Village Subaru has great prices for parts compared to a lot of other dealerships in the area. They are great for saving money on DIY car projects. Highly recommend.

Parts ship quick and the prices are competitive with other online subaru parts dealers, however they charge $10 for local pickup, which seems excessive. I imagine they are still making money on the parts, so not sure why they need to add an additional fee so the parts desk can hand them to me. It would be great if I could see what is in stock locally and what would have to ship from the warehouse, and have the ability to pick up parts same day with no fee.

I ordered 2 engine air filters and 2 cabin air filters for my Subaru Crosstrek. No problem with the parts received, however two items were shipped without original packaging. It appeared that the shipper was attempting to make all items fit in one box. For that reason I took one star off. All in all, a great price and quick shipping.
