. I go in and purchase a new phone. This phone now wont receive phone calls more than half the time and also wont connect on outgoing calls. I go in today to PURCHASE a new phone because Im over this phone that doesnt work and the woman informs me that Ill have to pay full retail price (249$) for a phone instead of an upgrade price because Im not eligible for an upgrade for 20 days. So I either pay 250 for a phone now or wait 20 days with a phone that doesnt even work most of the time. Thanks for nothing after 8 or so years of service with you and paying my bill on time. Lovely attitude of the girl working also 👏
We went to MetroPCS after 17 years with Verizon. It is incredibly nice to have a true quote about our cell bill! The staff gave us the quote, set us up with actual free phones, no contract, and everything is EXACTLY AS QUOTED--no surprise charges, fees, or taxes--just simple here it is simplicity. We get as good or better coverage in Aberdeen and Olympia as we did with Verizon--and its $100 per month cheaper. Unlimited Data is FANTSTIC!!!

Rude employees. EVERY time I go in, there is RUDE LOUD OFFENSIVE Music playing!!! Even if it is in Spanish, yes quite a few if us white people know Spanish fluently!!When I ask a question I get an eye roll nd some really lame excuse. I am switching all 6 of our lines to Verizon next month. Its almost 100 bucks CHEAPER (FOR VERIZON!!) AND WAY WAY BETTER PHONES!
I will open my service with Metro PCS, but have a few issues with honesty in business. The service rep, Leandro, insisted that I would need to purchase their phones. I said mine is new and would appreciate the ability to use it. Nope, it cannot be done. Well, I went outside to contact another Metro business and he said if their Sim card fits, then it would work. I said he didnt even try! I went back into the store and he was unavailable, so I spoke to Sonya. She said that it probably would work and she tried it. YES, their card worked just fine in my phone. So, I will do business with SONYA. She is a true customer service representative! However, I give a big thumbs down to a guy that just wants to sell you a phone, even after I gave him my sad story.
The company is great, but this store had issues when I went there with offering company deals. Finally got a great person that actually saved me money. Went from a one to a five. And, the network service is great for the price

Been using MetroPCS for the past 6 years and the phones they offer are decent and the price $30 flat for 2GB. Service in my area is pretty great, a few dead spots in mountainous areas, but that is to be expected.
Never waited less than an hour at any time being there to have my phone fixed that never happened. Always get feelings they hate people or there job and one time was actually put on hold to more waiting while the manager chose to help another customer that had walked in. I was lied to which resulted in 3 months of phone service I had to pay for that would get me the phone my dad wanted instead of one I got for him for Xmas which in 3 months the promotional sale at that time wouldnt cost me anything except the cost of having it turned on. So my dad had a phone he never used for 3 months after Xmas and never got anyway because the manager blatantly lied right to my face denying the offer. I was out a lot of money for the original phone which they wouldnt buy back, a phone I never used that was recently stolen and 3 months of service at 60 bucks per phone per 3 months and my dad had never got another before he passed away.
I switched to this company and they were very helpful in getting everything I needed.I love my new service with this company.
The young woman who works here was quick to manipulate my husband into thinking he had absolutely buy a new phone in order to start his plan and that his old phone wouldnt work, even though its only a 6-month old phone that I purchased from Metro. We got there 30 minutes prior to closing time and as he walked in she turned off the lights and flipped the sign around and proceeded to remind us that they closed in 25 minutes.. ok. I came back to pick him up after a quick errand across the street and when he told me what happened with him having to purchase a new phone because she told him his old phone wouldnt work I went inside to ask her politely why he had to get a new phone because I have had Metro for 8 years and Ive never had any issue where they told me I couldnt use one of my old phones especially one as new as the one we braught in. She proceeded to be immediately rude to me saying i couldnt do anything now and i have to wait a month to change a plan. Lied to my face saying the phone doesnt work for them (its their phone, purchased 6 months ago) rude to the extent where I had to walk out before I lost my temper on her. As we walked out it took her less then 1 minute to practically run out the door and lock up. She pretty much didnt care about anything other than going home. She should not have a job in customer service. Horrible business. Called customer service and they said i should have had no issue using my old phone (6 months old).Use a different metro location if possible. Dont give this particular one your business. After reading the reviews this store clearly has lots of customer service issues . Im never going here again. Hope i never see that young women again.

There a rip off! They nickle and dime for every little thing.They little have a charge for everything! Switch payment dates, to put your sim card in a new phone cost $15! Not to mention the redicolous price you already oay for a phone replacement! The insurance is useless its maybe 20$ cheaper then just buying a phone new anyway. Service isnt that great custumer care reps are not polite at all. Been a customer for over a year and very very unhappy with them cant wait till im able to switch!

The coverage area in Aberdeen, WA stinks. They say 4G I would be happy with 2G. I cannot use the internet or get to my e-mail accounts. Talking on the phone every other word is dropped. I would not recommend this service plan to anyone. I will be going back to one of the larger plans.

Store is very nice. The salesman was an awesome guy. My problem is that I cant grade only the store itself when it represents a service. MetroPCS has some great deals that I would love to utilize, but sadly I cant get 4G LTE service indoors at my place of employment. The 4G LTE I do get at my home is around 1MB in speed. When the moon and stars align just right, I might get 2MB speed...but not for long. If you buy the plan that doesnt offer data, this is the company for you. I will update when they improve the tower situation in the next month or so...or I may switch before I pay more for bad reception.

Metro PCS is in Aberdeen for 9 months, served about 4000 people and have 4 reviews. Thank God, thanks Grays Harbor and all our customers but this still too much for us, we need to improve our CS.I personally fell bad that some customers arent happy w/ me, my emplyees, the store or Metro PCS, and this reviews are very useful to internal improvements for shure.Besides does everything by the book, were here to honor our name and help. Allways!!!!

Cecilia is extremely rude. Hung up on me intentionally and has absolutely no customer service skills. She should be fired. If you go to Metro do not be helped by her. She almost made me cancel my entire service.
Purchased an iPhone on a new line from transferring from another company and the salesman that assisted me with a woman named Sonia refused to return my phone the next day with only 2 minutes of talk time because they said they do not do returns on iPhone devices. I went to this store despite everything bad everyone told me about this store and told me to go to Olympia west instead but due to convenience I decided to go here and of course, Im disappointed in my experience. I went to the store on cooper point road in Olympia and the gentleman there told me everything I was told was untrue about this purchase and it was a refusal of returning the phone. The gentleman in Olympia was very professional and helpful and he even helped with my phone issue and Im still unhappy with the iPhone and want an android instead. DO NOT GO HERE!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND CHEATED!!! THEY DONT EVEN HONOR THE RETURN POLICY THAT IS ON THEIR WALL! I will be doing all my future business in Olympia and sending all my friends there too.
Ricardo from the metropcs aberdeen store was extremely rude and unprofessional, threatened to hurt me because i was trying to return a phone that he refused to do on my 6th day. I went to west olympia today because my phone was defective and they ordered me a new phone so i purchased a new one and Im waiting for one in the mailrobert

Yes the service is cheap but I have had this service 2 years and I drop more calls then I keep I have to use other peoples phones to make phone calls and the service has recently gotten so bad that I have absolutely no service on my phone 75 percent of the time if you want to get a good price on phone service metro is the way to go if you dont care about having phone service you can actually use :)
