Horrible experience at this location. We asked for our drinks without ice and with a very bad tone and accent we were told they can not provide iced cofee or cold brew without ice. We Weve been to so many different locations and have never had this issue. Do not recommend this location.

Weve been here before and it was good, but this time we ended up (barely) eating some really freezer burned ice cream. Shame, but at least now we know to go somewhere else, unless were desperate (lol).

When I stop here, I always get vanilla ice cream. Good and fast service, congratulations to the staff.

Ridiculous Service. My daughter wanted to have Rainbow sherbet from Baskin Robbins. This location was on the way and time was 9:50pm. We drew in at this location parking lot by 9:54pm. As soon as they saw our car, they closed the door and rudely did not open or direct to drive threw. He ignored us and told us go off. Really bad behavior on this location..

They forgot the second part of my order once I got to the window they made it right.
