Brian and his crew were excellent from A-Z. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I have used Brian Mack and his wonderful company several times in the last few years. I will never use anyone else. He and his company are so professional. Extremely courteous, very fast and never caused any damage to my belongings. I have many antiques and collectibles that are delicate and nothing happened to any of them. They arrived in the same condition he picked them up. He communicates with you all the time throughout the process and even provided extra boxes when I needed them. I am so confident in his services that I even referred my boss to use them for her move. He also works with several charities & provides donated items for people in need. I initially posted a very positive review following the first part of a two stage move in which we needed to move temporarily to an apartment and store most of our belongings followed by move to our new house 4 months later. We were impressed with the care given to loading our property and moving a small portion of it to the apartment.However, the second part of the move was unsatisfactory. We were assured that the storage facility that Red Carpet Movers used would be suitable to store our 9 yr old Samsung refrigerator and that it would be stored in such a way that no damage would occur. The refrigerator was returned to us with dents on the exterior and with mold and a disgusting smell on the inside.In response to our concern, the owner of Red Carpet Movers came to our house with a licensed refrigerator technician who minimized the importance of the mold and the smell but offered to clean the refrigerator and suggested we put Jesus Saves stickers over the dents.We will not be comfortable using the refrigerator going forward. We do not expect the mover to cover the full replacement cost, but we have requested payment of its depreciated value as settlement for the damage so that can apply this to our cost of purchasing a new refrigerator. So far, Red Carpet Movers has not responded to this settlement request.

They did a great job packing our many art pieces and did not charge extra for the heavier items. The team really did a great job getting everything moved in and set up. Easiest move ever! Bryan and Jose were amazing! They wrapped all my breakable items more carefully than I would have, and finished an hour and half ahead of schedule. They were pleasant to be around, quick and efficient, and a great price - what more could you want?! I never want to move myself again!

Red Carpet were flawless in our move. They wrapped everything carefully, worked quickly and treated our belongings as if they were their own. I cant recommend them highly enough. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for and real value comes from peace of mind and quality of service, not just price. Id hire them again in a second.

I scheduled my move and followed up a few times before the date to confirm all was good. Was told each time “yes”.Day of my move (had to be out by midnight) I waited and waited. Started calling. Usually no answer but got someone once. Said movers were running behind and she would have them call me with an update. NOTHING!Around 4:30 I was told my move was cancelled! What now? Too late to get anyone else. Panic. Several friends stepped in to help. Found a Uhaul that got to my house around 7 pm. 20 people showed up to load. We got it done.Never trust these people. They told me for a week I was scheduled. After cancelling, they never offered any assistance or pay for the truck. Not even an apology. Just dropped me.Extremely dissatisfied with their lack of service. Horrible ordeal should never have happened.

The rating we gave is due to the timing of our move. We were scheduled early in the morning but was delayed by 3 hours. We were hoping to have gotten some type of compensation for the inconvenience but that was not offered which was sad. However, the 3 gentlemen that came got to work immediately after introducing themselves, Lawrence, Luis, and Jonathan, listened to our instructions and directions as well as being friendly and professional. If I were to move again I would hope to get those 3 young men again. They were very easy to work with 🙂

Ive moved many times and I have to say Brian and his crew were among the best movers Ive ever worked with. They were on time, all were pleasant and professional, very careful with my items were non-smokers. Their rates are incredible too! I cant recommend them enough!!!

They moved my parents and were amazing! They were true to their estimate, on time, friendly and nothing was broken or lost in the move! In fact, we threw them a curve ball in the packing process and they handled it with the upmost professionalism. You can trust them with your move!!

We had a fantastic experience today with a Red Carpet Movers. They moved us out of Arlington and into our new home in San Antonio same day, moved some very heavy furniture for no extra charges, and were very quick and professional. I enthusiastically recommend and would use them again.

I used this company yesterday during my move and they were absolutely AMAZING! Brian Mack and Jose were awesome. They even had a cancellation and were able to move me earlier which was so helpful. Stress Free Moving at its best!Moving day has always been very stressful for me. I always hire professional movers but have a couple of friends on hand to watch the movers to ensure my furniture is not damaged and is wrapped properly.With Red carpet movers I did not need to do any of that. My son was there to help, but instead we enjoyed a nice lunch together as I do not see him often.Red Carpet movers are very professional, polite and treat your furniture like its their own.Not one scratch, dent or broken item! The Best Movers EVER!I had an emergency and needed movers cheap and fast. Red Carpet was AMAZING. They were so polite and quick and very reasonable. From talking with Jennifer to Brian the mover they were the nicest movers I have ever used. When Brian arrived he began moving so fast up and down the stairs I was shocked. No dolly just carried them even the big ones. Did not slow down or take breaks and was patient while I finished boxing. He moved everything I needed him to move and did not damage anything. When we got to my storage he rearranged my stuff so all would fit. He even moved my plants very carefully. He helped me load my car also. This was the nicest most polite and helpful mover I have ever used. Have referred them to others and will continue to do so. He moved my things in less than two hours and did not break anything. I had a really great experience with moving from my apartment to my new house. The movers arrived right on time and worked very quickly, even beating their own estimate and charging me less than initially quoted. Id definitely use them again.

They delivered my bed and they put the shoes cover things before I mentioned it which is awesome. I havent used their moving company yet but I am willing to use them.

Wow. Where to begin. Ive moved 6 times and used a number of companies that are ok, but Red Carpet Movers has completely raised the bar for me, for a number of reasons.1) They were on time (even a few minutes early!)2) clean cut staff that were dressed nicer than I was3) friendly staff. Ive had movers who were so rude or uninterested in the past that just asking them simple questions made me feel uncomfortable. Not these guys!4) Quick & efficient5) Involved with many charity organizations6) Beyond competitive pricing. I would certainly have paid more just based on their professionalism.As crazy as this sounds, I would actually plan my move around their availability. They are THAT good. I just wish I had found them sooner.

Have called you 5 times and no response! Called the Fort Worth Fire Department and were more than Happy to move me. And they are Fire Fighters!! Will tell people that gave me your name and number to stop!! And I am sure this will not go on your web site!!

Mack and Jose were amazing! They were super courteous, respectful and friendly at the same time. All furniture and boxes were handled extremely well, with the necessary care (wrapping and protectors) each needed. When unloading, they did not leave a single scratch in any of the walls or doors; also keep in mind this was a 2-story house so taking boxes and furniture to the 2nd floor is tricky. They were also true to the estimate in regards to time and fees. We are so happy to have chosen Red Carpet Movers and will definitely be recommending them to our friends.

Brian Mac is a liar and a thief. Did a move from dallas to Michigan driving over the D.O.T. limit and he steals 300.00 in taxes never received a w-2 after requesting one three times. That is all.
