Family loves Cinnabon. But the closest one is ten miles away. Wished one was closer to Plano / Frisco area.
It says it opens at 10. But I dont know what time it actually opens. Ive been sitting here for 15 minutes and its still closed. It is also a Schlotzskys not a Cinnabon. So dont expect fresh cinnamon rolls.
They are never open when their hours say they will be.
NOT A CINNABON!!! Will not take any Cinnabon coupons, all the Cinnabon products look like theyre delivered and sit out all day going stale. Cashier walked away as soon as we said we wanted takeout after he asked. Cashier and manager both did nothing as one of their customers loudly swore about someone in my party. We ended up walking out very unhappy.
Great service. The manager was phenomenal.
