Cathy the sales women is the best. The owner is very nice, all employees here are great and they strive to take care of their customers. There’s dealers near me that don’t put the customer first which is why I drive all the way to Aberdeen Outdoor. Will continue to make my Scag purchases here.

Needed to buy a chainsaw but going to miss 5:00pm closing time. I called at 4:56pm, 5 mins away. Manager said he would find someone to work late. I arrived at 5:02 flat (FOUR people were still there). I purchased one MS-170 chainsaw and was on the road by 5:08pm.Im grateful they stayed open for me, but heres my point: Why would the Manager of a business not automatically agree to work TEN MINUTES overtime to facilitate the sale of a $200 chainsaw?Talking to the Owner now: You need to pay your Managers more!

They repaired our very old tiller. We had a small problem starting it after the repair. They were gracious and professional, taking time to explain proper starting,etc, and demonstrated. Thank you.

This was my first time in their new location good size showroom with a variety of mowers and other power equipment along with accessories parts oils everything you need the guys were very helpful ordered what I needed for my old snapper mower and had it inside of a week had my chains that I dropped off sharpened and ready to go to the next day seems like they got good service I recommend them.

Recently my Dixie Chopper riding mower stopped abruptly after I had slowed down the engine to allow the engine to cool down. It sputtered and stopped with a big bang. When I tried later to start it to put it back into the garage it refused to restart. So I waited another hour and my son--in-law and I tried again. This time it would not even turn over. Gasoline was leaking from the exhaust pipe. The mower is 24 years old and I was concerned about a really big expense. Carmen and Rob came to pick it up and a few days later it was ready to come home again. Total cost including pick up and delivery, parts, and labor was $287. I am delighted. Previously Aberdeen Outdoor Power had serviced my Stihl equipment and sharpened my blades but I was a little concerned about my riding mower. It has been running flawlessly for over two hour since. Service is excellent and prices are fair - the go-to shop for servicing your garden equipment.

I had a saw that needed repaired and was looking for an upgrade. They took the time to discuss pluses and minuses of my options with no pressure to buy. I picked a saw and then expressed I had one that others said was not worth fixing. They had me bring it in and at approx half of what I had paid to have it evaluated buy another shop they had it fixed. I used both this weekend and am very happy.

Great service! I have had my mowers serviced here many times, never a complaint. Had them troubleshoot a problem with my snowblower recently and they fixed it, on time and at a great price. Do it, use them, worth it in every way.

Waited both times that I went in. No one seemed in a hurry to help me. Service was gruff.Wouldnt allow me to return my part. The guy helping me hesitated, and then said, we dont allow these to be returned. When I asked to see the return policy, there was no response. Also gave the part to me in an open box so I couldnt try to sell the part that they wouldnt let me return...I sent an email prior to this review letting them know my concerns and dissatisfaction and they never responded.I think that that sums it up: no customer service and dont care.

Staff very knowledgeable on Stihl products,they also have a great service center as well. Purchased a commercial blower for use at the church, and I am not sorry

Want to give a big shout out and thank you to Aberdeen Outdoor Power Equipment. Had a problem with my generator so I took it to them for repair. They said they would try to get it ready for today but not likely they were getting swamped. I was number 15 on their list. So I figured Monday or Tuesday. Got a call at 7:45 this morning to say it was done. Turns out their entire crew stayed all night to try and get everyone done.This is just unheard of this day and age. If I had known, I would have sent pizzas to them. But they said nothing. So again thank you and I will bring all my business to you and reccomend you to everyone I know.

You shouldnt be such nasty people to customers who want to spend money w/you. Not everyone has yalls knowledge. If we did you wouldnt be here. Wont speak to repairs, but as**oles for sure

Everyone in the place was sitting. Yet they couldnt help me. Gave me the wrong part number and sent me off to do the repair myself. Not very helpful at all. I figure you have to buy from them in order for them to do the repair for you. I have never removed a broken bolt that sheared off. Thats all I needed and they were too busy sitting on their butts.

The place is a good place to get your lawn mower or any think work going I would probably give it 4 stars but I dont go there enough theyre not the quickest people in the world to be waited on but its a pretty decent place

Best place around for Stihl equipment, parts and service.

Had them service our mower over the winter and the first time we go to use it and it stalled out every time we were on the hill in our backyard. Had them come pick it back up to look at it. My husband received a call that they tried it and it started right up. I went over to the store to talk to them to figure out how they were going to test it more since the problem only happens on a hill and they had stated they dont have a hilly area to test it on. I spoke with the owner who immediately got mad at me for asking this question and for asking for details on how they were going to test it and refused to speak to me about it more. (I felt like they were treating me like a stupid woman and that I wouldnt know what they were talking about.)

Went in looking for a muffler for a honda 190 told them what it was and the other guy behind the counter says tell him he can pay for it and we will order it if is wrong its on him. with my phone in hand going to show him what it was I said thanks if its that much of a problem nevermind ..said have a good day and walked out !

Very solid Stihl Products, incredibly knowledgeable staff, lots of parts in stock for a wide variety of small engine equipment, can truly service any type of equipment with small engine, and the new store looks great!

I have visited both their locations old and new. And always get the help I need their. I have bought several Stihl products from there, I also get my blades for my chainsaw sharpened there. They do better than I do! Recently just bought a bushwhacking blade for my Stihl weedeater, Ill cut down some brush now. I noticed the sign out front that said generators for sale here. New location pretty much at the corner of Route 40 and Route 7. And because they are a Stihl distributor, they also service what they sell!

Ive been a customer of Aberdeen Power for over 20 years. Carmen and the boys have repaired my Lawn mowers, weed trimmers, chain saws, and generator. As a matter of fact, while gearing up for the up coming blizzard, I couldnt start my generator. I loose power to my home at the THREAT of inclement weather so I was sure Id be out in the cold if I couldnt get my Coleman up and running. Carmen had it repaired it in half a day ( by working on my and many other generators well into the night ) and I am prepared and sincerely greatfull! Im going outside now to clear my driveway with my Snapper snowblower which Aberdeen Power has kept going for 28 years! When I need a new one, Ill probably buy it from Carmen just like I purchased my last Snapper mower.Keep up the good work guys. You have my business!!

I always have them do the yearly maintence on my snow blower and tractor they have always done a good job both in time and service.

If you want local expert service for your lawn and garden equipment these are your guys. They have expert training from stihl georgia training facilities.

Have bought several items here: a Shindaiwa leaf blower, a Shindaiwa weed trimmer, and a Shindaiwa multi-tool with the roto-tiller and edging attachments. Have also used this establishment to service a Husqvarna riding mower, an Echo weed trimmer, as well as my fleet of Shindaiwa products. I have never had any problems with them and would recommend them for both sales and service. They now sell Stihl products, not Shindaiwa, but they still do service Shindaiwa products.

I had my snowblower and generator repaired by these folks. Both had not been used since last year and neither would start. They got both units running and then serviced them for the coming storm. These guys were quick and they explained all the work they performed. One unit needed a new carb and they also recommended new shoes for the snowblower. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend.

Called about a warranty repair for a Lawn-Boy push mower that we bought at Home Depot. Explained to the guy on the phone about the issue with it not starting due to fuel problem. He confirmed they do warranty work and to bring it in. I take a 40 minute round trip drive only to be told in person that its a fuel issue. Carb will have to be rebuilt and that Lawn Boy will not cover that. All this based on my observation and not even looking at the mower to see if a gasket went bad or something not related to actual fuel. I asked if he would even submit the repair and his response was no. He wanted $70 from me. He probably would submit it for warranty and get paid twice is the impression I get from this shady outfit. Recommend others to go elsewhere for repair as they give out very bad vibes. I will be contacting LawnBoy and voicing my negative experience.
